The room is in need of repairs and it took over 4 hrs to get the room warm. The places is in need of serious updating. The only way I'll stay there again is that's the only places I can get a room at.

We had a late last minute check in and the manager greeted us warmly and gave us our key. The room was spotless and the heat worked very quickly. I would revisit if I was ever stuck late at night in whatever city that was again.

Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever stayed at, I truly would rather sleep in my car than such place. Unfortunately I forced to stay at the place due to no availability anywhere else within 30 miles, but honestly if I knew this place would be this disgusting I would have slept in my car. First of all, the receptionist called someone to confirm booking since they had no active system, room have one physical key no cards or codes just a key. Bathroom with extremely nasty and smelly and water leaking from under the toilet, mold in walls and ceiling plus messing pieces from ceiling. Carpet was very dirty I wouldn’t recommend walking barefooted. Bed didn’t have any covers just a very slim sheet. Hair all over the bed. AC/heating unit was so loud you can barely get enough shuteye of the boot caused by it. Walls are so thin you can everybody’s conversations. TV if it’s working it’s so outdated the picture is barely clear. This place is definitely not worth more than $20 a night and I was charged $109. Honestly, I truly wish harm on nobody but this place needs to be shut down

There was no staff on sight. Just a sign with a phone number to call. Felt unsafe at night with no one on duty in case of an emergency.

We went to attend a Purdue football game and all the hotels were far more expensive than they deserved to charge. Holiday Inns for $300? All to watch Purdue get creamed (as seems to be the going trend these days.)
This hotel was $159 with taxes and fees and I seriously felt as if we were checking into what once was a storage facility. Dumpy and on a normal day if I was forced to stay here I would run or pay no more than $75 per night (and that's being generous)
There are no safety latches on the door and while the interior was surprisingly clean (which was no indication from the NO-Tell- HOTEL vibes the exterior set off) I slept surprisingly well. The beds were double yet not altogether uncomfortable. I'd only choose to stay here if it was a last resort or knowing what I know now about it the rates were much less than what they were asking.

The rooms are a good size, beds were comfortable & bath was big. The mini fridge was very mini & it's sitting on the floor, fortunately my back wasn't acting up so I could bend down to use refrigerator. No amenities & ice machine wasn't working.

Overprice for low quality

Not modernized at all. Toilet woudnt flush, no fresh towels. Inside door handle was coming off the door. Piece of tiles from the ceiling is missing or on a coffee table. The room carpet was clean. The bed was comfortable once you set the room temperature correctly. It was nice and quiet.

It is a place where a person could barely survive. No staff present at the office. No microwave, no iron, no breakfast. The room did look clean, especially the carpet. The manager was unsupportive, rude over the phone, creepy surrounding, couldn’t get out for a walk. Overall wouldn’t repeat my stay ever. Not worth the price.

The guy at the desk was super friendly & helpful and the room was very clean. However there were sketchy people hanging around the property and I wasn’t liking the vibe. We checked in around noon and got the key, there was a weird guy eyeballing us in the lobby. We got there late after the football game and after looking around actually decided to turn the key in & make the drive home.

We got a room that was not cleaned when I went back to tell the person who checked us in he was gone already. I called the number on the door to tell them that my wife didn’t want to stay there anymore they hung up on us. That’s what you get for not picking a 3 star hotel.

Hotel is clean but very, very old. Bathroom looks dilapidated and about to fall off. It was clean but did not look like it because of how old it was. Gary, the front desk person, was very helpful though and accomodating. This was a last minute booking for us so if we were able to do some research we probably will not have stayed here.

The manager was nasty with me when I got there for my reservation nobody was in , it said call the number, I asked how long he’d be it was cold and raining out , “ well your Juss gonna be cold” I proceeded to be left outside for 15 mins , this place really creeped me out I would not ever recommend, there were bed bugs, I left call that number again nobody was in office again , the manger or who ever picked up was rude I told him they had bed bugs and I have videos of it , it didn’t seem like he was will to give me a refund so I kind of lost my cool , but I called back and he said I’d have to talk to the guy that checked me in ?????how when nobody ever in office I think this place should be shut down buy the city something else would fit so much better than that peice of trash , they also Mislead and catfished the Econolodges pictures! I booked the wrong location and had the wrong experience it looked bugged out .

There was no internet. My phone did not work.
I drove two miles to a McDonald’s just to get someone on site.
One they arrived I tried to check in.
Still no internet connection.
The guy accused me of being snippy.
I wouldn’t go back, nor recommend.

I got to the lobby, there was a sign to call for service. I saw one other customer there waiting. I called and I was told to wait that someone would be over soon. There was an Open sign on the door. I read a few reviews and I guess this is normal for them, poor check in process. The customer in front of me got a room a lot cheaper when paying cash. I offered to pay cash and I was told \"no because I booked through Expedia\".

Toilet had to fixed each time someone used it or it would run until someone did. My husband adjusted in his sleep and the bed fell off the bracing. Not worth the $100 I spent for the night. Very disappointed.

We tried to cancel this reservation several times online and by calling the actual property. The woman who answered the phone was so rude (and she just answered the phone with “hello” a what the heck I). We drove to it yesterday, and it was so sketchy. Horrible property. We took pictures, drove away, and found ANOTHER hotel that cost us another $280. I have NEVER been this disappointed in a booking IN MY LIFE. Seriously, you need to remove this property from your website. Disgusting. I’d really love to get my money back, especially since I tried for over a week to cancel it (check my “conversation” with the “online agent”). I book A LOT of trips through Expedia. I will be rethinking this in the future. Oh, and it’s farther than away than your website said also. Not at all convenient to Purdue.

This motel looks very shabby from the outside, and the fact that its right across the street from some sort of a factory/refinery can be a bit unsettling but honestly, its one of the cleanest, safest and nicest motels I've ever stayed at.

I stayed there for a night and everything was super clean. The room was much bigger than I had expected. The only thing that might have bothered people is the fact that the AC couldn't be turned off...the fan would always be on, but it didn't bother me because I stayed there on a particularly hot day and that was a pleasant thing to have.
There was ample free parking all around the hotel, and I mean that...This place is HUGE.

One downside might be that this is a little far from the city and the interstates but the extra 5-10 minute drive is totally worth saving a couple of hundred bucks in my opinion.

The staff was very courteous and eager to help.

Finally, this motel was in the process of being renovated so maybe the sign and other things would be upgraded but trust me on this and do not judge this book by its cover.
Also, this was the cheapest option available so I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of everything was at par, if not better, than all the other hotels in the Lafayette area which cost four times as much.

10/10 would recommend a stay at this hidden gem.

Infested with spiders inside & out. Stained\dirty bedding (frightening to consider what from) & dirty or stained towels. Run down building with many holes in the drywall, etc - doesn't appear that owner is even trying to keep it up. Internet did not work. OF NOTE, in looking through reviews left by others, people have been complaining about all of these issues for YEARS, and they are still not corrected. I can only conclude that the owner is operating it as a dump and doesn't care. Avoid at all cost! Even if you have to stay in another town. It is that bad!
