It has everything you needed in the hotel and the price is very cheap for it’s central location, although the speed of wifi is a bit slow.

Room wasn’t very clean and the bathroom was so small I had to walk in sideways (I’m 6’ tall and 170 pounds) not a big guy at all. Also the toilet is halfway under the sink and you have to be a contortionist to sit on it!

Well-managed budget hotel. Excellent location. Well-maintained & cleaned. A/C worked great. Bathroom all in order. WiFi sometimes slow or needed to reconnect again, but otherwise entirely usable. Bed was too hard, as they are everywhere in Buenos Aires. Windows had a UV-reflective film on them, which makes the room and outside world seem dimmer than it actually is, which is a downer. No bathroom in the lobby, which means you're out of luck if you need one while waiting to check in or after checking out. Great value for the price.

The afternoon shift desk clerk who checked me in was very unfriendly. She pretended to not know a word of English when she was dealing with me but yet I heard her speaking some English later. She put me in a room on the top floor and it seems that's where the motors for the elevator were and it was too noisy to sleep, guests were using the elevator till about 2 am and then started again at 6 am. Both morning clerks were very friendly and treated me with respect, if it were not for the morning staff I would have checked out after the first night. Good value but not sure the afternoon clerk should be in the hospitality business (but maybe she had a tough week)

This hotel is very overpriced. It's best years have been a long time ago, however some people might like this \"style\". My room wasn't ready on time. After waiting 30 min for it I went to eat something. When I came back I still had to wait. While the receptionist was on my case some new guests came in and she left me to deal with them. Check-in process took around 1,5h

No cold water in the morning so impossible to take a shower. On my way out at 7.15 AM i told the manager the problem, he assured me he ll contact expedia for a refund but it was a lie.

Incorrect address, comfortable stay
The hotel is not in the indicated address on hotels.com. It is formerly known as the Promenade hotel, which is still on the front of the establishment. The correct address is 443 Manuel Taurcoto I believe. Other than that issue it was a good stay. The staff stated they have only been opened for 2 weeks so if you are a guest be patient with them.

O preço pago pela acomodação foi excelente e sem dúvida o Retiro é o melhor bairro pra se hospedar em Buenos Aires: seguro, perto de tudo e com várias opções de transporte público. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e o ar condicionado em excelente estado, muito silencioso. A equipe, pelo menos os dois rapazes que me acenderam na maioria dos dias foram muito solícitos e cordiais.

El hotel canceló la reservación alegando un problema de tarjeta de crédito. Situación que nunca me ha ocurrido utilizando esta plataforma y además de que al momento de la reservación el pago se iba a hacer en el establecimiento.

Quarto confortável e espaçoso, mas o melhor é a localização. Perto de tudo. Calle Florida está somente a alguns passos do hotel. O café da manhã é bem caro para o que eles servem.
