Receptionist gave me VIP treatment & upgrade to Superior Room. He also assisted in obtaining my Migraciones Confirmation. Room clean, with very comfortable bed. Breakfast (as always) very friendly and efficient in maintaining a very clean environment.

Hotel was clean, well furnished, but staff were not very helpful, just tried to take advantage of you, like making reservations at higher prices to get comissikn, changing currency well below the going rates, not helpful at all with the baggage, not helpful finding a taxi. Etc.

On my departure day, there was an electrical storm with heavy rain. I had tried phoning for a taxi to take me to Ezeiza Airport, but all lines were busy. At Check-Out however the Receptionist and Doorman organised a taxi for me. Exceptional service.

Many thanks due to the Receptionist for his assistance in recovering my luggage, after it was delayed arriving with me from London. Good banter with him regards Glasgow Celtic v Racing Club games in 1967 Intercontinental Cup. He still has Celtic key-ring (maybe in recognition that the overall result was a complete injustice to football).
This was my 9th visit to the Bisonte Palace, and have yet to be disappointed by the friendliness and attention provided by the staff.
Already looking forward to my next visit!

Check in was awkward and made me, as a solo female traveler, uncomfortable — that should have been my first clue. I was shown to my room and realized that this was not the hotel for me. I don’t mind basic, but want clean. This place was disgusting. The beds looked like they were 50 years old, the bathroom had chunks of grout missing and black mold in most crevasses. Every instinct told me to get out, which I did. I have travelled all over the world, often solo, and this is the first time I’ve walked away from a hotel reservation. The rating on Hotels.com is crap. And to top it off, my credit card was used to try to buy high end sneakers online shortly after, something that could only be done with all of the personal info I provided at check-in. You do the math.

When I went to check in at Bisonte Palace, I was vaguely informed that something had happened to the room or the floor (or something) and that I would now be staying at their sister hotel, Hotel Bisonte a few blocks away. I was given money for a taxi and put in a taxi to take me there. Unfortunately, the taxi dropped me off at the wrong hotel and then proceeded to leave after I had already paid him! So I ended up using my own money to pay for another taxi to take me to the right hotel. Thank god for the kind employees at the Waldorf Hotel who helped me get sorted out! Upon entering the Hotel Bisonte, I was quite underwhelmed. The staff was less than welcoming (let alone apologetic for the hotel change inconvenience) and the entire hotel could use a major facelift. The room was loud from traffic and the walls are thin. The tile in the shower seemed dated and dirty which certainly didn't make me want to get in there. The doors to the rooms did not shut quietly and slammed open so you could hear your neighbors with every coming and going. In general, it was just not a comfortable stay and I would not stay here again.

Have previously stayed at the Bisonte Palace and it was about 3.5 stars. But in the last eight years the rooms have deteriorated-carpets were filthy and you would automatically get upgraded to larger suites if you stayed more than 1 week.
It is fine if you are just staying one night. It is more like a Motel 6 even though they call it a hotel.

Bisonte Palace Hotel is a good option if you want to stay in central Buenos Aires. It is clean and comfortable and the staff a very helpful. The room and the breakfast were good value. Probably the only downside was the Wifi which was intermittent and not really reliable from our room.

Not bad overall, but some of the procedures were a bit archaic - like having to have the bellman accompany you to your room upon check-in whether you want it or not. Also, they want fifteen minutes notice upon check-out so that they can check your mini bar. Like many hotels, they ask for a credit card scan and authorization for any incidental charges over and above the Expedia pre-payment of room and tax. This is expected. What was unexpected and a bit disconcerting was to have the desk clerk manually write down my full credit card number, expiry date, and three-digit security code on the authorization print-out. In any case, and in fairness to them, no charges have appeared on my account - it was just something I've never seen done before.
The room was clean and relatively comfortable. However, there was a window with clear glass at the back of the tub in our room. (I expect this is not the case in all rooms.) You just needed to stay near the front of the tub while taking a shower unless you wanted to be seen.
Good location near the Retiro district. Breakfast was quite good.
If I had to stay there again, I could live with it, but I'd probably choose somewhere different given the choice.

Nice hotel in down town Buenos Aires

The hotel was good, the breakfast buffet was very good. The room had a little leak at the toilet and the shower was missing one tile. I needed it to leave after the check out and they were very kind to keep my luggage and give me a safe for my documents and money.

Almost Perfect City Center Hotel

The room was a good size (for a city hotel), modernized and all systems worked. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Exceptional breakfast was served efficiently.
All this at an amazingly low price.

A small, simple hotel, ideal for a B & B basis (breakfast (very good) only served). Good value restaurants nearby for dinner. Staff are helpful and most speak some English. Excellent location for main Buenos Aires attractions. No outside recreation space for children. Ideal for business visitors and those who want a good, convenient base for exploring the city.

Great breakfast selection, friendly receptionist, convenient location. Internet was slow at night, but during the day is fine. Can be noisy at night since you can clearly hear your neighbors talking in the hallway or closing their doors.

Good location in microcenter, walking distance ofr train, bus terminals, many Buenos Aires highlights and subte nearby. Bisonte was recommended by friends or we might not have found it. Nothing but praise for all the professional recepcion, dining room and housekeeping staff who helped with matters large and small, personal and touristic. Go!

Inmitten einer großen Auswahl an tollen Restaurants gelegen, ist das Bisonte echt gut.
auch zu zwei Haltestellen des Sightseeingbusses geht man nur wenige Minuten.
Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung. das Frühstück auch.
es gibt ein zweites Bisonte, das ein Rooftop hat.
In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich den Rezeptionisten Roberto erwähnen. Extraklasse ! toller Service, immer hilfsbereit !

El hotel es lino. Ofrece desayuno bufet adecuado. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque la nuestra no tenía mesa. La pedimos y nos la proporcionaron. En algún momento solicitamos toallas porque olvidaron ponerlas en la habitación y nos las dieron sucias, aunque esto pasó sólo una vez. El frigo bar del cuarto no servía, pero nos quejamos y lo cambiaron. El personal amable en general y nos ayudo a resolver diversas dudas sobre nuestra estancia y los alrededores.

Leiam atentamente antes de reservarem este hotel!

Vou falar em tópicos:
- Limpeza: Ao entrar no quarto, tinha manchas no chão (que era carpete), marcas de queimadura por cigarro nos lençóis (mesmo meu quarto sendo de não-fumante), vestígios de má limpeza no banheiro (cabelo, rejunte sujo, espelhos com manchas), poeira no closet.
- Ar Condicionado: O hotel NÃO TEM ar condicionado individual por quarto. Eles possuem uma central e você apenas escolhe se quer a ventilação ou não. Isto não seria um problema se a temperatura fosse sempre fria. Nas duas primeiras noites, não consegui dormir porque a ventilação era quente. Reclamei, mandaram alguém no quarto, na terceira noite, mesmo problema. Trocaram meu quarto. No novo quarto, consegui ter uma noite melhor, porém na última noite, a quinta, nem ventilação tinha. Das 5 noites, apenas 1 tive conforto pra dormir, em um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas. No check-out, disseram que não poderiam fazer nada, nem em valores, pela péssima estadia que tive.
- Café da manhã: Novamente, um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas, não serve um café da manhã com variedade. O local é apertado, as vezes você precisa esperar liberar uma mesa, não há muitas opções do que comer.
- Geral: Fiquei muito insatisfeito com essa estadia. Café da manhã limitado (não vale o valor que cobram extra), NÃO TEM ar condicionado individual, limpeza muito ruim. Pedi até para cancelarem minha estadia, que eu achava outro hotel, mas disseram que não podia e que iam resolver os problemas.

Es un hotel con muy buena estructura y algo de falta de mantenimiento ( alfombras de los cuartos, almohadas).
Cumple con sus 3 estrellas en el resto.
El diploma de honor es para su PERSONAL desde la recepción,mucamas,mozos, TODOS son serviciales,educados,amables,todos le dan un plus al hotel. Volvería sin dudas.

Mal, por el servicio se pago en forma anticipada $4978,34 al solicitar en recepción una factura A me informaron que sobre el precio habia que incrementar el IVA el costo de la facturación. No queriendo facturar. Me efectuaron una factura A por el IVA es decir de $1045 (increible), hay falta de conocimiento por más que el empleado hablo con un gerente autorizo una factura por ese total. Cuando en realidad debían realizar una Factura A por $6023,79 y me quedaba un IVA de $1045,45 que la empresa compensa, el costo del cuarto es muy alto por el servicio prestado y lo poco profesional.
De la forma que ellos efectuaron la factura queda a la empresa un IVA de $181,44 (increible).

A estadia foi confortável, tamanho do quarto bom. A calefação as vezes fica muito quente mas é só abrir um pouco a janela e a temperatura fica agradável. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso: suco,iogurte, café, chá, leite , pães variados, queijo, presunto, geleias, manteiga, requeijão, doce de leite e \" meia Luas\"!O pessoal da recepção muito prestativo. O hotel está precisando de alguma reforma. No nosso quarto havia carpete apesar de móveis \" renovados\". O banheiro antigo mas funcional. A localização é ótima. Entre a Santa Fé e a Cordoba.
Enfim um ótimo custo benefício.

Estadia excelente. O hotel é muito bonito, quarto de fundos silencioso, café da manhã ótimo, localização maravilhosa, perto de tudo. Inúmeros restaurantes na região. É possível caminhar até tarde da noite pelo bairro e voltar a pé para o Hotel sem a necessidade de taxi. Até mesmo porque existe muita desonestidade dos taxistas, fui vitima de um e o próprio hotel orientou a não pegar taxi na rua a noite. Apenas o banheiro do quarto tem alguns \"insetos\" indesejáveis e pelo porte do hotel é necessário dar atenção a esse quesito. Os funcionários não são amigáveis como os brasileiros, são educados e diretos. Com certeza indico e voltaria a me hospedar no Bisonte.

Brasileiros sentinfo-se em casa em pleno Buenos Ai

Ao chegar nos colocaram num quarto no segundo andar que não condizia com a descrição no site (quarto pequeno, sem vista para fora e com itens merecendo consertos) já que o quarto contratado tinha um preço maior. Fomos à recepção e prontamente nos trocaram para outro quarto no último andar, que tinha até varanda. No segundo dia quebrou o suporte da tampa do vaso sanitário o qual foi consertado, sem que tivéssemos comentado na recepção. Todos foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã esteve muito bom.
