Have to PAY for Bottled Water in the Room.

clean and close to restaurants and shopping.

No free bottled water every day, they charge $3.80 per bottle U.S. when it should be free, and they overcharge for the bottles. This way VERY annoying. Front desk and manager would not budge on this....most decent hotels provied a couple of bottles free daily.

Nothing special about this hotel, it's central, no view, just very average breakfast that does not change daily.

The property was poorly maintained, room 903's split AC cannot maintain proper room temperature. The amenities provided are minimum. Free coffee is suposed to be provided at the lobby at non breakfast time, but we are rufused to access the coffee during non breakfast time. Strange rule, can't understand the logic.

They charges us 130 USD extra for Pet (as they said more then 8 kilos not allowed) and parking and tax its quit expensive and we waited more then 2 hours for checkin because they refused that we only accept 8kilos of pet

Outdated, no power outlets by the beds. Good luck with CPAP machines or charging phones or laptops. The hot water is so hot that will harm you. Tried to call for room service and nobody answered. Asked for a room service menu and took 3 hours for me to get it. Many homeless in the area and interesting that the front door is locked even early afternoon, that made me wonder about the safety of the area. Only plus bfast is included, nothing special but OK.

The hotel has seen better days. The rooms are big and the beds are ok. The rooms feel empty and not welcoming or cozy. The air conditioning dropped drops of water on the floor if leaving it on all day. I selected this hotel because I was offered a \"secret\" deal, plus a wine bottle at the arrival, but nobody held responsabilty on the wine bottle. The staff said that I had to get in touch with Hotels.com so that they could bring the bottle... Logic tells me it was the hotel the one in charge of giving it to me. Well, anyways, you get what you pay for. It is ok if you are only sleeping at the hotel. Don't expect ANY luxuries. The neighborhood is ok but has plenty of homeless people living around.

We have stayed at this Hotel on 2 occasions and have found it excellent we did have an issue this time around but was resolved immediately by an upgrade to a suite location is ideal close to Florida Street for shopping etc and other attractions we are staying here again next week on way back from Patagonia

The staff were extremely helpful and obliging.
Certainly recommend the use of the front desk booking a taxi - you are told the price at the front desk for your final acceptance.
The hotel kept our cases in a secure storage area for several days while we traveled around and we received a warm welcome on our return.
The only downside was the water supply in the room, which was a little spasmodic and required some patience.

Location was great and walking distance to shopping, information on what to do etc. Staff were very accommodating and it was no problem to change rooms when we asked due to a problem with the air conditioner. Bed was comfy but pillows were not so great. Lovely fruit at breakfast.

Location is good since it is centrally located. I felt the breakfast was mediocre: They serve brewed coffee that has been sitting for hours, and the quality of the pastries and croissants is not good. Dazzler needs to offer better coffee and maybe a simpler breakfast with better ingredients, including organic food. Something that was really annoying not to have electrical outlets near the bed stands. It was really bad to have the electrical plug to charge my cell phone on the other side of the room.

It was very noisy - both outside with music and people talking until late, as well as people coming back to the hotel to the rooms around us. They were talking really loud and the walls were thin. We could also hear people going to the bathroom. I had also requested a quiet room, which was definitely not what we received. It was disappointing for our first time staying in Buenos Argentina as we did not get much sleep at all. The only plus was being in the San Martin area, which was nice.

Nice hotel. Every now and then I get lucky in the draw for a room. This stay I got the jackpot, or so I thought. The room was a suite with 1 1/2 bathrooms, living room and separate bedroom. Wow, I thought.

As I settled in around 4 in the afternoon I kept hearing a \"roto-hammer\" in the adjacent space, it would go on and off about every 20 minutes, it would only last about 2 minutes. \"mmm they must have given me the upgrade because they are working on the hotel or working on the space next door that the hotel has to put up with. Later, when I came back from diner the same noise would methodically go on and off. it never quit. Although I do think the timing spread out at night.

Don't know what it was, but it did compromise the way I rate this hotel.

On a positive side, the staff was fantastic and kind.

I would stay here again, but be weary of the rooms that might be close to the noise.

This hotel has seen better days. The room and hallways were dark, air conditioner in the room was very noisy, mini bar fridge did not keep things cold. Towels were missing from the room when we arrived and staff let someone else into our room by mistake when we were in the room. There are lots of better hotels in Buenos Aires for the price.

Arrived at 2AM, desk clerk efficient and quick, gave us an upgrade from a room to a suite. Bed very comfortable. Had a restful night. Left for another destination the next morning. It took us about 30mn to get to the domestic airport.

I cannot recommend this hotel whatsoever. The front desk guy...Lucas..was great but things were out of his control. The air conditioner in the room was non-existent. The doorman came to the room and declared that it was a-okay. The doorman! The deadbolt on the door was inoperative but we were told...\"at least the door locks.\"
We planned on staying an extra day but decided to find another place short notice.
Room renter beware!!

Business-friendly hotel in Microcentro

I stayed in Buenos Aires for leisure purposes for 4 nights. This hotel is in a very central district and one street away from the bars and cafes where the after-work crowd goes -- busy on a Friday night! But the hotel itself is a perfectly quiet, business-friendly hotel.

The room I was allocated initially was on the top floor and there was a loud humming sound throughout this floor -- not sure if this was due to ongoing renovations or the equipment at the top of the building (air con, etc). But they were happy to move me to a different floor where there was no problem.

The breakfast buffet is good, but not particularly exciting: the usual array of coffee, croissants and cakes. If there is a bar, I didn't find it -- but there are plenty of places nearby for drinks and dinner.

I rent the room with double bath but when i arrive and i say the normal bath in my room i ask why and the man at the front desk say to me: the photographer put this pic of the bath for your room but its not true (ah!). And no wifi in the room for all the time i was there. And in the morning no hot water for shower/bath. The good thing its the refund me my stay!

Good location and close to all major venues

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to Recoleta (20 min), Plaza de Mayo (20 min) and a bit further on to San Telmo, La Boca and Puerto Madero.

Beware of pick-pockets who would (and he did) squirt mayonnaise-like liquid on you and would pretend to help cleaning up your clothings, belongings etc.

As for the hotel room, we stayed in 2 suites. My in-laws on 2nd floor and it is very noisy 'cause it is adjacent to the garage and you can hear the door open and close thruout the day. We are on the 7th floor but the AC is performing below its capacity.

The hotel was a good central location, close to Florida St, near the Subway, and with some good restaurants nearby. It is the business district, so it shuts down at night and the weekend. Hotel was just okay. Concierge and reception were really good and helpful. Rooms need an overhaul, they are worn out, and things are falling apart. Breakfast was mediocre, although we were glad to have simple fruit/ bread etc in the am.

Really happy with my stay here. Moved from their Palmero location to be closer to the city for a few days. Knowing it was an older property & cheaper, my expectations were met. Staff were a stand out, particularly Mariano who checked us in but I also saw him the next morning running around the restaurant helping the staff clear plates etc. Room was situated at the back looking towards Florida St. & it was really quiet. Wifi was decent. Hotel has tea & coffee facilities down in the foyer which I thought was a nice touch.

The hotel in an overall rating, I would have given it an OK; but when I was there, the hot water was not working, for around three days; and the first days I got a room next to the elevators, so since 8am, there was a lot of noise...these particular things made my staying there not so pleasant and a dissapointing, since I was expecting a 4* hotel and also since the price was not cheap.
Breakfast was also very dissapointing, very simple and boring!
For the price you will pay there, better look for another hotel!!

Great location, but hotel not up to standards.

The hotel was located in a great location. Easy walk to subway, Florida Street, Puerto Madero and to Manuel Tienda Leon bus transportation to airport. The front desk staff was efficient with check-in, check-out. Breakfast was standard for Buenos Aires and more than adequate. The room was very large for Buenos Aires standards, storage was amazing, and the bed linens were soft. However, wifi connections were weak in my room, the acoustics were poor (could hear hallway noise and guests in next room arguing around midnight), and the bathroom was dirty (there were hairs in the bidet and the tub was worn with chunks of porcelain missing which gave it a dirty appearance. ) I did not contact the front desk to remedy any of the above complaints, as I was staying here for just one night and only used the room to sleep and shower. I didn't wish to spend my time rectifying these shortcomings).

Disappointed in the housekeeping... didn't provide clean glasses every day, some towels missing, bottom sheets were flat and didn't fit properly. Breakfast was plentiful and desk staff were very accommodating with computer needs and missing room articles.

Nice location, terrible hotel

There was a heat wave in ba, the air conditioner work very loud but dont cold nothing, they tell me that is the same in every room , the heat is too high , this is BS. My key room dont work and never work because every time i arrive i have to go up to find key dont work and they have to go with me with a device to reset the key lock, never fix it.

We stayed at the Dazzler for 3 nights. Decent breakfast including eggs and yummy breads. Rooms were nice and large, location was the best!!!! Within one block of shopping. That was priceless. The bathrooms need some TLC, very old. I would reccomend staying here

A bad experience

Unfortunately it was a very poor experiece, The room carpet was VERY dirty. The bed sheets were worn out had small rips.The curtains wery so dirty that they could not be touched without getting soiled hands! Breakfast food was a low quality, and service virtually non existent.
