Late check in and early checkout. Stayed for only hours to catch an early transition flight. Didn’t experience much. Facility is small like its name says. Elevator is pretty dated and noisy as all rooms open to elevator. Room didn’t have coffee maker or tea kettle. Bottle water was offered through mini bar with a charge.

Unsafe rooms for family

We arrived after check in time and still had to wait for the room to be ready. The air conditioner did not work well. We booked a room with 3 twins ans a queen. It was a bi level room with a very dangerous starcase. Only bathroom and TV was upstairs. The downstairs was literally just a room with 3 beds.

Bathroom was old and musty and just unclean. The flooring on the staircase was loose and dangerous.

The staff were friendly but the rest was awful. Would not stay there again

Linda ubicación, lindo lobby y excelente atención de los recepcionistas.
El desayuno no es una opción, lleno de pan tajado, masas y harinas de baja calidad.
Ascensor dañado y nos toco la habitación en 4to piso.
Dentro de la habitación condición de baño muy mala, con inodoro dañado y fuga de agua constante.

I did not like the noisy doors in the elevator going all night long. Matress was old and uncomfortabke. One day the room was left undone. It rained and the corridor was leaking. The did not dry it for one whole day. The toilet did not work well. The shower was low, I had to bend to wash my hair. Shower doors defective.

The rooms were terrible. Bathroom was literally broken and falling apart. Half the hotel was under construction with noise dust and paint smell. The rooms were awful. Old and terrible linens. The beds weren’t even made properly. The only good thing was the location. Wait to stay there. Hopefully the construction will be donde in about 6 months. For now, it was terrible!!

Good Facility, Quiet Location

The front desk staff were all very attentive and helpful, and most spoke excellent English. My room could have used a coat of paint and some updates, but when the hair dryer didn't work, a replacement arrived right away. The hotel is on a quiet street within an easy walk of many sights in Recoleta. A decent value for the price.

Surprisingly Good Decision

I think the type of trip category is stupid and limited. Had to get that out of the way first. I actually booked this place because my place in Buenos Aires need emergency work and we didn't want to sleep on the couch of friends. I chose this place because it was close to us and it was also very cheap.
That low price and the mixed reviews scared us a bit, but not enough to not try it. I'm very glad we did. The room was spacious, maybe a bit too spacious as it really just has a bed. That being said, there are 3-4 things I must have in the room and this room ticked all the boxes. Huge and comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and good wifi. In fact, the wifi here was better than the wifi at our place.
This is not to say that the room is perfect. It is dated in some areas. There was a huge area in the shower with paint missing. That being said, the most impressive thing about this room was the quiet. The street noise is notoriously loud in Buenos Aires, but we hard nothing. The staff was also friendly. If we ever found ourselves in a similar situation again, I would easily book this place again.

In my many years of traveling, I can say this is by FAR the WORST hotel ever.

1. Non functional room meaning plastic floors, bathroom door that doesn't close and non-existing shower curtain causing water to go everywhere

2. EXTREME NOISE AND EXTREME POOR NOISE INSULATION. We had quite neighbors, however even if someone talked or walked outside we could hear them! We woke up multiple times at night, every single night and got very poor sleep

3. ZERO AMENITIES - The hotel doesn't have basic items such as a kettle or an iron

4. We saw two workers entering units and using exterminating equipment, not sure how did would affect our health

Nice hotel, baths amenities, quiet as we were at tree back of the hotel- no street noise.
Good hot shower with high pressure.
But you can hear adjacent rooms and water went everywhere in the bathroom when having a shower. Basic breakfast. Pleasant staff. The hotel is good for what you pay.

I arrived at the hotel, and they told me that they are full and dont have room for me.
I reserved, paid everything.
They told me i have to leave and find another hotel. I am alone, its 2 am , and he didnt help me in anything.

I want my money back, and also say it was a terrible.

Fico faz uns 6 anos neste hotel e algumas coisas precisam melhorar. 1) os banheiros - são antigos e precisam ser modernizados, falta box de vidro e a agua esparrama pelo chão na hora do banho. Sei que alguns quartos foram reciclados e ficaram bons. 2) o chuveiro de alguns quartos é antigo e a pressão d água é pouca, tornando o banho desagradável. 3) os elevadores também são antigos e alguns hospedes ou pessoal da limpeza costuma deixar as portas abertas em alguns andares, causando transtorno e fazendo com que os hospedes tenham que subir por escadas. 4) desta vez me deram um quarto somente com
Espelho no banheiro, precisam colocar mais espelhos no quarto (um para secar cabelos perto de uma tomada e outro para se ver de corpo inteiro). 5) os travesseiros sempre ruins e altos! PONTOS POSITIVOS - 1) boa localização 2) preço justo 3) bom atendimento e câmbio de moedas no hotel. Na próxima estadia, como sou um hospede habitual, espero que me deem um quarto mais novo e que atenda aos pontos fracos que elenquei.

El personal siempre fue muy amable, la habitación tenía deficiencias, algunas de diseño (no hay luz que permita leer en la mesa que se supone que es para trabajar; no hay donde colgar las toallas, ese minimalismo resulta incómodo) y otras de mantenimiento (la temperatura de la ducha es muy variable)

Hotel bem localizado , pessoal atencioso , porem as instalações deixam muito a desejar. O elevador que só cabe duas pessoas fica constantemente parando no andares e sentimos falta de um carrinho para transportar as malas.
Realmente por se tratar de um 4 estrela precisa se modernizar e corrigir todos os defeitos.

Propriedade velha, com mera pintura para enganar ou tentar enganar essa realidade. A limpeza do banheiro estava razoável, mas as roupas de cama e banho estavam ok. Muito barulho no quarto (externo e do próprio hotel), já que as janelas e portas são antigas. A qualidade do sono não é boa. A localização é muito boa.

El hotel está bien ubicado y renovado. El desayuno es básico y podría mejorar. El baño olía feo y nunca se quitó el olor a pesar de la limpieza. El ascensor solo admite dos personas porque son pequeños. Está bien para estadías cortas pero lo pensaría si es más de dos días.

O quarto não condiz com a reserva

Eu tinha uma reserva para quarto de casal luxo. Ao entrar no quarto percebi que não era o mesmo quarto. O quarto que eu reservei tinha varanda e o quarto que me colocaram nao tinha varanda. A recepcionista disse que esse era um quarto de luxo, porém sem varanda. Eu disse que não correspondia com o quarto que eu tinha reservado. Ela disse que apenas no dia seguinte teria disponibilidade.
Outra coisa, os cofres dos quartos não estavam funcionando, alegaram um problema com a chave mestra.
A única opção era deixar os objetos de valor no cofre da recepção.
Café da manhã bem fraco. O quarto estava sujo, andei um pouco com uma meia branca que logo ficou toda encardida. Não é um hotel caro mas na próxima prefiro pagar mais e ficar num hotel melhor.

A recepção do hotel está em bom estado, mas os dois elevadores horríveis pequenos e barulhentos. Os quartos faltam objetos e decoração. O banheiro está em péssimo estado de conservação.. E o recepcionais se negou em dar mais um travesseiro, sendo que em qualquer hotel mesmo os mais econômicos isso é totalmente cabível.

Las fotos no son la realidad del hotel. La tele no andaba
El aire no andaba en ninguna habitación y en una tuvo pérdidas de agua en todo el piso.
No tenía secador de pelo.
En teoría no tenían ni agua para darte o comprarles.
En una habitación (de dos que rentamos) no dejaron toallas
Los pisos de las habitaciones están todos levantados, te tropezabas adentro de la habitación.
Los de recepción cuando les pedías si podían solucionar algo te decían que no podían hacer nada.
No les funcionaba el pósnet para cobrar con tarjetas.

Selecionei para pagar no local, mas fui cobrado pelo cartão de crédito cadastrado no momento da compra. O piso do quarto estava descolando. Não havia tapete no banheiro dos quartos. A banheira não tinha um bom fechamento e o banheiro ficava molhado ao tomar banho. O isolamento acústico do quarto é ruim, dando para escutar o que falavam no quarto ao lado.

En general muy bueno.
Muy buena ubicacion, muy cordiales los conserjes.
La conexión de wifi era aceptable, algo que no es común, viajo frecuente por trabajo.
En la habitación que nos alojamos no habia ruidos molestos, como leí. Otro punto a favor.
Es cierto que no hay calefacción, pero no fue necesaria, la habitación es cálida (si hay aire a acondicionado).

En particular no hicieron cambio de toallas, como habia visto los comentarios, consulte al conserje por ese tema y me dijo que si lo hacian.
Otra cosa que también observe en los comentarios y lo comprobe, es que el baño se moja todo al utilizar la ducha, con mas razon si tenemos en cuenta que era una habitación cuadruple.

Pesimo.
Llegamos al hotel y había solo una única toalla en el baño. Solicitamos que nos traigan más y NUNCA las trajeron hasta el otro día. Tuvimos que compartir la toalla entre 2 personas. La persona que estaba en recepción en el turno de la noche un incompetente para resolver problemas.
El cuarto ni siquiera tenía un frigobar.
