Loved this hotel very clean and very central. Surrounded by all shops and also buggy car place. There is always place for parking.

This is a young people place. Loud music playing by the pool area all day! With a balcony towards there... And, you here all the bar noice all night. Who said Ayia Napa is not a party town any longer....

Place is really nice,pool is good,but closed after 19:00 and staff is starting cleaning at 18 that is bothering to enjoy the rest of time,food and drinks are not allowed this is also not good, there is no equipment for cleaning, for example a dustpan and a broom, the linen was stained, after they asked to change it, the linen was still not clean, the breakfast was super very satisfying and varied but you can not take breakfest with you for somoene,paid is paid no matter where to eat,Good at all. Thanks!

Room door had previously been booted off. Food was never cooked correctly. Bed was broken from day 1. No clean towels for days. No toilet roll for days at a time. Found eggs thrown at our room multiple times. Noisy neighbours. No lifeguards at the pool. Beds felt like wood plus only one pillow. Disrespectful cleaners barging in at anytime they wished.

The location is great, plus it s clean.
Main issue is that you are not able to sleep during the night as many young guests are very loud. The manager offered us free late check-out for that reason, which was nice move.
All together, it was nice stay.

Would 100% recommend.

Great value, clean apartment. Great location. Chilled pool area with cash bar. This was our second accomodation in Ayia Napa and wish we'd stayed here the whole trip! The rooms look like they differ in different parts of the building, we had room S22 which I would ask to stay in again.

The location of the hotel in hotels.com is wrong. The hotel is not as close as described to the beach. Moreover the facilities described in the room are wrong. Aircondition is provided only if you pay an additional fee of 6 euros per day (in the room description or small print this is not mentioned). Moreover in the room description bathtub is mentioned. In the room there is shower instead. Free parking is not available as described in the hotel's description.

There is one fat lady , who play manager role. She was terribly impolite.

Excellent value for the price paid!

I went in mid-October and it was quite a peaceful environment. The hotel is right near the centre of Ayia Napa with most places reachable in under 10 minutes' walk! The hotel staff were friendly from initial check-in to final check-out, and very transparent about extras from the outset. I was allocated an apartment in the newly refurbished wing and facing the street... I can safely say the poolside was far more relaxed and noise-free than the street! Most of the furniture looked quite new and everything was clean.

This is the worst hotel ever,
Expedia should exclude this hotel from the list of hotels because it is totally out of Standards.
We booked on expedia and we saw some pictures for the room when we booked, and we got a room which is not suitable for animals.
Very bad smells, very dirty and cheap mattresses, very dirty toilets, no soap, no towels no tissues (we had to buy).
No housekeeping.
We complained to the manager and he was so unrespectul, saying it’s your issue you booked thrue Expedia,
We had to pay 40 euros per night to upgrade the room, and what we got is better room but still very low standards.
No internet, we had to pay for the Air-conditioning.
It is the worst experience ever, it’s my first time using expedia and it was a very bad experience.
Strongly NOT recommended.

Brand newly renovated hotel right in the thick of AY. NAPA night life. Room spacious with adequate kitchenette and shower facilities. Breakfast full ENGLISH buffet.
A bit noisy when teenagers return from clubbing. Lots of cafe and restaurants all around and the beach withing walking distance. Big and small pool. Fantastic value for money. Good service in restaurant and prices cheaper than outside. Would stay their again.

Två pooler, en mindre lite lugnare. En större med högljudd musik, bar och barnpool.
Högst varierad utsikt från lägenheterna, ganska små balkonger.
Utrustningen i ”köksdelen” var urdålig. Hotellets restaurang var helt ok. Athenas främsta resurs är deras fantastiska personal

Servicen var katastrofalt dålig. Jag hade en jättetrevlig dam som vi pratade med först men sen var det en lite kort krullhårig tjej som var så oförskämd, hjälpte inte till med någonting, gick rakt in i vårat rum när jag inte hade kläder på mig utan att knacka för hon hade råkat göra något fel. Himlade med ögonen mot en och var bara allmänt motbjudande. Annars var hotellet perfekt, perfekt läge, jättefint rum och stort och det var rent.

Hotellet var mysigt och lära till allting. Fanns en fest pool och en lite mer party pool som jag uppfattade det , vilket var skönt. Lakanen blev däremot inte bytta på hela veckan och de hämtade inte disk från vår vask. Jobbade en väldig sur kille i receptionen som var obehaglig att ha och göra med. Annars var resturangen jätte bra , och väldigt trevlig personal som försökte att fixa och hjälpa oss med att hitta vårt lokala lags fotbollsmatch

Terrible service issue

I had a truly terrible experience from a service perspective. The facility was clean, and the location was good. However, due to an unclear issue with the payment system, the cost I paid on the check-in day was charged again the next day. They explained it as a computer processing error, and I did receive the extra amount back, but there was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience I had to go through. It felt like a discriminatory act, and I found it quite unpleasant. I do not recommend accommodations that exhibit such discriminatory behavior.

Lägenheten var ok, köket fungerade till att laga enkla måltider. Men serveringen vid bassängen spelade dunka-dunka och tekno musik på en volym som gjorde vistelsen ganska otrevlig. Kändes som att vara på en stökig undomsklubb.

Nice looking room, no soap, uncomfortable beds

On the pictures the hotel looks really nice. The room itself was clean. There is nothing to complain. We were really wondering, that literally nothing was in the bathroom. I know it is an apartment hotel, but for this price you should at least expect soap to wash your hands. Especially since Ayia Napa also known for short term trips is. It’s the first time in my entire life, that there was not even hand soap. When we asked about it the staff told us, we should go to the supermarket and buy soap and shower gel. That was really surprising. Also the rooms are really noisy. From 8:30 in the morning we could hear people from the room above moving chairs, walking and cleaning and it was impossible to sleep more. The room looked nice from the furniture, but the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner in the living room was working well, but the most important: the bedroom was not really cooling, so it was too warm to sleep.

We were staing in a superior 3 person appartment. The room looked newly and modern furnisced, with a fridge, cooking possibility and a kettle. Just two pots one small and one big. For us wasn't a problem cause we used to eat cold dishes (salad with chease and so on).
Reception is open trough over the night, we arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning and left at 3.30 in the morning. We stayed 6 days, the room was cleaned the 4th day and the 5th (that doesn't make sense.Personell forgot to leave new towels (asking the reception gave us some). Cleaning standard in my opinion are sufficient, underneat furniture looks like has not been cleaned and also the balcony. The superior apartments are anyhow confortable and the structure is well located, walk distance to everything in Ayia Napa, supermarkets, bar, bakeries, beaches, down town etc. If you fear noise ask for a quiet room, they gave us a room facing the back of the building (not main street nor the swimmingpool) and was quiet indeed. All in one ask for the superior apartments. If I will return in Ayia Napa I would return to Anthea.

La struttura del hotel è bella. La depandance orri

All’arrivo 4 ore solo per trovare un appartamento perché quelli proposti erano sporchi, vecchi senza confort, aria condizionata etc. La prima notte ho dormito da amici che mi hanno ospitato su un divano. Gli altri 4 giorni trovata una modesta sistemazione. Vi ho già inviata una mail con richiesta di rimborso per il 1 giorno che non ho usufruito.
