I recently stayed at Napa Plaza Hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and nightlife—but once you’re inside, it feels like a calm, peaceful escape from the buzz outside.

The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with sleek decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the balcony view overlooking the pool area—it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.

Speaking of the pool—it’s a highlight! Spacious, stylish, and surrounded by loungers and palm trees, it felt like a mini resort. The poolside bar service was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options and a lovely atmosphere. There are also several bars and restaurants on-site, including some great spots for cocktails in the evening.

As an adults-only hotel, the vibe is peaceful and sophisticated—ideal for couples or friends looking for a mix of relaxation and entertainment. It truly felt like a boutique getaway.

Overall, I highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel. It combines location, comfort, and great service perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning!

Property offered excellent value for money. Staff was extremely attentive and polite, especially the team taking care of housekeeping, the restaurant and the reception.

I would highlight the pool facilities and the lounge as the best amenities. Unfortunately the surrounding area of the hotel is very loud and generic. The area around Aiya Napa is much quieter, which would suit this property better.

The staff were very good, friendly and accommodating. In a hot climate, there were no ice machines on the floors. The room furnishing were near the end of their useful time and needed to be refreshed. The bed mattress was not good. But overall, a nice place to stay. The hotel restaurant, Sale Pepe, was very good and most convenient to get a table and enjoy the evening along the street. Staff there were great.

ALL staff members are friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists who greet you, the restaurant staff and the cleaners.
Around the pool we were given complimentary shots of smoothies, watermelon and cold towels throughout the day, every day.
The breakfast buffet was one of the largest i’ve ever seen, so many options with allergy friendly options too!
The rooms are cool and kept clean daily.
Location is perfect, you are able to walk to shops and restaurants. We did hire a car but we saw loads of taxis and busses to get around.

Overall, a great choice of hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Good location. Nice hotel but could do with some refurbishing as rooms were dated in appearance but also doors were missing on cupboards/fridge, chunks out of woodwork etc. The toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor/wall properly and leaked - when we raised with maintenance they said “please refrain from using it” which meant we ended up using toilets in other parts of the hotel and in restaurants/bars. The staff were helpful and friendly. The quality of drinks/food at the pool bar were clearly different for all-inclusive guests and pay as you go guests, which is frustrating when we have paid a large amount of money for poor quality food and drink items. Also, all-inclusive menus for food were restricted to certain times but paying guests could still have items for the full menu which was a strange system and confusing to know when we can actually order. Overall, decent stay but could be a lot better with improvements.

If you're looking for a hotel in Ayia Napa which is situated around restaurants and shops galore & a few mins drive from the harbour - look no further!
Napa Plaza is a beautiful all inclusive hotel with a number of restaurants, spa, gym, indoor and outdoor pool - better yet ADULTS ONLY!
Receptionists are super friendly, helpful and always willing to help. Special shout to Mamia, she was exceptional - always greeted with a smile and in my opinion, the nicest hotel receptionist I've ever come across in my travels.
When I arrived, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the helpful, yet amusing doorman Andreas (MC) took my bags to my room, which was kindly upgraded due to my gold Expedia status.
Huge bed, decent sized bathroom with great views from the balcony (I had the superior room with balcony and pool view).
Buffet for breakfast and dinner was delicious, a little repetitive at times but very good.
Dinner reservations were to be booked in advanced on a booking system tablet at reception - very techy!
Didn't use the gym but saw there was an adequate number of machines and weights. The indoor pool was very cold!
Spa was really nice - they had discounted treatments during my stay so took advantage of having a deep tissue massage, which was sensational!
Only small complaints would be that there wasn't enough sun loungers and the lunch menu could have had more options but otherwise, my experience at Napa Plaza was throughly enjoyable.

We spent two nights in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. The air con was not the greatest. The rooms were very quiet - despite being near the clubland we enjoyed two good nights sleep. Bells from the nearby church could be heard early in the morning though. The staff were very friendly and gave us an information pack on check-in. The porter service was a nice touch, and as well as carrying the cases he also showed us around the room amenities and where to go for breakfast. As for breakfast, there was an amazing selection, cereal, pastries, cooked breakfast, yogurts, toast, cakes and hot/cold drinks. The cooked breakfast was not more warm than hot but other than that it was delicious.

The all inclusive option was good and very convenient, alcohol is only available until 23h00 and food until 21h30, which I would have preferred to be a bit more accessible at later times for the amount that was paid. The service was very slow for meals, waited 30-45 min after order before receiving anything. The pool area was very nice. The hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. The food included with the all inclusive dining options were great at the on site restaurants. Enjoyed my stay, though the service could be improved. I would have liked more alcohol available in room fridge being replenished, at least wines and beers.

- In a good location in the centre of the town.
- Pool is a reasonable size.

- No covid restrictions what so ever in place. No staff wearing masks. No one had to show a safe pass to enter
- A bit over priced for what is being offered
- Very limited parking space ( was very hard to park at night )
- Could never find a sunbed for the use of the pool which for me was the reason of staying in a hotel to relax for a few days

Overpriced, old refurbished hotel. They have to invest a lot in rooms condition.

I booked a deluxe room with a terrace. What mistake was to book this hotel.
First, on arrival, I noticed that air conditional is barely working. I asked reception to check it. After half hour technician come to room and said that he fixed the problem and in 30 minutes it will work properly. I gave it 1 hour but nothing changed. It's still was very hot in the room. When I talked again with the reception they said that technical already went home and there is nothing they can do. When I asked to change the room - I got an answer that the hotel is fully booked and, again - \"There is nothing we can do\". They gave me a fan (very noisy) to survive a night.
When I decide to get a shower - the pressure of water was very low. It was really hard to wash my head... At the morning I ask reception if there is anything they can do about air condition and water pressure and they ensure me that they will fix it. At the evening, when I arrived at the hotel, it stays the same. Nothing worked.

In general, the room was very old. The furniture is cracked and full of scratches.

Great location in the heart of Ayia Napa, all the restaurants and bars are right outside. There’s a club crawling street right next door where all the clubs have different themes (pirates, titanic, castle, etc.)

The pool was clean, staff is very friendly!

Cocktails are great, and they’re very affordable. They offer free breakfast which has a huge variety of things to consume!

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy.

What wasn’t so good was that this hotel has a lot of bugs. We found 2 roaches in our room, and there was 1 crawling behind the mirror that we couldn’t completely squash. There were roaches crawling around in the lounge public areas (on the chairs, under the table...). Was pretty disgusting. I think they can do better with pest control.

The other point that wasn’t great is the cleanliness of the room/bathroom, we would walk barefoot and see our feet getting darker right after shower. And see some dust and debris that we had to dust off of our feet.

Super friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced, comfortable and in prime condition, including a fully equipped gym, lounge area near the swimming pool, and many bars/restaurants, both in the hotel and around it. Wifi could be better, and breakfast, while plentiful and diverse, could have been of slightly better quality - but compared to everything else, these are very minor details. Big thumbs up to Irene, the concierge, who fulfilled our every wish!

The reception by Helena receptionist is commendable as well as for addressing our needs during the stay.
The reception in the room was not really welcome as promised by fruit and wine, but a box of Locum (instead of wine).
The room was with old furniture and the mattress have already finished his life, and no longer worthy of hospitality.
The solution found-to add a wooden base to the bottom of the bed, slightly improved the feeling.
The rooms are treated beautifully and cleanly.
An invitation to a cocktail bar we received was something nice and fun to enjoy while staying at the hotel.
The management's desire to hear our hospitality and this attention also contributed to my feelings.

Breakfast and dinner are good, varied, with the proper handling of waiters and refill of the shelves.

As a rule, there is good value for money.

Lovely hotel right in the centre and close to everything. Hotel staff are all excellent and when we had a miner issue with young noisy neighbours Andri sorted us out quickly and without fuss. The selection and quality of the breakfast makes it one of the few hotels I've stayed at were its worth getting up for. All and all a lovely experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Every single member of staff I would like to commend. reception staff great, Andreas the porter...\"Fifty but still nifty\" super chap, lovely Marianna the courtyard waitress, the inspirational Alexandra head of marketing (we met in yoga class), all the cleaners, bar staff, I cannot fault any single member of staff.

Good hotel in central Ayia Napa

Good hotel in centre of Ayia Napa. Room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was good, although it hardly varied from day to day. I would have liked more fresh whole fruit such as apples, bananas, kiwis and strawberries rather than just sliced oranges and grapefruit. The pineapple was tinned and the fruit salad too with the addition of tiny pieces of fresh apple, orange and grapefruit. We actually bought our own bananas and strawberries from nearby and took them into breakfast for some variety.
The hotel is adjacent to Ayia Napa square and church and 100 metres roughly from ‘clubland’. Even though the summer season hasn’t really got going yet the boom of bass music can be heard at night until the small hours and also the church bells start ringing some mornings at 6.30am so if you don’t like noise at night or early morning this hotel isn’t for you! It didn’t bother us at all personally but it would be a nuisance for some.

Disappointing for honeymoon

Contacted the hotel in advance to help decide on either their honeymoon suite or a junior suite. Junior suite was more expensive and described as having roof terrace and quiet.
Checked into hotel: room was overlooking very noisy bar on Main Street and room did not have roof terrace.
Hotel was overbooked and the evening staff were unable to assist other than giving me small standard room and were extremely rude suggesting we were being too fussy. Other guests checking in were told that there were no rooms available at all and had to move hotel at midnight.
Following day hotel management questioned if I had ever contacted the hotel. It was obvious to me that they either miss advertised the as the photos of the rooms on the website do not match, or the room I booked was not available as given to other guests.
Not the best start to a honeymoon sitting with hotel management. We were shown several other small rooms. One with small terrace but again would be in extremely noisy part of hotel. We now only had 5 nights of our honeymoon left and rather than moving and potentially losing our money we decided to stay.
Hotel management gave us compensation and we stayed in small room. They also tried to make us more comfortable and provided robes and a bottle of sparkling wine.
Whilst the hotel management made the best of things and spoke to us professionally, this was not want we had wanted.

Fab central hotel in Napa. Not roudy.

Lovely hotel. Probably the poshest or if not one of the poshest available. No rif-raf.

Really comfy sun loungers . Plenty available even at 9.30am. May be different in peak season though.

Breakfast is great. Lots to go at. Pint of Keo around the pool currently €4.

Rooms very clean and bathroom too. Air con system is good enough too. Plenty of mirrors for getting ready2. If you can, take a long plug extension as sockets are not where they need to be ideally. Free bottle of red and white wine when you arrive. One glass sized bottles.

Definitely try Clarabel restaurant over the road. The food is amazing. Average meal price €8-12. We are there 3 nights of the week and wish we had gone more. All other usual fast food chain restaurants surround you too, in case you fancy them. Also many other restaurants to choose from. We did Hard Rock cafe for food one night too.

Hotel is about 45 mins away from airport with no other drop offs . Taxi rank is opposite the hotel too so that was good as we visited a friends hotel for a wedding. In case this helps, Napa Plaza is €10 taxi ride away from Olympic Lagoon Resort, popular for weddings .

Pool area enclosed and is beautiful. You could be anywhere.

Local calls made from the room to organise our collection did cost us. Made 3 or 4 calls, only one connected, was charged around €4 on check out. No big deal.

Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go to Ayia Napa as this being the hotel to use.

Hotel is in the middle of busy ayia napa, close to many bars and restaurants and next to the main square. Once inside the hotel is calm and relaxing. Adults only.All the staff are excellent. Only stayed b & b, breakfast has many choices from hot to cold, even champagne. We had a deluxe pool view room which includes tea and coffee, free safe and Wi fi, toiletries, wine and fruit on arrival. Lovely big swimming pool, plenty of comfortable sunbeds. 10 min walk to harbour and beach or bus stop outside hotel to nissi beach. Would stay again

Had a very comfortable 3 night stay here 16-18 May 2017 on B & B basis. Great location in town centre, polite and friendly staff, good buffet breakfast food selection - would use again.

Positives and negatives

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while on holiday.

Positives: The hotel facilities are wonderful, there is a lovely pool, reception, restaurants, games area, onsite shop, spa, parking area, tennis court and gym. There is also a shower room if you want to shower on your last day after check out which we found really useful. The staff at reception were extremely nice and accommodating. We were really impressed by the breakfast each morning - there was a great variety of food and even champagne!

Negatives: The hotel is on a very busy street not too close to the main beaches. It is a great area if you want to be close to the nightlife but for us, we found it a bit far from the water and quieter side things. I also didn't think the standard room we stayed in was quite 4 star worthy. The bathroom was very small and the bed was uncomfortable.

All this considered I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay there again!

Terrific Hotel

It's the perfect hotel right in the middle of Ayia Napa. Not too noisy at night thankfully. Really nice pool with loads of sunbeds. Great value for money. Super big buffet breakfast that will keep anyone happy.

Nice quiet hotel, except for nearby church bells!

This hotel is definitely somewhere we'd stay again. There's actually a rule for no noise by the pool. No children to be found, perhaps they're sold off(?) and the staff were so pleasant. Facilities were good except the rooms are a little dated, a bit warm and the beds are two beds next to one another (but odd for a happily married couple). Would definitely stay again, highly recommended.
