We stayed in an executive suite room. Well worth the extra money if you’re able. Huge balcony with sun loungers which still had the sun long after it left the pool area. Views overlooking the harbour and coast were amazing. Half board buffet was also good, both breakfast and evening meal. Would definitely stay again.

Good Hotel

We stayed here in March and the hotel + all of aiya napa was a ghost town. Many restaurants, shops etc are closed all day, everyday.

The hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful but not much to do other than lay by the pool. I think this hotel would be great in the summer. Unfortunately our experience in Aiya Napa as a whole was not what we expected. It’s our fault for not researching the time of year properly.

We booked a sea view room but you could not see the sea until you walked to the end of the room and full sea view was only possible from the edge of the balcony due to an obscuring wall. There were no other rooms available unless we paid a lot extra for an executive suite. The room should be described as partial sea view and charged accordingly. Avoid rooms 222, 322, 422 and 522.

The rudest -truly NOT doing their job- front desk staff and this was systematic (no matter who was there) and for entire stay. Had two more stays booked but cancelled them. No masks anywhere too, be it front desk or cleaning staff. Emails not answered. Would never stay there.

Perfect beach side location. A short walk from the main bars and clubbing scene so relatively quiet for Aiya Napa but close enough to be in the centre within a 15 munute walk. All the staff were extremely polite and professional. Went with my husband and 2 grown up kids and a good time was had by all. Would reccomend especially for some winter sun.

Beautiful Hotel ... but dont go in low season

This hotel is a really nice hotel with lots of thoughtful touches very close to the marina. However, in low swason may places close. The staff were great and tried to direct us to places that might be open but alas most were closed. However, it is very central and is within walking distance of everything you need. ...but advise not to go during the low season if you want to see anything open.

Great location on the beach by the marina just near the town's main street.
Hotel is rennovated, lovely spacious room. Very nice swimming pool. The hotel offers tasty and varous food for the guests. Generally the staff is very kind and serviceable. The only issue we had was with the cleaning. It has been not sufficient and one of the days they even skipped our room.

We have stayed here previously prior to the renovation. The newly renovated hotel has made this hotel a superior hotel. We enjoyed our 2 night stay immensely. However there is one down side which are the external lights on the balconies. These appear to be automatically controlled and come on late evening and go off early morning. The problem is the do show through into the room, tried adjusting the curtains but no matter how they are arranged there is light coming through around the perimeter. This lightens up the room and can effect sleeping comfort.

Excellent location shame about noise

Location is excellent, meals really good with a very good selection that would suit the majority of tastes and diet. Only downside of our room was the noise that could be heard from outside the entrance door. This is on a balcony that is open to the street and we could hear the occasional noisy car and also some of the residents who returned to their room in the late hours.

Booked a room, half-board. My room is for 2x guests. Since I was staying by myself (cost still same as 2x guests), I asked if it's possible to throw in lunch during my stay, receptionist said she will check with reservation and will let me know but never heard from her about it again. I saw other hotels nearby which I thought far from the night life and centre of ayia napa when I was booking but they're actually not that far, close to the beach and cheaper.

The management denied us a late checkout (as our flight was later in the evening) despite half the hotel being empty. No slippers were provided despite repeated requests and our request for an extra towel was bluntly denied. We paid for a deluxe seaview room but we were given a room with hardly any seaview. It apperaed as if the management and housekeeping themselves weren't sure of the amenities provided to various room categories. We also noticed that the bin in the toilet wasn't emptied when we checked in.
We will neither be visiting this hotel ever again nor would we recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is well situated near the harbour at Ayia Napa and right on a sandy beach. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, cleaned every day. Facilities include a gym and large swimming pool, there is an indoor and outdoor restaurant selling exceptional food and snacks. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, my experience was such that I will definitely use the hotel again.

We booked this hotel 3 times already and stayed into a superior room and executive with terrace. Both were great with sea view. The executive is a lot bigger and the terrace is great for relaxing on the full-size beach chairs :). The superior has a good size balcony also. Breakfast is almost poor but manageable.
The hotel is well located on the beach (almost) and close to restaurants, shops, convenient stores, bars, bus station, etc.

It was great arriving so late at night to find complimentary red wine, water and some snacks for us, we also got more snacks in our fridge mid way through our stay too! Great location next to harbour & at the end of the strip...literally 2 min walk to first shops and tavernas. Room extremely clean, the hotel is the equivalent of a premier Inn or holiday in. Great room overlooking harbour with huge balcony and sunbeds to lay out and catch the sun! Right next to where all the boat trips leave. Great that the hotel is not on the strip so you can get a good night's sleep. Beds super comfy...slept a treat. Food okay...We went half board, breakfast awful and not worth it, had it one morning then didn't bother, each night is different theme night which provides variety, expect some form of pasta every night, if you don't like spicy food don't go to Mexican night and Asian night is limited too. I think it's better to eat out or eat from their restaurant menu however Cyprus is expensive for food. Limanaki done great cocktails at reasonable prices too. There isn't really much to do at the hotel but you are in Ayia Napa so that didn't bother us. Staff very friendly and would return. Hotel provide shampoo, shower gel and toothbrushes. They say they charge for Internet however you can get codes from your waiters to use, they last approx 2hrs each and most local tavernas provide free wifi too. Magic show terrible but kids would enjoy. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Too many issues and no attempt to solve them!

There were many issues with my stay here and I left early. Fortunately, Expedia refunded me part of the room rate. The bed was a twin - not a double. The AC worked poorly. The terrace furniture was broken and they refused to replace even after I offered to pay a higher room rate. I arrived late the first night due to flight issues and they refused to refund my half board for the night. The place has a nice pool but no towels. I had to go out to buy a beach towel. Also beach access is public only.

Sitted in a Good location. Nice pool. Right next to a seafood resaurant which is recommended if u like seafood. Clean facilities. Big balcony. Spacious room and liked the complimentary fruit, wine and water. I didn't drink the wine as i dont drink so cant tell u if the wine was worth drinking. The hotel resaurants prices were simular to the u.k. Hotel was right next to the beach and fishing port. Fairly good choice of food available for breakfast. Would definitely stay at this hotel if I ever go back to this area.

Hotel is modern clean and set in nice location.
However, hotel staff is below standard. Telephone in rooms had problem, wifi is very temperamental. Staff very miserable and reluctant to listen.
Attention to detail is missed e.g. Things not topped up after a room clean.
Shame the staff in restaurant are good though.
Its a 4star hotel with 1star staff running it.

The hotel was great and is newly renovated which is great. I did have a problem at check in since they could not find my booking through Expedia which delayed us for a bit but they compensated us by not charging for the safe box which they usually charge 10 euro. Otherwise the location is great staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and new.

Wunderschöne Zimmer mit sehr großen Terrassen, auf denen auch Liegen und Tisch und Stuhl Platz haben. Viele Zimmer haben einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen, ist aber ruhig und beschaulich. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage.

Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl, es gibt auch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Auch das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft.

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. 5 min zum nächsten Strand und weitere schöne Strände in 10-15 min Fußweg oder per Bus/Auto zu erreichen.

Fantastic!!
The hotel is elegant, clean, and furnished in a modern style! The staff are extremely kind and helpful! Our room was a suite, which was absolutely breathtaking! Spacious – with a separate living room, bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub and shower – clean, with plenty of storage space and a huge terrace!
The hotel’s restaurant is excellent! Very friendly waitstaff and delicious, tasty food! The hotel is in a central, well-connected location, and everything is within easy walking distance. We will definitely come back!

Inte valuta för pengarna, mer som tre stjärnigt

Detta är mer som ett tre stjärnigt hotell, ett charter hotell där gästerna reserverar solstolar tidigt på morgonen (som dessutom står tomma stora delar av dagen). Vi fick inte rummet vi bokat utan de nedgraderade oss och gav ett sämre rum utan att kompensera! ”Panoramic seaview” och stor balkong - i verkligheten skymdes halva utsikten av en vägg och balkongen va inte ens hälften så stor som i beskrivningen dessutom va även rummet mindre till ytan än vad som uppges på hemsidan. Handdukarna på rummet va utnötta och poolhanddukarna hade en unken lukt (som även någon tidigare påpekat). Såg dessutom några silverfiskar i rummet, i övrigt fräscht. Frukosten va ok men dryckesvalen var urusla (dåligt kaffe och odrickbar juice av låg kvalité). För de med halvpension såg buffen trist ut och serverades i samma del som frukosten vilket va skramlig miljö (som skolmatsal). De övriga faciliteterna med bar och restauranger var däremot av bätte kvalité och enda stället på Cypern med riktigt trevlig och duktig personal! Marina i receptionen va dock väldigt trevlig även om hon va oförmögen att göra något åt att vi fått ett rum som inte matchade med vad vi betalat för. Hade vi fått rätt rum hade upplevelse kanske varit annorlunda, betalar man extra för något så förväntar man sig även att få det… Sammanfattningsvis för det vi betalade motsvarade hotellet inte förväntningarna, då finns det bättre alternativ att välja istället.

Der Zimmerservice ist unter aller Sau!! In einem Zimmer am Tag der Anreise war kein Strom!! Konnte erst am nächsten Tag behoben werden! Der Tresor stand offen und das Schloß war ausgefahren! Er funktionierte nicht! Es fand keine Kontrolle der Mitarbeiter nach Abreise der letzten Gäste statt!! Eine Tür war auch noch defekt!
2. Zimmer:
Der Fussboden wurde nicht richtig gereinigt! Der Tisch wurde nicht abgewischt, Gläser wurden nicht gesäuber oder weggebracht in das Restaurant! Im Bad wurde der Abfall in der Dusche gelassen und das Duschgel nicht nachgefüllt! Gläser wurden nicht gereinigt im Bad! Trinkwasser wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die Rezeption sage uns, das wir das Wasser an der Bar bekommen. Nur der Barkeeper wuste von nix!! Wir sollten es bezahlen!!!
Weiterhin waren am Pool ab 06:00 Uhr fast alle Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt und weit und breit niemand da!!! Ich kenne das von Hotels in der ganzen Welt schon lange nicht mehr. Da wird durchgegangen und die Handtücher nach 15 Minuten entfernt!!! Das sind aber alles 4 Sterne höher bewertete Hotels! Dieses Hotel soll ja 4 !! Sterne haben. Das Management ist hier völlig überfordert!!! Hoffentlich wird es bald ausgetauscht!!! Im übrigen habe ich natürlich Fotos gemacht!

Topp renhold. Men sola forsvinner tidlig fra bassengområdet.

Tverre ganske sure i resepsjonen. Alt i alt: Velg et annet hotell! Det er svært mye bra å velge i, så styr unna dette.

Ayia Napas beste beliggenhet

Ideell beliggenhet ved havna og stranda, nederst i gate med mange restauranter og butikker. Kort veg til alt. Variert og god frokostbuffet med god servise. Smakfull middagsbuffet.
Kaldt vann i bassenget i april, men mange badet likevel.
Gode senger. Rene håndklær daglig og hyppig skifte av sengetøy. Godt renhold. Etterfylling av kaffe og te. Bodde på bakkeplan med badekar, men venner lenger opp hadde dusj. Lune dyner tidlig på våren. Varierer om rommene har en stor seng med dobbel dyne, eller separate senger med enkeltdyner.

Fantastiskt hotell. Rummet har allt. Kingsize säng, badkar, två solsängar på balkongen. Väldigt fräscht rum med havsutsikt. Möbler andas kvalitet.

Läget är perfekt.

Frukostbuffe stor och varierad. Var jättenöjd.

Alles war wunderbar, besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon.
Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstück. Getränke wie Kaffee, Kakao oder Saft schmeckten schlecht.

Flott beliggenhet. Dårlig mat og service generelt

Flott beliggenhet av hotel. Lite imøtekommende i resepsjonen. Grinete. Koselig hotel. Forferdelig dårlig smakløs mat. Vi valgte full pensjon. Mye teste mat. Fikk ofte ikke drikke til maten før man var halveis ferdig å spise. Hadde det ikke vært for 2 flotte personer i restauranten som jobbet for 2 hadde servicen vært helt bånn i bøtta.
