Very good hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the room was absolutely perfect for us. I want to thank Lazaros - the manager of the restaurant, he is amazing person, and he was so kind and helped us so much and always with smile.
The hotel is located in the heart of Ayia Napa, walking distance from all restaurants, shops and bars, and a few minutes from the harbour. We will come back !

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller, I was made very welcome, to feel comfortable, getting to know most of the staff by name. Great amenities, buffet restaurant, with indoor and outdoor area. Two outdoor pools, one large and one smaller children's, with loungers. A health spa, gym and 24 hour reception. Right in the heart of Ayia Napa, close to everything.

Arrived at the property and found no towels in our room. They cleaned our room a few days after and forgot to place toilet paper and face towels. AC had a terrible sound, even after revision..
Breakfast is very poor, no options to choose.
Reception staff helpful and friendly.
Overall, disappointing...will never choose this hotel again.

O hotel Melpo Antia está em uma localização excelente, o hotel é bonito e bem cuidado. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. O café da manhã é bom mas repetitivo, todos os dias oferecem exatamente as mesmas coisas o que pode ser um pouco enjoativo se você ficar muitos dias e oferecem “NUTELLA” que não é de fato NUTELLA e sim um creme de avelã barato! Show ao vivo quase todos as noites, as áreas de piscina também são boas. Tivemos uma boa experiência nesse hotel!

Quick check in, room was spacious and generally quite clean although we did find an empty box and open packet of condom left in the wardrobe.

Our air conditioner started leaking as soon as we turned it on but maintenance were very quick to come and fix it and then we had no further issues. Breakfast was a bit basic but we only stayed one night so it was fine for us.

Room was comfortable with nice view overlooking pool, large fridge and plenty of glasses/cutlery etc if needed.

A little noisy at night time but kind of expected for the location. Location is great central aiya napa, nothing is far to walk.

The reception was good, hotel was in the middle of ayia napa arround everything. The room was perfect, big and comfy the balcony was excellent way too big and was good idea for tanning,
Although the room didn't have any towels and phone was broken we asked several time from front desk but didn't Cooperate we ended shower and go to balcony to dry. The hotel should allow the guest to have drinks on pool and check it from room pay. It was nice

Enjoyed the quiet off-season with my family.

Off-season family stay as we were passing through. Very, very quiet in the off-season so that appealed to us. I'm sure it's heavin' in the summer as there are lots of clubs, bars, etc all over the place - but everything is closed in the off-season, including the KFC! That's how surprisingly quiet it was. Hotel receptionist was great: helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Large clean outdoor pool area. Breakfast good at in-house meze restaurant.

The hotel was clean, spacious and gave me and my boys the option to either eat out or cook in the room, we chose to eat out everyday but around Aiya Napa the choices are limited to burgers, pizza ,Kebab, It is not a place to be able to eat healthly.

At the time of our visit the restaurant was being refurbished so we had to eat breakfast in a restaurant joined to the hotel, but unfortunately the breakfast options were basic and limited so we bought cereal for the room.

Dont visit Aiya Napa between November and April as nothing is open and the weather is cold grey and limited sunshine, make sure you hire a car because the taxi drivers will rip you off and the buses are cheap but the times are very wide apart.

Overall 9 out of 10 for this place. Great hotel in an ideal location for anyone wanting easy access to central Ayia Napa and easy driving route out to main road when needed.

Due to location it is a bit noisy at night until early morning so unless you are one of the revellers and if you are in an apartment facing the main strip then expect some noise. Maybe some extra sound proofing on those rooms would work.

Apartment was excellent with everything you would need and very spacious, confortable and clean.

Breakfast had a very broad choice and was very well presented, despite a busy hotel, it never felt over crowded. Didnt have an eveing meal there so cant comment.

Bar was well appointed and stocked, prices not too bad.

Pools looked very inviting but did not have time to try them out, likewise for the spa centre.

Staff very pleasant and helpful.

All in all, I will be staying here again on my return, either by myself or with family who would thoroughly enjoy it.

My niece and I stayed there this last weekend and loves every minute.Helpful staff,great pool,and a good breakfast.our room had a balcony,and was pretty comfy.

Good & Bad points:

Good: location, quiet but very central. On site parking although very limited spaces. Good sized apartment & bedroom. Comfortable beds. Balcony size adequate. Plenty of sun loungers, great sized pool plus a jacuzzi pool. Breakfast adequate although repetitive & cheap ingredients.
Poor: staff disinterested and unfriendly. Cleanliness of apartment terrible, the place will be ruined very quickly by the shoddy housekeeping. Filthy mirrors, TV & surfaces. Floors dirty & unkempt. Stains everywhere. Maintenance poor, our shower tray leaked every time & flooded the bathroom floor. Mildew in bathroom, stained tiles, poor cleaning. Air Con useless, old dated system with new controls. Poor choice of cutlery & crockery. Pool bar drinks & snacks ridiculously expensive and all cheap ingredients.

SERVICE!

It is rated as a 4 STAR on EXPEDIA! It is NOT! It more like a 2.5 to a 3 STAR MAXIMUM!
It was advertised as having Air Conditioning but it did not! According to the Head receptionist Giannoula who was very nice they don't turn on the AC this time of the year! But she offered me other units that have individual units but I decline since I had the swimming pool view which was very nice! The reception staff was very nice however I had a terrible experience with one of the staff at the Bar; I ordered a pint of beer which was 2.20 euros byt the pool. I had only 2.15 euros and I told him I will bring the other 5 cents later. The young man became very loud were everyone in the pool area could hear him! He said \"if you don't have the money why did you ordered the beer?\" I complained to the Manager Mr Meli and he said he would take care of it...not quite sure what that meant, but no formal apology was made! I did take the remaining 5 cents to the reception afterwards to cover my debt even though they had my credit card on file!
The reception is in good condition but the rest of the property is a bit old and needs an upgrade!

Das Hotel hatte alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht, nicht spektakulär, aber gut.
Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Beim Frühstück hat uns lediglich frisches Obst gefehlt, man konnte bequem und überdacht im Freien Essen. Das Motto des Abend Buffets wechselte jeden Tag, hier hat uns nur die Auswahl an einheimischen Speisen gefehlt.

Alles in allem, ein sehr gut im Ort gelegenes Hotel, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider sehr enttäuschend.
In der Beschreibung wurde nicht angegeben, dass nur ein Restaurant beim Allinclusive Angebot mit dabei ist.

Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Es wurden bei Bestellungen teilweise die Augen verdreht.

Unser Zimmer hatte nach 3 Tagen einen Wasserschaden, welcher zum Glück aber bald behoben wurde. Zimmer war okay. Reinigung leider schlecht. Unsere benutzten Weingläser vom ersten Abend waren am Abreisetag immer noch da, wo wir sie hingestellt hatten.

Das Essen war sehr gut und auch abwechslungsreich.

Der Pool war eher eine lauwarme Badewanne, von einer Abkühlung bei dem heißen Wetter keine Spur. Auch die Liegen waren sehr veraltet und kaputt.

Leider eher enttäuschend für den Preis :(

Contra:
-zu allen Mahlzeiten warme Speisen eher lauwarm bis kalt, statt heiß
-wenig abwechslungsreiche Mahlzeiten
-Boden im Essensbereich drausen teils recht dreckig
-Personal teils recht unfreundlich
-Service zu den Mahlzeiten teils wenig zuvorkommend (Bestellaufnahme d. Getränke lies öfters auf sich warten)
-Zimmersevice sehr spartanisch den Boden gesäubert, teils noch einige Haare auf dem Boden im Bad, hinter der Tür auch noch fremde Haare und Dreck nach zweimaligen Zimmerservice
-2 Kakerlaken im Zimmer - absolutes NO GO
-scheint auch ein Hotel fürs Partyvolk zu sein - viele junge Gruppen (Teenager), die teils sehr laut waren in der Nacht/Früh und aus Spaß auch mal gerne an die Tür geklopft haben(kann das Hotel jetzt nicht wirklich was dafür aber trotzdem sehr ärgerlich und nervig)

The location is great, but we didn’t enjoy our stay at this hotel. The bedding wasn’t changed or made up, nor was the room cleaned. The only thing they changed was the towels which we appreciated, but the the towels often had hairs on them. It didn’t feel like a four star hotel rather more like two stars.

Lite nattesøvn!

Vi ble 1 dag forsinket ned p.g.a kansellert fly. Vi ringte å ga beskjed til resepsjonen, som tydeligvis ikke har notert dette. Da vi ankom hotellet dagen etterpå møtte vi en halv sur dame i resepsjon som ikke var fornøyd at vi ikke hadde gidd beskjed, noe vi hadde gjort.
Heldigvis kom det en annen hyggelig dame å.tok over innsjekk.
Hotellet hadde mye bråkete gjester mellom 23.00-06.00 Vi måtte ligge å høre på festene som forgikk på flere av naborommene, samt roping, hyling og ja fotballspilling (ene natta) i gangene hele natta. Vi hørte at kun 1 gang fikk disse gjestene tilsnakk fra personal at de måtte roe ned. Vasken på badet lak, så når vi vasket hendene ble vi våt på sokkene, å skapet under vasken på kjøkkene stinket råtten. Safe var låst og 0 sol på balkongen. Positivt: hyggelig betjening og god mat i resturanten. Veldig greit stor basseng, barnebassenget var bare tull, noen dårlige solstoler. Renholdere hyggelig å gjorde en god jobb. Bra beliggenhet.

Wenn man das Hotel betritt bzw. so dort aufhält, sccheint es sehr leer und unfertig. Es fehlt etwas Deko, Blumen etc.
Die Möbel unseres Zimmer waren sehr gebraucht. Es gab kein Möbelstück ohne Beschädigung. Dennoch war alles absolut sauber. Die Außenanlage ist hervorragend und das Essen war super. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr aufegeschlossen und hilfsbereit.
