Everything was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful, rooms were clean as well as the outside- such a great vibe! The location was perfect right down the beach! The only downside was there was loud music coming from another hotel down the road until 11pm but was not the Alions fault. Overall this was the best vacation I had in a while and would def come back!!

Properly a Cypriot hospitality experience. This hotel is of course a high quality hotel but what separates it is the friendliness and help from the staff. Sea view room was as it was expected to be, beach just in front with beach beds from the hotel. Price for the quality and period we booked (end of August which is high season) was extremely reasonable. I had a bit higher expectations on food which could be ever slightly better given everything else was wonderful it would have made it exceptional.

Recommended but pool needs attention

Very clean and new rooms! Very comfortable beds and nice shower room. All and all was very clean. Unfortunately the pool needs TLC and some good scrubbing. Beach is right below the hotel and it's really nice. The hotel has done very good upgrades to become environmentally friendly which is a plus.

The best beach/seaside hotel we have stayed in - everything is excellent- rooms, allocated sunbeds, pool, sea, the food is fabulous- Kalemera restaurant for breakfast lunch at Akti and dinner at Ipenema and The Deck are special ( there is a buffet restaurant for dinner but we didn’t try) - the staff are amazingly efficient and very very friendly- no faults at all - very sad to go home!

We enjoyed a fabulous 6 day holiday at the Alion Beach Hotel. From the moment we walked through the lobby, the quality of service was exceptional. It is clear that all the staff really care about the hotel and guests. Our room was perfect - well laid out and a lovely sea view. Breakfast and evening meal (buffet) was very good and there was live entertainment on three nights whilst we were there. The gardens are beautiful and lead down to a fantastic, sandy beach. Simply beautiful.
But what really took our experience to another level was the staff and how they looked after us. They all get on with their work quietly and efficiently, but show exceptional levels of customer service. Big thanks to the two Georges, Fotini and Monika who were so helpful and friendly.

All in all it was a lovely hotel. We had a sea view room which was great apart from the bath area of the bathroom. It needs upgrading asap. It wasn’t the whole bathroom just that area.
The half board option only includes ONE restaurant (buffet style), the food was really good some nights and a bit of a miss on others - each day was a themed cuisine. Breakfast was really good.
Staff couldn’t do enough, sometimes they were a little too efficient, plates cleared before you’ve even swallowed your food. I think it would help having instructions for new arrivals at breakfast as no idea if we should wait to be seated or pick somewhere, stood around just waiting for someone to notice us on the first day.
Any issue we had though was dealt with, Despite the minor issues we would def return to this hotel.

Stayed here in May 2023 for 2 nights, lovely hotel. Just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa nightlife but close enough if you want it.
Pool area lovely and clean and service is quick and efficient.
Breakfast great choice, something for everyone. Order a cup of coffee and you get a pot, what's not to love about that! Even a floor show from a couple of the staff having what appeared to be a lovers tiff.

I have stayed two night At Alion hotel next to the sandy beach .breakfast good , launch was Amazing you get to choose from menu £30 euro budget . I have paid full on board .

Evening All guest need to wear smart clothes , i was wear of it I was wearing shorts on casual wear .

I was told by staff all gust need to wear smart clothes no shorts 😗

The hotel was very nice and clean, closest to the beach .. welcoming staff .. breakfast was excellent and had great variety.. restaurant at the poolside was excellent, great food and service .
They did not replace the coffee for the espresso machine nor the water bottle and we’re supposed to have free coffee in the room .. very disappointing for a 4 night stay.
Their restaurant The Deck although we asked for a special table we were seated in the middle with tables so close as if you’re sitting with the people next to you, and we were refused to sit at a side table where it was more private because other people had reserved that specific table according to the receptionist.
All in all it was a pleasant stay.. nice area, nice beach and very good hotel

The hotel is very nice, modern style in terms of decoration, newly remade, very clean. Building is not impressive from outside, it's the style that you can find all around Cyprus. It's not very big, but it's very wellcoming.
But the really great part is the garden and the pool area, which is very very nice, the garden is on different levels, going down towards the sea, and it's also the area for the sunbeds - sunbeds in the grass are even better than in the sand, in my opinion. A lot of vegetation (which is not very common in the area) such as palm trees and flowerly plants, embrassing the wood of the pergola structure. Pool is blending in with the lawn and also with one of the restaurants - Ipanema, which is by the pool, and there is also The Deck restaurant which is a bit above, overlooking the lawn and sea. Service is also great, everybody very nice. Breakfast is very good, there is enough varienty to choose from, orange juice is the most fresh that it could get to be, being squizzed on the spot in front of you. Coffee is not as good, but this is a minor detail.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alion Hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and polite, cleaning service was excellent. The food was very delicious, especially in \"The Deck\" restaurant, where the service was perfect and food was excellent. Breakfast has a big choice of delicious food, for the lunch you can visit the pool bar which is also really good. We also liked that you choose sun beds when you arrive at the hotel in the reception desk, so the sun beds belong only to you during your stay. The hotel and the location of it is very quiet, the atmosphere is really comfortable. Hotel has not big, big really deep ( 2.7 m) and clean swimming pool. The beach is also perfect and the sea is very clean. We would really like to visit Alion Hotel again.

Beautiful Hotel & Breakfast. A Few Problems Though

Hotel lobby is beautiful. My room and the balcony overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean as well as the dozens of palm trees was breathtaking and spectacular, day and night. The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of high-end food and drink. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly.
A few problems... The anti-scalding device in my shower was not working. Maintenance checked it out and did not see a problem?!? The wireless wifi in my room kept going in and out. Maintenance checked it out and did not see a problem?!? Some hotel renovations were going on. The problem is that I started hearing hammering at about 7:05 am. When I let the front desk know, they seemed to genuinely care. Well, until the next morning, I was listening to the whirling of some sort of sander or saw at 7:25 am. Good thing I was checking out that day. Garage parking was a bit creepy and inconvenient, with only outside stairs for access (no elevator).
Even with these problems I experienced, the hotel is entitled to 4-stars for their location, the quality of their furnishings, the views and and that awesome breakfast.

This property seems to get the balance right; super clean, super friendly helpful staff, great food, good sized rooms and your own allocated sunloungers for the duration of your stay. Situated in the quiet part of Ayia Napa but near enough to walk to restaurants should you require it, the place offers everything I could want. I will always return to this hotel whenever I am in Ayia Napa.

The hotel and surroundings are clean and the staff friendly. The room is basic and a little too small to sleep 3 adults comfortably. I wouldn’t rate this a “luxury” hotel. The location is good close to the centre. It took some time for reception to check us in which was disappointing but overall a pleasant stay.

Quiet Aiya Napa Hotel

Lovely hotel and garden/pool area always very clean. Breakfast was good, as was dinner at the Deck restaurant.
The sunbeds are reserved for you for the entirety of your stay, which is good, unless you're next to a very loud family. When we selected ours there wasn't much choice but lots not used, so this almost seems a little pointless.
We had a sea view room with a small balcony which was perfect. Lovely views and the room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.
It's not a huge hotel, and it's approx 10min walk to the centre of Aiya Napa. A very peaceful hotel. I'd stay here again.

The food and service at the evening buffet was superb.
In fact all of the staff we encountered coudn't have been more friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much, lovely hotel and beach setting but the quality and standard of the staff and food means we will definately return. Enjoyable one night stay

Upon arrival we were offered wet towels to clean our hands and fresh iced lemonade. We were allowed to check in earlier than check in time. Very friendly staff. Room is not a 5 star hotel room level. Overall happy with our stay but the hotel can use a renovation.

I stayed in the Alion hotel for seven night in April , the staff are one of the best features of this hotel , I really enjoyed my stay the hotel has everything you need the in/outdoor pool was excellent and being so close to the beach was a real plus , the buffet breakfast has everything you could wish for hot and cold ,

The hotel is Location very close to all the main attractions and if you're looking for some night life you are only 10mins from Ayia napa hot spots , I would recommend this hotel to my friends because of its location and the high standards it has, the bed was enormous and the bedroom was spotless ,( I would strongly recommend a sea view room) .

I must mention the Lady with the dark black hair on the reception desk and the cocktail bar man were outstanding always there to help and very friendly.
