Not a 4 star hotel, an average 3 star.

No concierge, but the receptionist who was there to help was fairly rude and unhelpful. It was too much to ask for help/assistance/guidance of sight seeing etc... Twice, on separate occasions stopped our conversation to deal with staff members and that was for a 1-2 minutes at a time. Service was generally poor.

Towels not changed regularly/replaced, we had to ask for additional. Beach towels, happy to pay the desposit, but these were not offered at the start of the trip and nor was the serving charge of these either stated.

No tea/coffee in room ... this is a basic standard esp for a 2/3 star hotel.

Basic hotel, wouldn’t change towels daily not enough complementary toiletries some days towels taken and not replaced. Breakfast was good and general staff are friendly, reception gents could do with some customer service training

Great location, walking distance to a wonderful beach & easily walk into Ayia Napa via the beach or streets off the shops ‘ restaurants. Fantastic sea views from our massive balcony; plus overlooking the swimming pool. Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Room has a kettle but you have to buy your own coffee & water etc. or fill up in the hotel restaurant. I would say the waterpark here at the hotel is ideally suited for ages up to 11-12years. Mine are 13-14years and we ended up going to Waterworld anyway. Staff here are very friendly and attentive & cannot do enough for you. Overall fantastic holiday & hotel.

Staying in Tofinis every year in an All Inclusive . Currently staying was disappointing. Poor quality of food. Dirty areas . Ac of room was smelling mould. Staff was nice and helpful.
The worst was the policy on the pool towels. Without noticing/advice on hotel rules prior arriving, they request 10 euro deposit for each towels (it’s acceptable), but they demand 2 euro for each towels (not refundable) for laundry and according to them 2 euro fee (each) for every time is requested to change towel with a anew one. Just keep In Mind that there is a supermarket (selling towels)and payable (coins)laundry room in the same building of the hotel which belongs to the hotel owners. Just saying!!!!

Decent buffet. Only stayed for one night but could’ve eaten there for the week without getting fed up of it.

Long drinks and cocktails the same as similar resorts in the area

Bathroom full of mold, pool wasn’t the cleanest, food was not the best, drinks were ok apart from soft drinks they were cheap brands. No bottled water which I’ve never experienced in an all inclusive hotel. You had to pay 2€ for a pool towel, 5€ for an extra key which is outrageous when there is 4 in a room. Beds not comfortable at all. Water park was good, but be warned they are not the fastest in helping if someone is in trouble, a gentleman had a cardiac arrest on a slide it took 2 guest to get him out of the water, the pool was not cleared it took several of our group to shield the man while he was given CPR! Thank god we was in a big group otherwise hotel was very boring. So many people were getting coughs and sore throats, upset stomach’s!!! Would I go back hell NO!!!!

The hotel was clean but the food was terrible. My family and I had food poisoning and we spent the last two days vomiting. I would avoid this hotel. I’ve been to cyprus before and have eaten at some fantastic places and hotels but this place is by far the worst place. Don’t get me wrong the people there are nice but the food is just tasteless and as I say the last two days of our holiday was spent vomiting and in bed. Was horrible with kids.

Great!

It is as the positive reviews say. Good quality and tasting food and coffee, great waterpark and pool, good gym, nice location/views. The local staff is very good and polite. Also, fakir and fire shows and good entertainers for kids.
Try to avoid the blue whirlpool type of slide in the waterpark, several ppl hit their heads and while I didn't, my neck hurt after the one time i did try it. Plenty of parking space, some covered.
Overall, I'm very pleased and can't find anything wrong (except maybe the fact they want to charge 20 Euro for sauna, but that's a minor thing).

Another fabulous stay at Tofinis, Returning customer, hotel spotless, great food. Waterpark is brilliant & Animation team are are credit to the hotel, as the staff are! If you have kids under 10, entertainment is aimed at families. excellent entertainment for kids. Would be nice if they had a bit more entertainment aimed at adults too, maybe a few singing acts! Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

We had a perfect vacation at the hotel. It has everything, a water park and a huge pool. The hotel staff was lovely and very helpful with every request. The food was simply excellent. As vegetarians, we had a lot to eat. The room was a little small for five, but we managed. A highly recommended hotel

Fantastic hotel for families. Food wise, they had different themes each night. Having a dietry requirement they couldnt be any more accommodating, the chefs were so helpful one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff were also really helpful helping us with stereilising the baby bottels - nothing was too much trouble. Kids absolutely loved the water park, great stay by everyone.

Nice hotel close to bus station and near the beach

the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. When we were given the rooms, they were very clean. the next day, the towels were not changed and the glasses were not changed or cleaned as well; we had 3 cups in our room for tea... the thing that bothered us in the breakfast is the bad smell of the plates. But there is a big variety and selection of food in the breakfast. As they mentioned in their description the wifi is in the lobby only, you have to pay if u want to use it in the room. the same applies with the fridge. so they were very honest :) overall the hotel is good and you can stay there.

Give this one a miss - very disappointing!

There is only one way to describe this hotel. The staff are terrible! The most unfriendly, uncompromising and cold mannered people I have every dealt with during my many years of travelling around the world. The hotel is geared to deal with Russian travelers only and the staff are all mindless robots reacting only in a manner which is against customer care and favorable only to the rigid hotel rules.

Other than the staff, the hotel cuts off hot water after 11pm so dont expect a hot shower between 11pm and 7am. The rules only allow for 1 access key regardless of how many people are in the room. Under no circumstances you will be allowed 2 or more keys to your own room. The only way to get wifi access to your room is to hire an adapter from the front counter for 15 Euro to access their free internet. The towels are only supplied fresh on the first day of your stay. They are not replaced regardless of the term of your stay.

We had a great stay !!! The only thing is that they charge for every little thing .... Such as the plug for the wall ( converter ) safe , wifi , late check out... Breakfast was so so also ( lots of pork )
Staff was SUPER / VERY nice !!!!
Cleaning lady was nice but wouldn't change my used towels , and also made ALOT of noise in the morning so we couldn't sleep in so late ( which sucked because it was our first trip with no kids ... )
But other then that the hotel was great and the staff was very nice !!!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room had a very strange smell, a mix of smell old/cologne. The room was quite old and didn’t feel fresh. the food at the buffet was good, everyone in the family like it. Bath towels not included, we had to pay 4 euro for each towel plus 10 euro deposit.

Η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό, περάσαμε φανταστικά. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα,
Το ξενοδοχείο τέλειο, το προσωπικό πολύ καλό ευγενέστατοι όλοι κανένα πρόβλημα δεν είχαμε, είμασταν all inclusive με ποικιλία απο φαγητά, ποτά, γλυκά και παγωτά με πολύ καλή ποιότητα και γεύση, οι νεροτσουλήθρες για παιδιά και για μεγάλους ήταν απίστευτα διασκεδαστικές. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα, είναι μια ακόμα διασκεδαστική εμπειρία σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο που θα την ξανα επαναλάβουμε.

Underbart hotell för hela familjen, med något för varje medlem. Rent och fint, otroligt trevlig personal och underbart läge! Barnvänligt, med olika aktiviteter riktade till barn, men finns även en spaavdelning om man behöver lite ensamtid.

Vi hade en fantastisk resa. Var inte så mkt på hotellet. Tyvärr va poolerna för kalla att bada i men vattenlandet tyckte familjen va super. Dock spenderade vi väldigt lite tid där. Maten tyckte vi va bra. God och väldigt varierande. Personalen var supertrevliga. Städningen var inte bra. Såg knappt att dom hade varit på rummet. Vår toalett luktade avlopp och vi sa till många gånger. Outhärdlig doft. Det fixades för stunden.
Stranden var fantastisk. Hela familjen älskade Cypern och kommer definitivt återvända men dock ett annat hotell.

Nice hotel with some great facilities such as the in-house water park and a great swimming pool. Some slides weren’t available during the stay, and opened alternately.
An all inclusive plan is very comfort when traveling with kids, but seems like the quality and diversity of food isn’t as high as expected. Yet, it is a must to mention we were able to find what to eat in every meal.
Very helpful stuff and quick checking in and out are truly a benefit.
