We really enjoyed our stay at Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites. Everything was great — the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach and the town center. The only small issue was the mattress, which felt a bit too soft or maybe a bit old. Apart from that, everything else was excellent — a solid 5 out of 5 experience!

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was super polite and so helpful with our two young children ages one and four the food was amazing. The pool and the proximity to the beach and shopping was all within walking distance with our stroller, the meals were fantastic and very Perfect for what we need for our young family.

We can fully recommend

A superb hotel with a fantastic location. However, the rooms would benefit from being vacuum cleaned from time to time instead of floors just being washed as it just pushes around dirt like hairs etc. Very delicious breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Very service minded and helpful staff whether at the reception, the pol bar or in the restaurant. Overrall condition is as expected and we would like to come back again.

Lovely stay with wonderful seaview

I enjoyed my stay, luckily i could get the requested room, as a vegetarian there and a view options for dinner, the staff is friendly and helps out with special meal requests. A point for improvement would be to ban smoking in the restaurant area, even if it's only outside allowed i was disturbed and could see other guest shifting inside because of a heavy smoker as well. Overall i can recommend the hotel, everyone you get in contact with is friendly, helpful and willing to support.

Have stayed here five times and will no doubt stay again. Wonderful hotel, set on the edge of Ayia Napa, just a hop from a beautiful beach and stunning coastline, and a short drive from Cape Gkreko and the Protaras area. The staff are second to none, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Excellent buffet breakfast and themed dinners. However, vegetarian options are limited, but they are very happy to prepare something special to order. Love love love this hotel.

We are her to get some sun, and we did. Location next to Grecian Bay is great, a nice a cosy common beach with very clear water and possibility to jump from the cliffs. Hotel service was excellent, very friendly and service minded. Gym and spa also great as well as the padel court. We used these facilities frequently. Breakfast great. Really not much to complain about, maybe the big road between hotel and the beach, but diffucult to do anything about. Highly recommended.

A relatively small but classy establishment. The staff were absolutely charming and wonderful down to the last person. There is a very good gym for both cardio and weight training. I used the spa for a facial and massage and the staff were wonderful and provided a really top notch experience. A very very extensive buffet breakfast, though it is the same options every day, and there are 2 restaurants for dinner, with lots of very high end fine dining options within a short distance. I found my whole experience there relaxing and pleasant.

Hotel was really clean and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned properly everyday, environment was clean and beautiful. Also the pool area was nice. Breakfast was fresh and there was alot of choices. Also it was nice you could ask the chef make an omelette etc.
Staff was very helpful. Helped us rent an atv and got us taxi to the airport.
I would recommend this hotel if you visit Agia Napa.

Enjoyed the free parking and close proximity to beach and restaurants/ bars but not close enough to hear the noise from clubs/pubs.
Breakfast is not dairy-free friendly - had to go and ask for a plant milk each breakfast; no tofu for breakfast. If you eat meat, milk and dairy then the breakfast should be fine. If you are vegan, look for elsewhere.
Rooms are not sound-proof. Your neighbours will hear you and you will hear them, especially at night.
Swimming pool was ok but had quite a bit sand on the bottom of it.
Nice cocktails in the hotel bar.

To summarise - between 3 and 4 star hotels. Compared to 4 star hotels in Canary Islands this is a 3 star hotel.

The hot tub was old and water Luke warm and needed a clean and was old and the pillow was not there. We could not use it. The first bedroom plug got stuck in basin. The television did not work in the lounge. Water with a meal in the restaurant with a bar was a cost each time and we were full board.
Dust on the televisions in the bedrooms and black suede cushion on couch dirty. The place needs a thorough deep clean.

The men by the pool bar if you don’t leave a tip they don’t smile.

The only good things was the Mexican salad was delicious and the men behind the bar and the reception were always nice and pleasant. 5000 I spent I should have had an amazing clean in working order suite.
This is not a four star hotel.

Nice hotel, on the outskirts of town, if your going for the nightlife in Aiya Napa it might be a little too far away, but if your after peace and quiet then it’s perfect.
Good facilities in the hotel, gym was good enough that we used it 4 days out of 7, and the spa looked good although we never used it.
Large range of food for breakfast in the main hotel dining area with a second restaurant next to the pool with great views for a lunch looking at the sea. The room was good (Deluxe suite with sea views) , although maybe a little dated and could use a bit of tlc, but everything worked as it should with plenty of space. The hot tub does need a good professional clean, and the cover for the pumps needs new fittings as it is lose.
Every staff member we spoke too was friendly, polite and well dressed, very professional looking.
All in all we would stay again if ever back in Cyprus.

A very clean and tidy hotel, conveniently placed a 10 min walk from the hustle and bustle of the town. Clean beach within 2 mins. Very nice outside seating areas which were great for meeting up with the rest of my group. Staff were attentive but not overly so and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Special thanks to the concierge who went above and beyond and was also very entertaining.

Abbiamo scelto questa bella struttura sulla base anche delle buone recensioni precedenti e per il prezzo ragionevole richiesto. Tutto è andato bene, parcheggio auto gratuito, bella camera silenziosa con terrazzo vista mare, personale disponibile, buona colazione, piscina e lettini disponibili, zona tranquilla, ottima spiaggia a 150 metri dall'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto la sorpresa che mi hanno organizzato in camera facendomi trovare una torta con due bottigliette di vino per brindare al mio compleanno. Sono iniziative che fanno stare bene e che migliorano il proprio soggiorno. Grazie.

Very nice property, good views from the balcony, clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was amazing, an incredible selection of options, from bacon and eggs, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, to danish and red velvet cake!
the only drawback for us was the smokers next door. When they were outside smoking we had to leave our balcony because the smoke would curl right into our room. Maybe having a smoke free section could be an option?

Definitely not a five star hotel, but would put it closer to three. Location is not beachfront, which is implied in the description. Overall rooms were clean but minimal at best. Tight quarters for three people. I guess it did have a partial ocean view if I squinted my eyes and looked between the actual beachfront hotels. Elevator was broken in the morning, which made it interesting getting bags down from the fourth floor. Check in/out staff was a bit militaristic but the bell hop was very friendly. Overall, there are other options that I would recommend before the Napa Mermaid.

Overall lovely stay. Specifically appreciated: 1 min walk to a clean, calm beach with municipality provided sunbeds / umbrellas (paid 7.5 euros / day for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella in 2022 May), no loud / clashing music either on the beach or anywhere else in the hotel, generally very nice food, lots of spaces to chill out (reception, poolside, other bar), very nice and helpful staff, ample and free parking on site. Even got surprised with a delicious birthday cake left in our room. Would definitely go back.

Our flights were cancelled and there was no availability on flights for 2 weeks. We had booked rooms with free cancellation but we needed to cancel 24 hours before check in. As the flight was cancelled while we were on the plane, we couldn’t cancel the entire stay 24 hours before. We explained the situation to the hotel and asked if we could cancel the remaining days for which would be more than 24 hours in advance and pay for the first night but unfortunately the hotel didn’t agree.
After missing a family wedding, being stranded in the airport overnight, this added to a hugely stressful day

This hotel is a good pick if you don't want to stay in the heart of Ayia Napa. However, from the hotel to the city centre is just about 15 minutes of walk. The hotel is nice and it has a big pool, nice bars and restaurants. The room itself is not so spacious, but works for a holiday. The hotel looks like an old one, but it is well maintained and it is closed to the beach, the Love Bridge or the Sculpture Park. The views you have from the rooms with a sea view are really nice, so we were happy to have booked this type of room. Their breakfast is wonderful so we'd definitely recommend it.
On the other hand along with the hotel looking a bit old, the air conditioning in the room is not so efficient and it's quite noisy, so for us it was impossible to use it during the night.
So it might not be perfect, but it's definitely a good place to stay in Ayia Napa and gives you good value for the money.

the hotel was great the service at the reception was good but the big problem the information that I seen on the website was inaccurate : when the hotel was full the meal was much better than when there was less people and the dinner was buffet and it was excellent only when the hotel was full when there was less people the dinner was just a menu with no much to choose from and when the hotel was empty the service was very bad : we wait for food 45 min and we couldn't wait anymore for it so we good to eat outside at a restaurant
In conclusion we are very disappointed from our stay at this hotel they shouldn't treat guests like that only because hotel almost empty and treat well only when its full

They take Covid very seriously. And that is a great thing.

Regardless the current pandemic of covid we had an excellent time. The hotel was following all required hygiene guidelines and we didnt feel afraid at anytime. The hotel is in a fantastic location just far enough away from down town Ayia Napa to offer a little peace and tranquility, but close enough to walk into town if you need to. The staff are amazing and friendly. Breakfast is an absolute feast, everything you can imagine from cold meats and cheese through to a hot breakfast, fresh fruit, porridge and yoghurt. Relaxing family holiday

Currently it is off season with very less occupancy in the hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel is very neat and clean with pleasant ambiance. For some reason, all hotels in the area were painted white.

We were in a Grand suite with two bedroom, a hall with open kitchen and a large balcony with a jacuzzi which the kids loved. Breakfast was very good with both hot and cold options. The only other food we had from the hotel restaurant was a pizza. We were told that it was a frozen pizza that was baked.

The people at the reception were very helpful, especially Litza. I hope i am spelling her name correctly. The beach is right across the road at a short walking distance and its a nice beach. There are shops available at a short walking distance. Restaurants were closed since it was off season. We had to drive to Ayia Napa town for eating out. The hotel helped in arranging for hire car as well. We used the spa as well which was good.

Overall a very good relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend Napa mermaid hotel and suites.

It’s a lovely hotel, very smart decor!

Good location, beach across the road, a very short walk to restaurants, shops etc.
Super market about 2minutes walk up the hill to buy water etc.

Sun beds were the only issue... people claimed them when they weren’t even using them, Very inconsiderate!

Food was lovely, plenty of choice and fresh. Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Would highly recommend

Lovely stay in Agia Napa!

Absolute 5 star stay, the service was impeccable, the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated. We would defo recommend!

Excellent time at Napa Mermaid and Suits

Had the most amazing time at Napa Mermaid Hotel and Suits. I had the bungalow room which was beautiful, spacious and clean. The morning breakfast was very nice, a variety of what to eat I didn’t feel limited to the same thing everyday. The woman who cleaned my room was super helpful and nice! When I first came into the room there was a issue with my safe within 5 minutes everything was fixed. I was pleased to see how fast they were to help and resolve the issue. The pool was big, nice and quiet, not filled with young loud teenagers screaming. I really enjoyed the hotel cause it wasn’t filled with kids and it gave me that time to enjoy my vacation before starting my travels.

Loved the pink towels, loved how clean the towels was
What we didn’t like how the sun loungers by the pool were taken with peoples towels but not occupied most of the day, do feel that the hotel should have strict rules as some days we couldn’t sit round the pool due to this

Top hotel!!

Nice location, not far from the main roads, next to the beach and just a 10 minutes walk to Aiya Napa city centre. Staff very professional and always helpful.

Lovely Hotel, great staff

We were in Cyprus for a wedding, we arrived late at night and were greeted by a lovely man at reception who told us they had upgraded our room to a suite! All the staff were very kind and friendly and made our stay a pleasure. I can also recommend the hairdresser.
