Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. Rooms were large, clean, and traditionally appointed with comfortable Queen size beds. Excellent Moroccan breakfast included and served in the central picturesque courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/24. Riad also has lovely terrace area for relaxing. We were made welcome on arrival with mint tea and local pastries. Riad also has a small pool and surrounding area which was nice for a refreshing dip with plenty of towels available. You get to Riad Tibibt from the main square via the Souks and small pedestrian roads which can appear a little daunting but is easy enough with google maps. Location is great for experience of historical Marrakech and in easy walking distance of most of the main sites. Great communication with Riad before our visit and no hidden charges.

Clean property and very welcoming, staff helpful and room kept tidy. Bit of a trek to find the property down some alleyways. The room we had didn’t have a lock which is usual for a Riad. Was worried at first but everything was ok, main property has a secure door and staff on duty.
Breakfast was lovely, indoor pool was nice after exploring the medina, and the rooftop was nice to relax. No bar or ability to buy drinks, even soft drinks but staff gave water when asked. Would recommend.

Beautiful Riad in a very central location. Very near everything, but located down some back streets that take you away from the street noise. Because of this, it can be difficult to find when you first get there, so if offered door to door airport transfers definitely do that! Room was lovely, staff were very attentive and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Didn’t need lunch as the breakfast set us up so well!

The staff was very friendly, and Oussama took care of us during our stay. There was an unfortunate issue with two of our rooms regarding the bathrooms flooding during showers. We made the best of it by limiting the water usage. Breakfast was delicious, and we had a great location near the square and some great restaurants!

The room was better than I could imagine! The room was clean and well decorated. The staff was amazing! The cook ( I can not remember her name) was the highlight of my trip lol. I made sure to get back to the Riad for dinner (chicken lemon tagine, and Moroccan salad my favorite). I absolutely loved the home feeling while staying there. Definitely will be returning!

We stayed 2 weeks at Riad Tibibt and it was impeccable!! Outstanding service from all the employees, they’re very friendly and helpful, they’re happy to help with anything you’ll need! The room was spotless and clean everyday, there’s free laundry service and a nice breakfast in the morning (they’ll even make to-go if you need to!). Definitely recommend the place for an incredible stay in the Medina!

The staff were very courteous and the breakfast was great. But the room was not worth the money and we even had a free upgrade. The Riad has a beautiful courtyard but it is not very functional. It's also deep in the Medina and takes a while to get to.

The room was spotless , the staff delightful and for what I paid great value. Would love to go again however as a sole female traveler do note this Riad is tucked away down some slightly quieter streets in the Medina.

Everyone was lovely and lots of nice little touches such as complimentary tea and Moroccan pastries when you arrive. They also provided me with a lovely packed breakfast as I was leaving very early on my day of Departure

The Riad is a bit tough to find, but was an oasis of calm in the hectic city. Walking distance to everything in the Medina, but you’ll need to find a taxi to get to the airport/train station. Staff are very friendly and the Moroccan tea is delicious. We had full control of the air conditioning. Bathroom is a bit small and the shower water gets everywhere since it’s not really enclosed. Overall a lovely stay with interesting decor. The room also doesn’t lock from the outside when you leave for the day, but overall we felt our stuff was safe and didn’t have any issues

Wonderful riad and incredible service

The Riad and the staff are absolutely incredible! If I could give more stars for the level of service we received I would.

The only downside for us was the location. It was quite difficult to find when we first arrived (for some reason it took me somewhere different when I typed it on my Apple Maps) and we felt quite unsafe navigating those alleys to get to it at night.

The mint tea and slice of cake upon our arrival was a wonderful touch and a much needed treat after a hectic journey!

The breakfast was also amazing. My only wish was that there was a ‘to-go’ breakfast option as we had to leave early for a trip one morning.

Riad is beautiful and staff were very nice but location is inconvenient and far from
Attractions. I got lost several times. Bed was very uncomfortable but linens were clean. Unfortunately, I would not stay there again nor would recommend.

Had a very good stay, the lady from the staff is very kind and treated me with great care. They stayed in touch whenever i needed guidance about the address. Google maps doesn’t have their accurate address pin though so would be good for guests to remember the property number and maybe post a picture of the door for ease in finding.

This is magical! We stayed in three riads in Marrakech this time and this one just blew our mind. Oussama and team made us feel super warmly welcomed and catered to all our needs. Such a paradise with a lush garden, a small but fun swimming pool, a singing tibibt and a turtle watching TV. Will definitely come back! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Oasis of calm. Good location & great service

An oasis of comfort & calm, tucked away in the heart of the medina, about 10 minutes walk from the main souks & maybe 20 mins from the main square. Good traditional breakfast set us up for the day & staff very helpful at all times. Airport pick-up and initial guidance to the riad were appreciated.

Informed us about app that we could use offline so we could navigate city without getting lost. So grateful for the airport transfer. They made sure that my daughter and I got to Riad safely. Breakfast was good.

I loved this property, but due to the limited transportation I couldn't give it a full 5 stars. What I did like about the property was the uniqueness of the rooms, the Moroccan authenticity, and the service. When we first arrived the gentleman who was working there offered us some traditional mint tea. We arrived at dusk, and since there was limited transportation we weren't able to go back out to get dinner, and their kitchen was closed. The man working there told us we could get food delivered to the property, which he assisted in helping me use their version of "Door Dash". I will say throughout the night the service was excellent, he was very attentive and we could tell it wasn't just for us, but the other guests that were staying there as well. I couldn't say enough great things about him and the woman who was working there as well. They were awesome!

Now for the bad, two of the four of us had mobility issues. So it was very hard for them to walk from where the taxi dropped us off to the property. I also am not sure if our reservations went through, because one of our rooms was at another property a block or so away. It seemed like it was a different property offering some room for overflow, which again was hard for our group. If everyone in our group was able to walk just fine, I would have nothing bad to say about this property. Just know it will require some walking to from the taxi drop off through a local market area.

Nice riad,but confusing location.

Lovely little Riad in Marrakech.
I had asked for twin beds during booking,but was given a double.
The Riad itself is extremely difficult to find as it is situated in amongst winding alleyways that eventually lead to the Jem El Fenna square (10-15 minutes walk)taking in the local markets, which are fantastic.
Going back to the location,you will find locals telling you that certain roads are blocked,and after they show you the way,they ask for money - this happened on 3 occasions.In the 3rd occasion,the person was quite rude as he wasn't happy with the top I gave him,even though the property was 2 minutes away. I would suggest downloading a map of the local area, particularly if you don't have mobile data access.There are various apps available for this.
This is the one aspect I didn't like about the location of this property.
Other than that,it was a well appointed and authentic Riad with helpful staff.

Riad Tbibt is in an excellent location. Walkable to all of the main attractions. It is down some narrow alleys and as 2 women travelling alone, we had some concerns about safety. However we soon realised that the area is very safe & well lit and the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable - even escorting us back one evening after midnight!

The service was outstanding and the riad is beautifully kept. The restaurant area is cool which was much appreciated. The pool enabled us to enjoy some respite from the heat late afternoon before heading out again.

A central location but very peaceful. Could not recommend Riad Tbibt more highly!

The good:
-One of the two rooms was amazing, it had a jacuzzi, aircon, seperate shower etc
-The girl who made the breakfast was very helpful, and staff service overall was great
- the Riad interior is beautiful, it has a pool and a sundeck where they serve wine (very rare in the medina)

The bad:
-the second room had a non-functioning aircon, and no lock on the door
- check in was slow: we arrived at 5pm and still one of the rooms was not ready
- it is incredibly difficult to find, and the area around it is not the best. The locals are generally friendly but one of the kids was very aggressive and assaulted us when we refused to give him money for no reason

A wonderful stay. A home away from home. It is easy to find if you just pin point familar lanes/shops. Only downpoint is that breakfast is the same everyday which can be boring especially as it is hard to find cafes if you have small kids. Another issue is the lack of access to the fridge. It is locked by staff & feels awkward to ask for a key. So storing any childrens food or snacks is a big issue. These are easy to fix issues. Perhaps small mini fridges in rooms and charge extra for those rooms which I am sure many would pay. All staff were lovely, good understanding of English and able to support with any issues you have. 4* just because of the 2 things mentioned above. Rooms are adequate, clean and cool. A wonderful first holiday for my little one.

Best Riad in Marrakesh!

We had a great time, and we were served phenomenally well by all staff. Sayed and the manager were extremely accommodating at any request we had, including transfers to and from the airport, as well as recommendations and which map service to utilise. As well as a late night feed after we got back from the airport late.

The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing, with an open bath in our room, to add some romance to an already beautiful establishment. The pool area was also stunning and certainly was a very relaxing space.

We highly recommend, and we are sure you would get the same service!

Beware: We booked a double room which clearly says air conditioning in the description but when we entered the room there was no air conditioning. When we asked the staff, they just gave us another room. If there was no availability we could have been stuck in a room that has no air conditioning. Also the rooms were above a common area where people were eating and drinking late at night so we didn’t a restful stay. Otherwise it’s a great place for the money and free airport transfer is great.

Amazing hospitality and family feel!

This is a beautiful Riad located in the Medina with the most hospitable staff!

From the beginning they were very communicative and even arranged an airport transfer to ensure we found the Riad easily. We were welcomed with tea and cookies every time we entered the Riad and they were eager to ensure we had a positive and wonderful time in Marrakech.

The Riad is very safe (with them verifying each tour guide who came to meet us at the Riad before letting them in) and clean. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the pool in the evening and relaxing on the rooftop terrace during the day.

This Riad was perfect for my boyfriend and me! However, as someone who has traveled a lot as a solo female, I would only stay here single if I had no plans to be out after 9pm. The Riad is a little of the beaten path and requires walking down dark narrow streets to get to at night. Many locals will try to "help" you find your way (for a tip.) I felt safe with my boyfriend, and really this is the way all Riads are in the Medina. The riad owners are as helpful as possible, and even came and found us one time when the taxi dropped us off in a new place!

We loved our stay here and it's a great value for the city. It was about 10 minutes to the souxs and 15 to the main square.

Overall we had a great time, were treated like family, and think it's a great place to stay!!

Extremely difficult to locate and find. Trying to locate the hotel was extremely scary and difficult at night. Many gates close which makes it hard to get there at night.

However is the staff and hotel itself was AMAZING. I can’t speak more highly about how the hotel and staff were perfect. Bed was made every day. Our clothes were folded and taken care of. Fresh towels each day. Saied was typically exceptional and went above and beyond the expectations even with a slight language barrier. The plunge pool was very relaxing too.

Riad Tibibt is a hidden gem. Once inside the Riad, you are welcomed by a stunning courtyard of palm trees and other flora along with quaint tables to enjoy nicely prepared breakfasts and dinners. The Riad has a wide range of traditional, yet fully serviced rooms. The Staff are fantastic and most helpful. We enjoyed our 10 days at the Riad!!!!

This was my first time staying in a Riad and it was an experience. It’s more of a homey feel to it. Everything was decorated so unique. It’s a walk from where you can park, it’ll take a few times to memorize how to get there. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice, I later found out you could add to what they bring out initially. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. We were first put in a room that was newly renovated, but the shower wasn’t draining properly and no wifi, so the next day they accommodated us and moved us to another room. The WiFi was fixed shortly after that. The two men that run the riad are really nice and are always there if you need something or have questions.

La piscina è piccola ma carina il tempo non permetteva di fare il bagno . La camera discreta poco spazio per armadio che era piccolo . La doccia nuova spaziosa ma lo sciacquone del water era insufficiente . Il personale gentile e disponibile . Colazione buona e abbondante . Difficle da trovare all arrivo nella medina . Consilglio di contattare la struttura prima della partenza per inviare auto per il trasporto dall aereoporto

Lieu exceptionnellement typique pour un séjour à Marrakech, au sein de la médina, avec son jardin intérieur planté de bananiers, oranger et autres. Petit déjeuner marocain copieux. Repas succulents et copieux. Transferts aéroports et Riad assurés et disponibles.
Personnel aux petits soins pour les clients, toujours disponibles. En fait, rien qui ne vous fasse pas vous rendre au Riad Tibibt à Marrakech. Pour une première expérience, ce fut une grande réussite et de précieuses rencontres.
