Good stay if you only need a good bed and shower
Simple hotel, enough if you are looking for an option for a decent bed and a good shower, which was our case. Breakfast is ok, would be better if the juice was actually natural from the fruit, fruits that are abundant in the region. Early hours of the breakfast can get very crowded with tourists departing for the trips during the early hours

What I did not like was just that if you're driving, there's no valet and in order to park, you must leave the car and go inside hotel to ask staff for them to open the garage door. Honking does not work.
Another issue I had was with the pool upstairs. There's no bar. One can't have a drink there, unless bringing that from somewhere. There's just pool and chairs. No cocktails. :(
For this reason, I'd give 4 stars. It's very close to the beach, well located.

Good hotel for an affordable price
The hotel was really good and had a great price. The hotel itself is not in a super nice area but beaches are really close. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think they have to increase their offer with some small but important services. For example: They cannot change US Dollars into Brazilian Reals. The breakfast is good but one day it was kind of cold. In general I think it is a really good hotel. Totally recommended if you want to get something good for an affordable price.

The location of this Hotel was great, a few steps from the main beach in Maceio. The Hotel area was great for rest and, at the same time I felt I was close to the beach, where everything happens. The people that works at this Hotel are extremely friendly. You feel as if you are at home.

Serviço de quarto sempre impecável, camareira Luciana é excepcional, muito atenciosa e caprichosa, sempre deixando um recadinho carinhoso e uma artista com as toalhas. Café da manhã mediano, recepção sempre com atendimento educado. Hotel bem localizado, fomos em Dezembro, hotel lotado e o elevador grande estragado, somente 2 pequenos funcionado e é sempre com fila aguardando, acabamos utilizando mais as escadas, e hotel com 11 andares fica complicado. Após alguns dias resolveram o elevador maior e ficou mais tranquilo. No geral um hotel com bom custo benefício.

A única coisa que tem a reclamar é do pessoal da recepção (simpatia zero) e algumas camareiras muito mal educadas (uma no dia que cheguei, que está tirando férias da colega, veio até mim metendo bomba no hotel. * havia uma única cadeira no quarto do casal para refeições ou apenas um bate papo, sugiro duas.

Estivemos hospedados no Tropicalis no período de 21/02 até 03/02 foi uma estadia muito boa em todos os sentidos.O ar condicionado do nosso quarto apresentou um problema, liguei na recepção e prontamente foi resolvido. O café da manhã é servido em local aconchegante e muito limpo, com uma variedade de opções para todos os gostos, os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Quero mencionar os nomes de alguns com os quais tive oportunidade de conhecer mais de perto, são eles: Júlia da recepção,Elisson( do restaurante e Neide( camareira) que todos os dias deixava uma mensagem de otimismo.Enfim, vocês são nota 10 em todos os quesitos 👏👏. O hotel tem uma excelente localização, ficando uma quadra atrás da avenida principal que dá acesso à praia. O Staff é muito receptivo e o quarto tem um tamanho bom. O ar condicionado não rende tanto, mas atende. Gostamos bastante e ficaríamos novamente.

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência referente a estrutura do local. O elevador principal entrou em manutenção na terça-feira (27/08) e voltou a funcionar apenas na quinta-feira (29/08), com o hotel extremamente cheio, sobrecarregando os dois outros elevadores, formando filas com espera de no mínimo 15min.

Ao chegarmos no quarto, fomos surpreendidos ,pois havia um balde de gelo com um espumante, além de velas e pétalas nos esperando, isso porque comentei na ocasião da reserva, que eu e meu marido estaríamos fazendo aniversário de casamento durante o período de permanência no hotel. Ficaria hospedado novamente, sem dúvida.

Achei o colchão da cama do meu quarto (809) um pouco desgastada, por isso depois de vários dias, foi desconfortável. Tive problemas com a TV que apresentava problemas de contraste. A mesma foi trocada porém ainda não estava totalmente boa. A equipe sempre foi prestativa e o café da manhã excelente. Sugiro uma lixeira e coletor de cigarros para quem fuma. Vi hóspedes tendo que jogar tudo no chão na ausência destes. Recomendo o hotel e espero voltar no futuro.
