O hotel fica bem em frente a praia de pajuçara em Maceió, as margens da br e orla da praia, com café da manhã excelente, que funciona até as 10h. Em dias normais e até as 12h. Nos feriados e final de semana, o café da manhã é bem servido, com várias opções, estão de parabéns.

Gostaria de dar uma sugestão. Por duas vezes no mesmo dia, tive meu café da manhã retirado da mesa por funcionários da limpeza, sendo que havia levantado só pra pegar um pão e da outra vez pegar colher. As duas vezes foram no mesmo dia. Vou sugerir que o hotel forneça plaquinhas ou um cartão que indique se a pessoa terminou ou não de tomar o café, para que a mesa seja limpa. Confesso que fiquei muito chateada.

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é bem localizado, proximo à restaurantes, bom café da manhã, funcionários simpáticos e 18 min de caminhada até a feirinha de artesanato. O quarto é limpo e as roupas de cama também. Pode melhorar a qualidade das roalhas de banho, são muito usadas e disponibilizar secador de cabelo no quarto, tem que pedir na recepção. No geral abestadia foi ótima.

Hotel com localização excelente na orla de Pajuçara com vários restaurantes e outras atrações bem próximas. Quartos espaçosos com mobília mínima e bem simples. Limpeza boa. Elevadores antigos. Trabalham com late check out, mediante disponibilidade. Os preços são bastante acessíveis. Equipe de recepção nota 10. O hotel estava em reforma e logo cedo pela manhã começava a barulheira. Fica ao lado de um restaurante com musica ao vivo e, a noite, o som incomoda bastante.

Instalações velhas e em mau estado de conservação. O quarto não parecia limpo. Os móveis de madeira todos infiltrados e estufados, sem contar o cheiro de mofo. O colchão da cama estava afundado, literalmente com uma vala no meio.

Conheço a rede IBIS de muitos anos, muitas hospedagens já realizadas na rede, porém nesta que tive em Maceió , quarto muito ruim , ar condicionado com muito barulho , onde minha esposa foi pedir na recepção, a mudança por um outro apto , fomos prontamente atendidos , onde o novo apto , estava totalmente reformado , muito diferente do apto que não foi disponibilizado inicialmente .

Veja bem se vale a pena

Se o que dizem sobre a primeira impressão é o que fica possa afirmar que não foi boa. Nas primeiras 30h de estadia trocamos de quarto três vezes. No primeiro o ar condicionado pingava pavorosamente dentro do quarto. No segundo ele funcionava bem apenas nos primeiros 30 minutos e aí ficava apenas na ventilação. Somente no terceiro é que deu certo.
Pontos positivos: a equipe prestativa e maravilhosa que nos atendeu desde a parte técnica do ar condicionado que não funcionava até o rapaz que preparava o lanche à noite e a excelente localização na praia de Pajuçara.
Pontos a melhorar: negligência na manutenção dos equipamentos de ar condicionado (e não adianta vir com desculpa que os quartos estão em reforma) e a limpeza dos quartos. Por exemplo, no primeiro quarto encontrei um agulha de caneta injetora de insulina sobre a cadeira.

Vários apartamentos com problemas.

Costumo me hospedar nos hotéis da rede Accor. Gosto do Ibis pois costumam atender bem e vc sabe o que vai receber. Encontrei uma exceção no Maceió Pajuçara: quartos problemáticos e mobiliário com defeitos pelo longo tempo em uso. Segundo informaram, essa unidade foi o 2º Ibis construído no país. Lamentavelmente, tive de mudar de apto 3 vezes em 5 dias de hospedagem, por vários problemas: vibração forte no ar condicionado, balcão quebrado e buraco na parede permitindo calor das máquinas de ar entrar pela suíte, cheiro de mofo saindo do painel da cama que estava danificado. A boa notícia é que possui 8 andares e a reforma está no 3º. Quem sabe até o ano que vem esteja pronto? localização muito boa, funcionários super gentis salvam o hotel.

Satisfatório. Apesar de estar em reforma, isso não foi percebido no dia a dia. O atendimento muito bom, especialmente das \"cozinheiras\" que servem o café da manhã. O que pode melhorar com a reforma é a altura da moldura do Box do banheiro, tenho 1,8 m de altura e bati a cabeça algumas vezes no Box por ele ser baixo. A duxa estava com furos obstruídos e durante todo o banho havia dificuldade pra ajustar a temperatura da água, ou ficava muito quente ou muito fria. Porém a área do quarto e a limpeza atendeu as expectativas.

Tudo para ser excelente mas é somente ok

O hotel tem excelentes funcionários, super solícitos e agradáveis
A localização é boa também, o local é limpo, porém o hotel está extremamente velho e implorando por uma reforma urgente

Os móveis faltam cair no chão, mesas e armários estufados, o que é uma pena porque esse hotel tinha tudo para ser excelente

O Ibis nos proporcionou dias incríveis. Desde o atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários, limpeza, quartos confortáveis, chuveiro maravilhoso, café da manhã delicioso e farto. E como os passeios em Maceió são muito cedo, tem disponível a partir das 4:00h. Isso foi incrível. Nada a reclamar.

Pior final de ano de nossas vidas!

O Ibis Pajuçara não condiz com o padrão da rede Accor, o prédio é velho, tudo destruindo e nada funciona corretamente. Inicialmente ficamos no quarto 807, aonde achamos a mobilia velha, o telefone não funcionava,quarto mal cuidado e para piorar ar condicionado não funcionava, trocamos para o quarto 809, aonde ele conseguiu ser pior do que o 807, móveis quebrados,cheirava a guardado, banheiro com piso quebrado,as janelas estavam apenas encostadas pois não tem mais os \"fechos\" das janelas, até o frigobar estava descuidado, após 2 noites tivemos novamente que trocar de quarto pelo mesmo motivo ar condicionado parou de funcionar e lá vamos nós passear para o quarto 808, aonde só piorou pois até a cama fazia barulho e os pés eram frouxos o que dava sensação que iriamos cair a qualquer momento, torneira do banheiro vazando pela pia toda, box do banheiro vazando para o banheiro todo. Vocês não tem noção do que foi tudo isso, muito frustrante. Além do café da manhã que deixa muito a desejar. Na visão geral , hotel deveria ser interditado de imediato pois é um risco aos hospedes, e claro que não poderia deixar de falar das formigas nos quartos, haviam muitas. No fim da estadia nem ao menos um sinto muito pela parte dos profissionais do Hotel.

Hotel abandonado.

Ibis Pajucara não condiz com a marca pois está completamente abandonado.
Fiquei hospedado pouco mais de 12hs aguardando um voo e foram bem desagradáveis.
Logo na chegada já pedi pra trocar de quarto devido ao mofo, mal cheiro, infiltrações nas paredes e teto.
No segundo quarto tudo mesma coisa, além de um enorme buraco na parede tentando ser escondido por móveis velhos, quebrados.
Roupa de cama e toalhas velhas, colchão terrível, Tv tem somente canais locais, ar condicionado barulhento e pouco funcional.
Não consigo achar 1 ponto positivo neste hotel, somente a localização que era ótima.
Enfim, não indico para ninguém o Ibis Pajucara.

O primeiro quarto onde fui colocado era no 2º andar, onde estavam acontecendo obras e apresentava muito barulho e considerando que estava em uma viagem de trabalho onde precisava de condições de trabalho, solicitei que o problema fosse resolvido. Fui então transferido para o 8º andar (um apartamento maior e com vista mar), porém a ar condicionado do novo quarto era ruim e não conseguia refrigerar todo ambiente, iluminação deficitária, paredes mofadas e com sinais de infiltração, fora o aspecto geral do quarto, nitidamente velho e sem manutenção ou cuidados. Já a cereja do bolo foi na sexta a noite, quando o barulho do bar ao lado do hotel era tão alto que parecia ser dentro do quarto. Ainda fui cobrado por uma refeição lançada em minha conta, a qual não havia sido consumida ou solicitada. Após reclamação a cobrança foi sustada. Em um determinado dia solicitei a camareira que fizesse a limpeza do meu quarto, ela simplesmente respondeu que o horário dela já tinha encerrado, mas sequer providenciou informar na recepção para outra funcionária realizar a limpeza. Péssimo. Não recomendo.

Vale o custo benefício.

O hotel encontra-se em uma localização excelente. Todavia, tem instalações antigas que precisam ser revitalizadas para continuar a atender o padrão Ibis. Tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente, apesar de os lençóis serem bem gastos, até com pequenos furos em alguns pontos, mas nada que impeça o seu uso.
Vale a pena a hospedagem pelo custo benefício.

Não vale o que cobram.

Predio antigo, elevador lento e barulhento, quarto com manchas no teto e cheiro de mofo. Tem um bar ao lado do hotel com show ao vivo ate a madrugada, então se isso te incomoda, fuja desse hotel, pois o som é bem alto e parece que a festa esta dentro do quarto. Cafe da manhã muito caro, enfim não vale o que cobram. De bom mesmo,a localizacao na beira da praia e os funcionarios muito educados e prestativos.

Ibis Pajuçara - Maceió

Fiquei apenas uma noite no Ibis, pois meu vôo não coincidiu com o meu hotel.
Já fiz isso alguns vezes na rede Ibis.
São seguros, organizados, limpos e normalmente, bem localizados.
Só me decepcionei com as condições da acomodação. Começando pela porta, o cartão chave desconfigurava cada reentrada no hotel.
Outro ponto negativo, foi o fato do quarto ser de configuração \"duplo\", mas íamos apenas uma unidade, mas a porta (trancada) que separa o quarto, permite a passagem de barulhos. O meu vizinho de quarto assistiu tv alta até de madrugada e parecia uma hiena, ria bastante.
Fora isso, recomendo muito a rede de hotéis Ibis.
