The very attentive staff who appeared to really enjoy doing their jobs. My wife and I felt that although the breakfast had plenty of variety, the quality of the food and freshness was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Maceió is perhaps the MOST welcoming of destinations. This hotel is a good example.

Some good some poor

Firstly I booked a disabled room by mistake and when we arrived at about 12 noon I spoke to Reception and told them as I was concerned that they may require the room for a disabled person. They said it wasn't possible to change until March 27th and there will probably be a surcharge. On arrival at 12 noon we can't check in until 3 pm but we were allowed to leave out luggage in a locked area and use a safe for valuable items. We arrived back at the hotel at about 2:15 pm and saw a large group of flight attendants doing check in, once they had finished we got our room which was about 2:45pm. A good start to the holiday!! The disabled room we were assigned was on the first floor via a lift and the room was the last room down a long corridor ( not good for any disabled person) the view was a petrol station. It appears they only pay lip service to disabled people. Once in the room the bed was good and the room was very large but the shower room had a curtain which was nowhere wide enough so the floor was covered with water !! Not great. Breakfast was ok and the staff friendly. We went to the pool once but it had lots of human hair when we went back two days later the pool was closed and stayed that way until we left, again not great. Our flight was late in the evening so we tried to extend the room but wasn't able to do so until the morning which we were grateful to pay to use the room until 6pm. Overall a mixed response, would I use the hotel again...probably not

Excellent location. Rooms are big and good quality. Hotel is new, therefore could have been cleaner. Mold is starting to show in the bathroom. Room is not always dusted. Breakfast has a variety of items but many are not tasty. Personnel are very friendly but someone gave us wrong information.

Comfortable Clean and good Location.

This hotel is about 2 blocks from the beach. It is modern , clean and comfortable . We have arrived early from our flight and they were able to give us the key at noon, but they made sure to tell us that the check in time was at 15:00 . I will recommend this hotel.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe this hotel. Great bed, huge room, fantastic bathroom with great shower. Nice towels and good AC. Breakfast buffet was very good also.

Excellent service at this hotel, easy to find from the train station. Staff were very helpful, this was our first trip to Italy and we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Short walk to the lake and town centre but easy to navigate. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Excelente experiência no Hilton Garden Inn Maceió. O quarto é lindo, amplo, moderno e muito confortável, proporcionando uma estadia extremamente agradável.
A localização é ótima, próxima à Feira de Pajuçara, em uma região segura e com tudo por perto: farmácias, supermercados e restaurantes muito famosos, o que facilita bastante a estadia.
O café da manhã é outro destaque, com muitas opções, bem servido e de ótima qualidade.
Sem dúvidas, um hotel que entrega conforto, praticidade e excelente padrão de hospedagem. Recomendo!

Apenas algumas sugestões de melhorias. O café da manhã pode diminuir a variedade e melhorar a qualidade dos itens oferecidos. Como um hotel próximo da praia, deveria haver uma ducha, ou ao menos um local para remover areia dos pés. A solução \"pode subir assim mesmo\" leva toda a areia para dentro do quarto. Pelo mesmo motivo, de ser uma cidade conhecida pelas praias, deveriam ser oferecidas soluções para secar roupa molhada, como por exemplo haver disponibilidade de um varal de piso.

o acabamento da alvenaria e marcenaria do quarto é de baixa qualidade. Esperava mais de um hotel com nome Hilton. A cama é boa e os atendentes sao cordiais. O quarto é grande e espaçoso. A garagem é insuficiente para todos os hospedes, o que impede de sair a noite com o carro pelo risco de nao obter vaga.

Eu simplesmente AMO esse hotel. Somos hóspedes frequentes, e amo ir com meu esposo e filhos para passar uns dias OFF. O hotel é 10/10. Desde o atendimento, até o conforto dos quartos (com duas excelentes camas Queen, roupas de cama macias e cheirosas), café da manhã espetacular, e SUPER bem localizado. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Na frente da melhor praia da capital, ao lado de restaurantes e cafés maravilhosos. Indico principalmente o restaurante Vero (opções de almoço a jantar), a sorveteria Caramello (ao lado do hotel) e o Café Vila Rosa, no quarteirão de frente, que é um charme.

Atendimento muito ruim da recepção. Eles não são nada gentis e me senti muito constrangida diversas vezes pelos funcionários. Inclusive ao chegar fui cobrada pela diária já paga no cartão . Até com o recibo do pagamento eu estava.
Péssimo atendimento. Complicado. Muito barulho no hotel. Barulho parecido de furadeira. E foi solicitado um quarto silencioso. Enfim, se vc quiser descansar e não ter problemas, não indico esse hotel.

Excelente estadia

Incrível! Atendimento cordial, quarto com bom isolamento acústico, cama grande e confortável. Próximo a lojas, supermercados, restaurantes e à praia. A Piscina é pequena mas pudemos aproveitar mesmo assim. Voltaremos sempre que possível.

Estabelecimento bem localizado. Quarto tem isolamento acústico. Chuveiro pressurizado com água quente e fria, com dispenser de sabonete, xampu e condicionador. Somente as toalhas merecem uma renovação. Café da manhã temporariamente servido no salão de eventos, por sinal bem pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes. Apesar de tudo, vale a pena conferir.

O Hotel está em reforma e isso ocasiona alguns transtornos na recepção e garagem. Os quartos são bons e confortáveis, mas antigos. A localização é muito boa. No coração da praia de Pajuçara, muito próximo a praia. Os funcionários são acolhedores e tentam contornar os problemas da reforma.

É a 2a vez que ficamos no Holiday Inn em Maceió, ficamos no 5 andar lateral, não tem barulho de rua, deu pra escutar ruídos dos demais quartos dessa vez, o banheiro apresentava desgastes e chão rachado, a limpeza era feita diariamente, mas o banheiro em si, não parecia ser tão limpo, mas o quarto e a camas sim! Sempre indicamos o hotel, vimos que provavelmente irá mudar de nome RS, que não mude o serviço, o atendimento é bom e organizado, excelente para famílias, o café da manhã é bom, mas essa história de salsicha não é mais legal rsrs, porém a carne de sol que comemos em 1 dos dias estava muito boa, a localização é excelente, perto do supermercado unicompra, perto da churrascaria Beach Prime que é muito boa, nesse período tinha muita alga, mas andando só um pouquinho, tem a praia de ponta verde que estava excelente!!!!!!! Podem ficar nesse hotel, nossa filha de 5 anos ama a piscina!

Razoável, o hotel esta em obras, sem recepção e restaurante, aliás o café da manhã estava em uma sala improvisada, além da qualidade dos peoduros m, que deixou a desejar. Alguns equipamentos não funcionaram no quarto, como chuveiro com agua muito espersa.

A repleção estava em obras (isso devia ser informado, pelo hotel ou pela plataforma - Hotéis.com), o acesso era por uma entrada lateral improvisada e extremamente acanhada. Ar condicionado antigo… muito antigo. Chuveiro antigo e ruim. Acabamento necessita de revitalização, urgente. Café da manhã sofrível, tanto com relação aos alimentos, quanto ao ambiente. Os únicos pontos positivo foram: o atendimento, todos os funcionários educados, simpáticos, prestativos e competentes (especialmente a Bianca); e a localização do hotel, perto de tudo. Praticamente não se usa carro pra nada.
