O hotel cumpre com o básico, nada além, um bom custo benefício para estadias curtas, se estiver de passagem ou até 3 dias, depois vai sentir falta de um pouco mais de conforto. Estacionamento aberto, na frente, poucas vagas, boa localização, farmácia, mercado, restaurante próximos, fica cerca de 15 minutos a pé de ponta verde.

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Era nítido que os lençóis não haviam sido trocados depuis da saída dos hóspedes anteriores, pois estavam sujos e amarrotados. A qualidade do colchão também era ruim. Estávamos em 3 pessoas, e só havia 2 toalhas de banho e nenhuma de rosto no quarto. Os pontos positivos foram o tamanho do quarto (bem espaçoso) e a boa localização.

Algumas pequenas coisas que faltam fazem a diferença para uma diária que eu achei relativamente cara (R$ 496), como por exemplo: o hotel não fornece toalha de rosto, o papel higiênico era folha simples, a lixeira do banheiro era extremamente pequena para acomodar os residuos de uma família de 3 pessoas. Agora os pontos positivos: possui um bom café da manhã, boa localização e os funcionários são cordiais.

O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura, atendimento excelente. Café da manhã com poucas opções, mas muito bom, sempre sendo reposto os itens e as meninas da cozinha sempre solicitas. O estacionamento que é o ponto negativo, é rotativo, você deixa a chave com o pessoal da recepção, mas no nosso caso fomos em alta temporada e só conseguimos pegar o estacionamento no primeiro dia kkk. Na maioria dos dias, principalmente a noite, estava sem vaga. Então, tivemos que estacionar nas ruas próximas.

O hotel é muito bom. Bem localizado. Cama confortável. O ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Só achei que a água do chuveiro demora um pouco pra esquentar. Já estive em outros hotéis que tem o mesmo sistema e foi super fácil da água aquecer, aliás aquecia até demais, mas tirando isso o restante está ok. Café da manhã simples mas bem completo.

De um modo geral minha estadia foi muito boa, o estacionamento com poucas vagas e os lencois estava amarelados, não por sujeira, mais pelos produtos que são colocados no processo de lavagem o que dava um aspecto de estar sujo ou muito velho.

Hotel com ótimo custo beneficio, localização perfeita e quarto amplo. Porém o frigobar do quarto não tinha nada por opção do próprio hotel e estacionamento muito pequeno. O café da manhã bem limitado, e quando tem muitos hóspedes o local é muito pequeno para atender a todos que estão hospedados, tendo que esperar desocupar mesas e reposição de alguns alimentos para nos servirmos.

Achei que o hotel atendeu perfeitamente às necessidades de minha família. Não se poderia querer algo melhor pelo preço cobrado. A localização é a melhor da cidade, bem próximo às praias de Ponta Verde e Jatiúca e a algumas quadras da praia de Pajuçara. O local é nobre, repleto de bares, restaurantes, etc. As instalações do hotel são simples, mas atendem bem àqueles não tão exigentes. Os apartamentos são muito limpos e o chuveiro é ótimo! O pequeno salão de refeições é agradável. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom, e existe a possibilidade de se pedir, para as cozinheiras, algum item à parte, como uma tapioca.

O que não gostei, foi do local, apesar de ser pertinho da praia, tem uma rua que passa em frente que tem um monte de barulho de buzinas logo sedo e vai tarde a dentro, bando de motoristas mal educados e estressados.

É um hotel simples. Não gostei da roupa de cama que estava suja ou mal lavada. Tive que botar a colcha em cima para dormir. Isso não é um bom cartão de visitas. Cheguei tarde e sai cedo. No banheiro só tinha sabão mas no resto atendeu. Cama e travesseiro, internet, tv e ar OK.

Muito ruim, paguei caro por um hotel mediano e o ar-condicionado do quarto quebrou e não foi solucionado. Durmi muito mal com um ventilador e não foi me oferecido nenhuma compensação por esse problema. Além do mais o salão do café da manhã é muito desconfortável, sala pequena, mesas pequenas e limitado. O hotel não oferece toalhas de rosto. A chave do quarto é antiquada, tendo que fechar por dentro e ao mesmo tempo usá-la para acionar a eletricidade. Não recomendo esse hotel.

As roupas de cama, apesar de limpas, estão muito velhas, \"surradas\" e manchadas.
