A começar pela porta que simplesmente não abria, todas as vezes que tinha que entrar no quarto, um funcionário tinha que literalmente arrombar a porta com uma chaves de fenda. No geral é razoável. A área do café na minha percepção é pequena, não possue elevador e tão somente o térreo e primeiro andar. O chuveiro demora à esquentar, o Wi-Fi não funcionou, inclusive sinalizei algumas vezes e nada foi feito. Poucos canais na tv, o quarto achei pequeno e a piscina também, a mesma fica ao lado da recepção. Pontos positivos: O ar condicionado sempre gelando e a cama que não deixa à desejar, o hotel fornece na recepção: Ferro de passar, transformador de energia e secador de cabelo, isso se algum outro hóspede não estiver utilizando...

O hotel tem localização excelente (fui para um evento profissional, mas podia caminhar ou correr na praia logo cedo ou à noite; nas proximidades também ficam os melhores restaurantes da Cidade). O café da manhã é razoável. Porém, o hotel é muito barulhento. Há uma bomba d'água que faz muito barulho, inclusive à noite e de madrugada. E, o movimento dos funcionários (principalmente, durante a limpeza) e de outros hóspedes, incomoda bastante quem fica no piso térreo, como eu fiquei. Não sei dizer se no 2º piso é mais silencioso.

Hotel bem localizado, com instalações simples mas que estão de acordo com o preço cobrado. O café da manhã é igualmente simples e atende de forma razoável, embora o espaço seja pequeno em relação ao número de acomodações (em alguns momentos é necessário esperar, pois não há lugares suficientes). Os funcionários da recepção são absolutamente desinteressados em agradar o hóspede. A minha família de 6 pessoas, com dois idosos, chegou em uma tarde chuvosa, com muitas malas para descarregar. Os dois funcionários que estavam na recepção foram incapazes de oferecer uma ajuda. A limpeza é boa e as camareiras são educadas. Por compromissos de família, vou a Maceió todos os anos mas não pretendo mais hospedar-me nesse hotel.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, irretocável quanto a serviço, instalações, cortesia dos funcionários, qualidade do café da manhã, dentre outros. Os dois únicos pontos de atenção ficam para o acesso ao estacionamento e a Wifi. A rampa de acesso é MUITO íngrime e sempre arrasta o parachoque do carro, problema esse que pode ser facilmente resolvido diminuindo o ângulo de inclinação do final da rampa. Quanto ao wifi, geralmente o acesso é lento, por diversas vezes tive que usar meu acesso móvel.

O hotel simples, fica a poucos passos da orla de Jatiuca. O quarto em que ficamos, a iluminação era um pouco fraca e não havia porta para o box da área para banho, o que deixava a área em frente ao acesso ao banho completamente molhada.

Em que pese eu ter marcado no app que queria 1 cômodo para um casal e uma criança, o atendente tentou nos acomodar em um com apenas uma cama de casal, quando deveria ser 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro (para a criança); e ainda disse que para eles o aplicativo não enviava essa informação. Achei muito estranha essa afirmação, pois não faz sentido o app ter essa opção de escolha e não enviar para o hotel. Em seguida, mesmo com a nossa insatisfação, encaminhou-nos para o cômodo com apenas uma cama de casal, mas antes de nos deixar, me chamou para ver outro quarto com as duas camas e eu optei por este último, claro. Outro aspecto que não gostei é que, apesar de ser um ótimo motorista, a garagem é péssima para estacionar qualquer tipo de carro, exigindo muito cuidado do motorista e uma boa dose de perícia, em razão do posicionamento dos pilares e se estiver cheia, e se vc estiver com um SUV compacto ou grande ou pick up, pense bem se não for tão tranquilo no volante. Se as provas do Detran fossem lá, 95% reprovaria. Inclusive, no ponto mais crítico, vi algumas marcas de carros nas paredes. Sei que em relação às garagem, não tem o que fazer para melhorar, pois é uma construção, mas sobre o problema da \"falta de informação do aplicativo para o hotel sobre o quarto, tem que corrigir este suposto problema. Outro aspecto é que tem 3 pisos, contando com a garagem que é subterrânea, logo idosos ou pessoas com dificuldades físicas, vão sofrer, pois não tem elevador.

O estacionamento no sub solo é desafiador para carros baixos ou grandes, a rua de acesso é congestionada em horário de pico, a piscina é muito pequena e fica sempre na sombra de prédios, deveria ser ajustada para Hidromassagem, a praia próxima possui esgoto a céu aberto desaguando na areia. O quarto possui mobiliário simples e muito novo, banheiro recém reformado com bons materiais, roupa de cama branca e limpa, paredes pintadas recentemente, portaria 24 horas com bom atendimento, local seguro e iluminado bom acesso para a madrugada, café da manhã simples e diversificado com pratos quente, frios e regionais. Não possui espaços livres para crianças ou áreas de vivência.

Muito bom hotel, sem luxo mas bem confortável e limpo, bom café da manhã. Os atendentes são muito cordiais, nos ajudaram inclusive a contatar agências de passeios. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, só que não tem bom isolamento acústico, ouvem-se barulhos do corredor e dos outros quartos, mas não chegou a atrapalhar. O banheiro é bom. A piscina é realmente bem pequena, nem usamos. Só atravessar a rua e já está no calçadão da praia, onde há várias opções de alimentação (indico o restaurante Nalu). Recomendo este hotel.

Adorei o Hotel, nada de luxo mais muito confirtavél, café da manhã bem variado, como só chegava no hotel apara dormir mesmo foi tudo maravilhoso, a garagem é um poco apetada mais nao atrapalha em nada, a piscina realmente é bem pequena mais para meu filho foi ótima,o quarto era um pouco barulhento mais nada que atralhasse, em fim hospedagem maravilhosa Macéio tem praias lindas, recomendo o passeio da nove ilhas de barco top de mais e tbm o passeio que vai para as três praias ( Francês, Barra de São Miguel e Gunga) foram poucos dias mais aproveitamos muito.

Hotel pequeno e aconchegante, não é muito luxuoso e não possui recursos para lazer e entretenimento, mas atende bem as necessidades de quem busca uma estadia confortável apenas para dormir, instalações bem limpas e café da manhã bastante variado. Funcionários bastante solícitos e discretos. Encontrei apenas um pequeno problema no banheiro e do quarto o box do banheiro vazava água para fora do box deixando o banheiro um pouco molhado. Fiquei hospedada do dia 04/08 à 11/08/2016 o hotel é razoável , não gostei da limpeza do quarto o chão estava ensebado você pisa o chão fica grudando e um cheiro não muito agradável, sobre o cafe da manhã as comidas são gostosas, mais devido serem apenas 2 funcionárias na cozinha a reposição acaba sendo um pouco mais demorada.
