Boa estadia. Nao sei se todos os quartos sãos iguais, fiquei num quarto tipo acessibilidade. Não gostei do piso do banheiro, parece de cimento. E o café da manhã é repetivivo. Nas duas diarias, o mesmo bolo, mesmas comidas. Praticamente tudo igual. Mas no geral, foi bom. Localização excelente.

O hotel é excelente, porém infelizmente tivemos o desprazer de um funcionário da recepção ter cobrado de forma infeliz o quarto que já havia pago. Mas fora isso, o hotel é super bem localizado, o serviço é excelente e café da manhã também. Só melhoraria o treinamento aos funcionários.

As fotos no site não condiz com a realidade. O quarto péssimo com odor e a cama com colchão velho e não era de casal, juntaram duas de solteiro. O ar condicionado velho e sem esfriar. reclamei do quarto e do ar condicionado, substituíram por outro velho e barulhento mas esfriava. A tv do quarto é tv monitor com a imagem horrível, o atendimento na recepção e o check-in é eficiente e bom, porém a estrutura do hotel é ruim. O café da manhã é simples mas bom. Pelo preço pago da diária na região tem hotéis melhores. portanto não me hospedo mais e nem recomendo. Dos hotéis que me hospedei através do hoteis.com esse foi o pior.
