Sem dúvidas a equipe de funcionários do hotel é o diferencial, muito simpáticos, acolhedores, desde a recepção até a limpeza eles são dispostos a auxiliar a todo momento, destaque para o supervisor da recepção que teve que virar a noite no dia 17/11/25 (não me recordo o nome), o hóspede consegue perceber o quanto os funcionários gostam do trabalho que fazem! O café da manhã tem várias opções e com tapiocas feitas na hora. Único ponto negativo foi a acústica dos quartos.

Hotel não tem uma boa acústica nos quartos. Escutamos tudo que se passa nos corredores e quartos vizinhos. Dificuldade é dormir - fiquei no apto 719, onde a ducha higiênica estava quebrada. Detalhe que a pia fica fora do banheiro e dentro do quarto.

Quarto muito bom, limpo (exceto o cheiro de fossa que sai pelo ralo do banheiro), vista pro mar é ampla e bonita (fiquei no 9° andar). Café da manhã é servido a partir das 5h30, tem variedades e o destaque vai pra tapioca da Adriana, muito simpática! A localização é ótima, perto da praia, comércio, bons restaurantes, de tudo!

O melhor de um estabelecimento é quando ele escuta a sua razão de existir: a sua CLIENTELA!
Como sou cliente frequente, assíduo e não ocasional do hotel, consigo ter uma ampla visão do que foi e de como está atualmente: •Os problemas de programação nos elevadores foram corrigidos ✅
• A disposição (layout) dos ítens do café da manhã melhoraram sobremaneira ✅
• O acolhimento da recepção também teve um PLUS considerável, principalmente por parte da simpática, eficiente e prestativa Lidiane, além do Keyne que resolve com agilidade os imprevistos ✅
Dicas: algumas coisas ainda precisam melhorar, como falhas de comunicação e manipulação fora das boas práticas de biossegurança alimentar de ítens como os pratos, talheres e alimentos do café da manhã, mas nada que não se resolva com observação, in loco, dos gestores responsáveis e reforço no treinamento das equipes
• Melhorar o enjoval, principalmente as toalhas de banho e rosto que estão com aparência não muito adequadas
Enfim, a busca de melhorias na Qualidade é uma ação continuada e permanente e os envolvidos estão de parabéns pelos avanços já implementados e que hóspedes mais atentos percebem de imediato. Obrigado e até breve!

Café da manhã a melhorar

O ambiente é sempre muito movimentado, com um bom atendimento e uma equipe educada, o que deixou uma boa impressão. A limpeza do local também é excelente.

No entanto, alguns aspectos do café da manhã deixaram a desejar. Senti falta de opções mais variadas, especialmente do pão de queijo e do requeijão, que considero fundamentais. Além disso, não havia muitas alternativas para quem é intolerante à lactose. Outro ponto que precisa melhorar é a manteiga; ela deveria ser servida em potinhos individuais, em vez de um potão que todo mundo pega. Isso me parece um pouco falta de higiene.

No geral, foi uma boa estadia, mas pequenas melhorias no café da manhã poderiam tornar a experiência ainda melhor!

Prático e bem localizado

Nossa estadia foi de uma noite. O hotel é sem charme, mas bastante prático. Bem localizado, a duas quadras da beira-mar em ótimo local turístico e com muitos serviços no entorno. Reservamos um quarto com vista e valeu a pena. O quarto não era apertado, era limpo e confortável, bom chuveiro, roupas de cama, toalhas, e ar condicionado funcionando bem (refrescando e sem barulho). Achamos que dois elevadores é pouco para os 9 andares do hotel, ainda mais que os elevadores não são inteligentes (se chama os dois, vem os dois). Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. Não há serviço de quarto, academia ou qualquer outra comodidade. O café da manhã é bom (opções variadas e com sabor ok), apesar da fila da tapioca, que não tive ânimo de enfrentar (cerca de vinte minutos). Para nosso objetivo, que era dormir e tomar café da manhã, foi ótimo.

Hospedagem muitíssimo bem localizada! Fica a 3min de caminhada dos principais pontos turísticos de Ponta Verde e próximo a Pajuçara. Restaurantes, bares e a praia de ponta verde ficam 1 rua atrás. Café da manhã com boas opções e completo. Não há academia e piscina, mas as opções de lazer estão próximas. Recomendo bastante!

O hotel está bem localizado na praia de Ponta Verde, mas a acomodação é simples. Café razoável. No quarto que nos colocaram, as janelas ficam na área dos motores de ar condicionado, sem vista alguma. Foi um pouco decepcionante.

Quarto premium de frente p/ mar é uma piada, é janela com um pequeno pedaço de mar, se vê mais o é o teto das outras propriedades do que mar. N vale a pena pagar a mais.
Hotel ok, simples.
N entendi o porque de estar com a nota excelente.
Nos deram um quarto de cadeirante, que parecia estar fechado há dias, banheiro com odor de moto.

Estendi a estadia em Ponta Verde e fiquei num quarto onde a vista para o mar é beem pequena. No entanto, só é ruim para quem faz muita questão de ver o mar da janela. Por exemplo: quem vai a trabalho e não poderá ir à praia. Neste caso, talvez avistar o mar da janela faça falta. Do contrário, é um quarto muito bom. Café da manhã cheio de delícias. Localização muito boa.

O quarto premium é muito agradável, tem uma vista incrível do mar. O café da manhã é repleto de delícias. O bairro é sensacional. O mar é mais tranquilo em Ponta Verde e Pajuçara. Achei o mar nos bairros Jatiúca e Cruz das Almas muito revolto, as ondas quebram muito. Recomendo hospedagens entre Ponta Verde e Pajuçara.

Hotel confortável porém tumultuado

Hotel bom e bem localizado, contudo com um número excessivo de quartos, causando filas para tudo. O café da manhã fica lotado, o elevador para em todos os andares e em diversas vezes já chega lotado, não sendo possível entrar nele. O quarto que é vendido com vista para o mar, possui vista parcial para o mar pois na frente tem diversos prédios, inclusive um novo bem alto sendo construído.

O hotel é agradável, um café da manhã bom, mas precisa diversificar mais. Na escolha da hospedagem não informam que o estacionamento é Pago por diária e não tem ninguém que possa ajudar na bagagem, fica difícil para duas senhoras de idade. A localização é muito boa, há 100 m da praia e do Palatto , bons restaurantes próximos.
