A estrutura do hotel é boa, a localização e excelente. No entanto deixou a desejar na limpeza dos talheres do cafe da manhã, apresentando sobra de comida mesmo depois de lavados, as mesas do salão de café nao são limpas adequadamente após o uso. No quarto os travesseiros são muito finos aparentando já estarem bastante usados. Roupa de cama apresentando alguns rasgados e a limpeza parece nao ter sido feita em alguns dias, mesmo tendo solicitado.

O hotel tem um café da manhã excelente, bem completo e variado, a localização não poderia ser melhor: maravilhosa, o que precisa melhorar é o enxoval, principalmente toalhas e pisos do banheiro que encontram-se bem surrados, mas o hotel é maravilhoso com atendimento de toda equipe muito simpática, voltaremos em breve com certeza!

Hotel bem em frente à praia, com bom café da manhã, quarto com bom tamanho, bom chuveiro e ótimo ar-condicionado. Único problema para mim e minha esposa, que temos problema de coluna, foi a cama, que aparentemente está com as molas ruins e fica muito mole, mas para uma noite não chegou a prejudicar. Para mais dias seria um problema.

Foi uma estadia tranquila. Hotel bom. Localização muito boa. Área de lazer pequena. Café da manhã simples, mas, bom. O Queijo assado torradinho. Delicioso. O que não gostei foi um pouco do quarto e banheiro do quarto. Banheiro um pouco apertado, principalmente área de banho. E o quarto tem um bom tamanho mas senti falta de lugar para deixar roupa usada como cabideiro. E o pior foi Como estava em pandemia, e era feriado, tudo fechado então ficamos no quarto para assistir TV um pouco. Então quase não tinha canais funcionando e as opções ruins. Poucas também. Nesse momento acesso a filmes e séries é bom. Quase sempre estavam sem SINAL. E o wifi oscilava.
O atendimento da equipe muito bom, super agradáveis e cordiais. E bem prestativos. Outra coisa que nunca gosto são os preços das coisas de Bar do Hotel, pois, com essa pandemia e a necessidade de ficar no Hotel, os preços nunca agradam. Infelizmente. Deveriam pensar nisso para que os hóspedes possam consumir dentro do próprio hotel.

No geral gostamos muito, foi uma experiência agradável. Não há restrições quanto a levar bebidas e alimentos. Durante o dia, após o café da manhã (6:30 ás 10h), o refeitório fica disponível para os hóspedes caso queiram utilizar pratos e talheres. O atendimento no geral foi ótimo, funcionários sempre dispostos a atender bem. Apenas um detalhe, a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar um pouco, mas nada muito relevante, apenas deveriam ter um cuidado maior na limpeza do chão.

A limpeza estava boa, no entanto, nos cantos da casa de banho e junto ao puxador da porta estava sujo. Na minha opinião, as camas nao eram confortáveis. O colchão era mole e os vidros deveriam ser mais reforçados, pois logo pelas 6/7h da manhã já se ouvia muito barulho da rua.
O pequeno almoço apesar de pequeno, era saboroso e agradável. A piscina do hotel apesar de pequena, é muito agradável para refrescar. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e cordiais.

Razoável, tem um otima localização, por outro lado fiquei perto da aerea de alimentaçao no terreo, o barulho comecava as 6 da manhã, barulho de cozinha mesmo, peatos, pessoas falando, as paredes nao protegem com o som, o quarto do lado as vozes parecem que estao dentro do seu quarto, para quem procura descanso é bem complicado. Se vc gosta de ficar na pusvina ao final da tarde não recomendo, ela fica no terreo e é super pequena. Se sua viagem é de 2 a 3 dias, rapida o custo beneficio é bom. Outra coisa fiquei no terreo então minga janela dava para um praça, nso conseguia deixar a cortina aberta.
