The hotel is probably the best one in the city, right on the beach and with two separate swimming pools. The one closer to the beach has constant music and children so be advised. The nightly buffet was usually quite varied, tasty and fulfilling. Rooms are quite ample, quiet and well maintained despite the age of the hotel. However, the best thing about this hotel was the high level, joviality and kindness of the staff. All of them showed pride in their work and were always cheerful. What a difference this makes.

The view right on the ocean is amazing. The food was excellent. We loved the water gymnastics instructors. All employees were friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had which was minimal because they handled it immediately was the door batteries had to be changed every two days as they apparently used rechargeable.
Our stay was comfortable relaxing and beautiful we will be returning in a year and hope they continue keeping up the good work.

O resort é uma delícia! Áreas comuns maravilhosas com paisagens naturais, tudo muito bem cuidado. Tem duas áreas grandes com piscina, as duas são excelentes, sendo que numa delas eu destaco a piscina aquecida que era onde terminávamos nossas tardes todos os dias. A praia em frente ao hotel é maravilhosa também e o acesso é fácil. Ha cadeiras e guarda sol disponíveis, já montados, para os hóspedes. As refeições deliciosas, muito fartas e completas. Eu faço apenas a seguinte observação: precisa melhorar a área da sauna e oferecer entretenimento à noite para os hóspedes.

O Flat (Slaviero) é mais agradável

Como já tive diversas oportunidades de me hospedar nesse belo hotel, tenho plenas condições de comparar o conforto de ficar no Flat (hoje Slaviero), ou nos apartamentos do resort, e posso garantir que ficar no flat é muuuuito mais agradável, principalmente porque oferece vista para quem gosta de chegar na varanda e ver uma vista linda, que os aps do resort não têm. A única vantagem de optar pelo resort é disponibilidade de estacionamento...

Hotel maravilhoso ao que se destina. Organizado, limpo, bom atendimento e boa comida. Somente não vai ganhar nota 10 por que tem uma academia extremamente pequena e deficitária, nos dias de hoje, uma boa academia é fundamental. A comida no bar da areia fofa tambem nao era tao boa e tambem poderiam melhorar os drinques (muito gelo, pouca bebida e frutas). Do restante pudemos observar boa conservação, educação dos funcionários e da equipe de recreação! Todos maravilhosos, em especial a Tia Caramelo.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, o Jatiúca é um hotel espetacular, só não pudemos aproveitar ainda mais por conta de uma virose terrível que está infectando quase todos os hospedes, mas entendemos que isso é um fator externo e que não há como o hotel controlar, nos informaram no check in mas mesmo assim quase todos os que estavam se infectaram.

Resort em Maceió

O melhor Resort de Maceió, uma ampla estrutura, com duas piscinas, clubinho para crianças, restaurante Canoas com comida muito boa. É central na praia de Jatiúca, dentro de Maceió.
Infelizmente a quarta de tênis está em péssimas condições, sem manutenção nenhuma.
O restaurante Veni parrilha que serve churrasco foi a maior decepção da viagem, péssimo serviço, carne crua, sem sal, demorou 1h pra servir. Péssimo, nota zero!!!! Pessoal totalmente perdido e não sabem o que é churrasco.

Áreas comuns muito boas, quarto bom, comida média!

Fiquei no quarto mais simples. Bom mas não excelente. Destaque negativo para a televisão. Pequena, poucos canais e controle remoto que não é compatível com os canais disponíveis, dificultando a troca de canais. No meio da noite começou um barulho (gerador?) que me impediu de dormir. As dependências do hotel, principalmente as piscinas, e a localização, reputo como excelentes. A comida de média para ruim. Um gosto sazón, pouco saboroso. O café é bom, destaque positivo as tapiocas e omeletes feitas na hora, destaque negativos os sucos e o café, de baixa qualidade. Volto? Volto, como disse as áreas comuns são muito legais, mas sem a tal pensão completa, não faço questão de almoçar e jantar no hotel.

Foi muito agradável, a gastronomia ótima eu diria que é um dos pontos ➕️ fortes desse resorte, o local encatador com bela paisagem, boas piscinas, quarto aconchegante, e a localização próximo de pontos badalados de Maceió, como a orla de Pajuçara e de Ponta Verde, equipe de funcionários atenciosos e educados. Voltaria com certeza!

Área muito bonita, boa estrutura. Problema que o box do banheiro tem uma fresta e molha o banheiro quando toma banho, necessitando solicitar mais de um tapete. Bom café da manhã e bons restaurantes.

Comidas do almoço e jantar mto bom. Além do café da manhã.

Porções e bebidas com preço mto justo.

Todos os funcionários são mto educados. Quero destacar o atendimento do sr. Ronaldo que atende nos redtaurantes, atendimento fora de série, um profissional diferenciado.

Espero mto poder voltar mtas vezes no Jatiúca.

Ótimo hotel em Maceió

O hotel é muito bom. A limpeza é impecável. O café da manhã é excelente. O almoço e o jantar são bons mas podem melhorar. Meus filhos gostaram muito da equipe de recreação. Os funcionários são atenciosos, as piscinas são ótimas. A mobilia dos quartos já está velha e precisa ser trocada. Nota 8,0 no geral.

Inferior à expectativa

Trata-se de um hotel antigo e muito carente de manutenção, principalmente nos quartos. Além disso, no quarto em que ficamos , em uma das noites, ouvimos ruídos de desmontagem d carregamento de equipamentos e utensílios usados em um evento que houve por lá. Ficamos até às 2:30h da manhã, sem conseguir dormir. O atendimento, em todos os setores, precisa melhorar muito. A estadia foi muito inferior à minha expectativa.

Resort muito bom, mas notadamente antigo, piscina excelente, praia na frente do Resort não é boa para banho, não tem estrutura de praia na areia. Restaurante bom e comida muito boa. Destaque para os funcionários, muito educados e atenciosos.

Hotel em franca decadência

Já hospedamos diversas vezes no Jatiuca, entretanto desta vez ficamos muito decepcionados. Hotel está em franca decadência, instalações e mobiliarios antigos e gastos. Falta de manutenção, nos mínimos detalhes. A TV do apartamento é minúscula parecendo a tela de um computador. Falta de higiene no restaurante e fraca a qualidade da alimentação. É lamentável que o Jatiuca, tão bem localizado e com a beleza natural, esteja nessa situação.
