We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

O hotel está bem deteriorado, precisando de manutenção urgente em todas as áreas. Meu quarto foi o 120, tinham baratas e formigas. Um absurdo…a limpeza era feito de forma muito amadora, tem poucos profissionais então acho que estão sobrecarregados, são educados e gentis mas fazem o que podem. A parte do parque aquático a mesma coisa. Está super acabado, os brinquedos até estão conservados, porém a área externa as plantas o banheiro a churrasqueira, tudo muito ruim. Após insistir, fomos trocados para o quarto 422, onde o ar-condicionado pingava sobre a cama, a descarga não funcionava e o chuveiro não esquentava.
Ao contatar o setor de reservas, disseram que a diretoria só estaria presente na segunda-feira, o que mostra a falta de respeito e gestão.
Já estivemos em hotéis simples pela Europa e América Latina, e jamais vimos tanta negligência e decadência.
Uma decepção enorme com um hotel que já teve nome, mas hoje está muito aquém do que anuncia.

No quarto, e roupa de cama cheirando mofo. Ao tirarmos o lixo que estava no ralo, o cheiro de esgoto foi insuportável. Locamos por 7 dias, mas chegamos e fomos embora no dia seguinte. Os quartos são amplos, mas apresentam alguns problemas, como espelhos descascados e piso com umidade, o que passa uma sensação de falta de manutenção. Me colocaram no quarto com o ar condicionado pingando em cima da cama, descarga fraca, eu e minha família usávamos e tínhamos que dormir com mal cheiro pq não descia. Reclamei e nada foi feito e se foi não foi resolvido. Passei 3 noites com uma pingueira na cabeça.

Esse hotel a um bom tempo vem passando por diversas dificuldades, neim vou relatar, é só você pensar em um prolema, os hospedes passam, infelizmente é um problema dos administradores por falta de investimento, os funcionários tem nada haver, e eles fazem malabarismo para atender os hospesdes, por isso que qualifico o que tem de melhor no hotel são os funcionários, destaco seu Carlos do restaurante, conhecido como Carlinhos, a falta de estrutura e equipe ele se vira nos 30 com atendimento de qualidade, e a recepiocinista Lúcia, uma grande simpatia. Espero que os administradores possam investir para melhor conforto dos hospedes e trabalho melhor qualidade para os funcionários. O Parque aquático há vários tempos sem funcionar os brinquedos 100%.

De início o lago com carpa está muito sujo e isso trás um odor desagradável, na recepção a visão geral não é legal, uma área bem desorganizada, elevador precisando de manutenção e reparos, no quarto em que fiquei o leitor da porta estava danificado, ainda fazia a leitura do cartão, mas muito feio, ao entrar no apartamento a cama é confortável, mas os móveis precisam ser trocados, o banheiro estava com cabelos de hóspedes anteriores, o banheiro também estava com mofo, apareceram algumas baratas, no quando em que fiquei tinha uma porta que dava acesso a algum lugar, não acho seguro, o buffet precisa melhorar o sabor, o espaço é muito pequeno.

A estadia foi regular o cafe da manha muito repetitivo e desorganização sem contar que o elevdor quebro varias vezes ate uma moça fico presa no elevador mais de uma hora e meia esperando o técnico do elevador para retirada dela que esta presa. Tinha muitos idosos no quarto andar sem pude desser ou tinha que ir pela escada e demoraro muito tempo para conserta o elevador quebra muito velho de mais.

O prédio é antigo e não recebe uma reforma há muito tempo, falta pintura e cuidado com manutenções dos chuveiros (não fechava completamente, mesmo depois da reclamação no balcão) e torneiras. A porta do armário estava emperrada. o piso do quarto estava sujo e mesmo depois de solicitar a limpeza, não era possível andar descalço.
O parque aquático é bom, e os salva vidas são bastante atentos principalmente com as crianças.
durante a semana tem atividades para as crianças das 18h as 20h o que foi muito legal.
