Infelizmente ficamos decepcionados, hotel velho mobiliário ultrapassado, banheiro encardido, chuveiro pingando…pegamos com vista mar e e era impossível contemplar pois tinham muitas árvores, quarto virado para rua um barulho terrível dos carros…. O hotel usa estrutura do hotel Jatiuca resort, o café fica distante, para se dirigir até o café tomamos um banho de chuva…. O hotel está ultrapassado!! Os meninos da recepção são atenciosos e educados, mas a estrutura precisa se atualizar, até o aspecto da recepção precisar se atualizar!!! Não voltaria infelizmente!!

Staff was awesome. Amenities outside of the hotel, breakfast, pool, kids area and etc were fantastic. In the room the wifi was very slow and the parking on weekends was bad. Staff was great at helping my family and I. Would stay again for sure. The breakfast is unreal. Freaking amazing breakfast and pool.

A área de lazer do hotel é excelente, mas falta organização e manuntenção no predio principal. A ausencia de janelas antiruido prejudica o sono dos quartos voltados para a avenida. Solicitamos reacomodacao para quarto do outro lado e fomos atendidos. O cafe da manha é bom, mas absolutamente repetitivo.

Cheaper alternative to the resort but with caveats

Great alternative if you want to access the resort facilities, the building is a bit old and under some maintenance. There were some times we had to ask for towels and they needed to go to the laundry to get clean ones. The room service only do basic cleaning and fit the beds.

Falta de consideração com o cliente

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura. Piscina ao lado da praia, café da manhã completo. Atendimento da recepção e funcionários deixa a desejar. Gostaria de deixar registrado minha insatisfação com a questão do final de ano. Eles estão cobrando R$750 por pessoa para a festa. Caso você não queira participar da festa, você perde o acesso a estrutura do resort a partir das 19h (mesmo que você tenha pagado a sua diária no hotel, não pagando a bagatela de 750 reais, você perde os seus direitos). Gostaria de entender se isso é justo para as pessoas que não querem participar da festa. Aliás, não sei se os donos do resort estão sabendo, mas estamos em época de pandemia e pelo volume de pessoas que eles estão alocando no local pequeno da festa, isso é aglomeração. Um absurdo.

O hotel engana pelas fotos do resort , tudo bem que usa a estrutura do mesmo , mas os apartamentos do slavieiro são velhos , cheira a mofo , box quebrado , roupa de cama velha e suja , chuveiro sem água quente , ralos com odor horrível , em resumo , fique o dia todo na estrutura do resort , e tente esquecer o puxadinho .

Não confunda com o Resort

O nome do hotel confunde. O Jatiuca Suites Resort não faz parte do Jatiuca Resort. Vc pode utikizar a área de lazer e fazer as refeições na área do resort, mas vc fica hospedado no prédio fora do Resort com entrada distinta. Ar condicionado de um dos cômodos pifado. Sem pilha num dos controles remotos da TV. Existe apenas um controle, embora o quarto possua dois aparelhos (pois são dois cômodos) Duchinha enferrujada. Corda do varal mofada. Porta do banheiro estufada. Luz branca. Toda demanda aberta tínhamos que cobrar. Não tinha previsão de conclusão de nada. O carro a maior parte do tempo fora do estacionamento privativo. Sem maleiro para carregar as malas. Café da manhã distante. Apesar da boa vontade dos funcionarios, falta treinamento.

O resort é mto bonito e bem cuidado. Equipe de garçons amigável, gastronomia excelente, área de piscina e entretenimento excelentes. O Slaviero está defasado. Quartos não mto confortáveis, banheiro abafado sem respiro, toalhas super encardidas, corredor ilumina o quarto a noite pelas frestas da porta. A limpeza é precária, dia 24 dez a camareira não limpou os banheiros. No geral é um bom hotel em Maceió. Grande e paisagismo maravilhoso.

O hotel é anexo ao resort, precisa de manutenção nos quartos e banheiro, travesseiros em péssimo estado, toalhas de banho muito finas. De um modo geral achamos precário pelo valor. O café da manhã é bom, mas nada de mais. Após o check-in ofereceram para ficarmos nas dependências do resort, pois nosso vôo era a noite, mas não quiseram nos emprestar toalhas, nem pagando, com a desculpa que não tinha mais. Enfim, já temos experiência de ficar em diversos hotéis e resorts, mas esse deixou a desejar em itens básicos. O atendimento na área de piscinas e restaurante foi ótimo. Pegamos meia pensão e achamos o buffet bem simples para o porte do resort, poucas variedades e sem nenhum requinte.

Já o flat Slaviero deixa muito a desejar,tem partes mal conservadas,vidros quebrados,metais enferrujados e o serviço de quarto é péssimo,só depois de pedirmos o dia todo,passam no quarto,trocam as toalhas e retiram o lixo,apenas!!
TV não pega quase nenhum canal,solicitamos manutenção inúmeras vezes e ninguém apareceu!!!!

Estrutura do hotel muito boa, mas, em um dia faltou energia no andar e o hotel fica bem ao lado de uma rua movimentada, ficando impossível dormir com o barulho do trânsito. Desci duas vezes 4 andares pela escada solicitando a troca do quarto e os funcionários do turno não fizeram a mínima questão em dar suporte. Só falavam que tava sendo resolvido e mesmo eu explicando que minha esposa estava gestante eles pouco se importaram.

Lugar muito bacana e bonito. I apartmento em si é antigo, com poucos detalhes que ajudam a ser cômodo. Sem copos, bem utensílios para qualquer refeição, sem rede para a sacada e mimos que fariam qualquer estadia melhor. Internet no quarto não funciona, nem com extensão do celular. Porém, apartamento espaçoso, cama bem confortável. Digna de hotel mesmo. Vista espetacular e atendimento de primeira. Funcionários bem sorridentes- tem mais vontade de serem prestativos do que realmente o são. Estrutura do resort fantástica. Café da manhã espetacular e Hulk como recreador realmente diferenciado. Nossa experiência foi muito ruim neste hotel por vários motivos: 1. Banheiro sujo na área do banho. 2. Falta de toalhas. 3. Falta de cobertores. 4. Ar condicionado quebrou. 5. Abertura do café da manhã às 6:30hs, mais tarde do que outros hotéis, prejudicando fazermos passeios para praias mais distantes que saem cedo.

Volvería !!!

Es un hotel con todas las comodidades, la relación precio/calidad es bastante adecuada, nos alojamos con 2 menores y tuvimos una habitación con 2 cuartos separados por escalera en la misma habitación, 2 baños , TV y aire acondicionado.
Desayuno muy completo, almuerzo o cena tenías elección de carta o buffet .
Limpieza impecable, localización es buena , no estás en el centro pero a 15 minutos de auto llegas bien.
Las instalaciones muy óptimas, piletas , y acceso a la playa con reposeras / sombrillas y toallas a disposición ( este aspecto destacable ya que en otros hoteles suelen quedarse sin y no tenes con que secarte ) también tienen cochera .
Personal muy atento en todo momento.

Limpeza satisfatória, áreas de lazer bem confortáveis, piscinas limpas, sanitários em todos os setores bem limpo, serviço de praia e piscina bom, cardápio de bife de almoço e jantar muito repetitivo para quem for permanecer período longo, após terceiro dia já estávamos enjoados da comida e passamos a comer fora.

Virose séria em toda a cidade de Maceió

Todos os hóspedes do hotel estavam com virose, diarreia e vômito mas não tinha nenhuma notificação para que os novos hóspedes tivessem ciência e fizessem alguma precaução, foram cinco dias perdidos passando muito mal. Não recomendo visitas. Os funcionários são muito bons mas não possuem instruções para lidar com a situação desagradável que está no hotel.

Uma boa estadia em Maceió. Porém é necessário realizarem manutenções nos quartos e na estrutura do Jatiuca Suites, como exemplo: elevadores lentos, banheiros antigos, ar condicionado não funcionando tão bem. A estrutura de piscinas e de recreação infantil é bem legal e compensa o quarto antigo, e quem se hospeda no \"suites\" pode usar o espaço do Jatiuca Resort.

Muito bom para um hotel, mas deixa um pouco a desejar para um resort, o café da manhã é muito bom, as áreas comuns são satisfatórias, a piscina é muito boa e limpa, a minha suíte precisava de uma pintura nova.

Achei muito caro para o que é oferecido. Hotel antigo precisando de manutenção. Minha reserva era quarto de luxo mas minha filha dormiu no sofá-cama. Arrumação dos quartos a desejar. Faltou toalha, lençol e papel higiênico.
O restaurante um absurdo de caro para uma comida trivial. Custa 85,00 por pessoa. Um hotel simples, nada demais.

Um bom parque de piscina com animação excelente num dos parques. Muito espaço. Lugar muito agradável. Em frente à praia da Jatiúca.
Bom café da manhã e jantar. Muito bem localizado. Estacionamento grátis. Atendentes muito atenciosos.
O único desconforto é a distância do hotel para o local do café da manhã, mas que não me incomodou

Excelente estadia em Maceió em um hotel maravilhos

O hotel é excelente e o quarto maravilhoso, tal qual descrito no anúncio, oque já ajuda muito. Fiz o check in e me deram um upgrade para um quarto maior,mas era duplex e não me interessava, já que com duas crianças e sem vista para o mar. Quando vi o engano, solicitei a correção e em pouco tempo me realocaram para o quarto que contratei, aquele com vista para o mar. Quarto maravilhoso e estrutura do Jatiúca resort dispensa comentários, tudo EXCELENTE e maravilhoso. O café do Jatiúca resort é um show à parte, esses dois hotéis merecem toda reverência, um espetáculo, mesmo com pequenos defeitos normais de vida real, irrelevantes. Recomendo sem restrição, tudo maravilhoso!

Local bem agradável, tranquilo... O resort tem muita diversão o dia todo com as crianças ... Tem algumas atividades para adulto na piscina, local top. Só achei caro o se resolver almoçar ou jantar lá, o valor R$ 85 reais por pessoa, mais tem muitas opções de restaurante para comer fora, tem um restaurante Galeto da hora, fica uns 5 minutos do hotel, comida muito boa vale mais a pena. Mais pode pedir pelo Ifood e comer no quarto, o hotel fornece pratos e tarelhes.

Bom hotel mas carecendo de manutenção

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, atendimento excelente mas está precisando de manutenção. Uma das portas da varanda não trancava, a fechadura tinha se partido por conta da ferrugem. Um dos controles estava sem tampa, as pilhas ficavam presas por uma fita isolante. Um ponto de atenção: A limpeza diária deixava a desejar. Basicamente, faziam a cama. Num ambiente com muita maresia, uma limpeza mais acurada, uma limpeza do chão, seria recomendável. Além disso, o quarto contava só com uma lixeira, só um copo foi disponibilizado e o conteúdo do frigobar em relação a bebidas insuficiente. Mas não podemos deixar de elogiar as pessoas que nos atenderam, o café da manhã, a ótima localização e a estrutura de lazer do hotel.

Hotel antigo mas ainda interessante. Os quartos são espaçosos e tem vista bonita para o jardim, em uma das faces do prédio. Por outro lado, eles já carecem de uma renovação que com certeza daria um novo ânimo ao local! Os grandes destaques ficam com a área de lazer compartilhada com o Jatiúca Hotel & Resort, o restaurante, o jardim fantástico e a estrutura para crianças muito bacana!!!

A nossa estadia foi muito boa, só deixo como sugestão atualizar o berço disponibilizado, pois o mesmo é de ferro e achei arriscado deixar minha filha nele, pois tinha parafusos a mostra onde podia cortar a cabeça dela, e como não tinha outro modelo, minha bebê dormiu conosco na cama de casal. Na copa baby o ideal é ter colheres, pois só tinha garfo e faca, e se a ideia é para bebês o ideal seria colherinhas.

Lindo hotel

Hotel muito bom em linhas gerais, o banheiro e o conforto da cama deixam um pouco a desejar. A porta do box do chuveiro nao fecha direito e fica na direção da queda d'agua entao molha o chão do banheiro. A infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, as piscinas são ótimas, a comida é deliciosa, as vistas da lagoa interna são lindas. O wifi é bem instável. Tive apenas um problema pois tinham me dado late check out mas quando foi no dia me disseram que não dava, 15 minutos antes do horário do check out. Fora isso, ficaria novamente no hotel.

O hotel é ok, oferece uma boa cama, banheiro e quarto espaçoso com ante-sala e sacada. Pode usufruir a estrutura do JATIUCA resort. Café da manhã farto e gostoso. Os garçons e staff são nota dez! Atenção para o pessoal da pisicina Luiz Gustavo e da recepção atenção super especial para o Rodrigo! Atencioso demais, super prestativo, nos ajudou muito!! Rodrigo nota 10!! Sobre a comida no hotel resort Jatiúca, alguma coisa não ocorreu bem, minha mãe teve intoxicação alimentar, teve que ir pro hospital de Maceió tomar soro. Antes disso, em agosto, uma turma de amigos também esteve no JATIUCA resort e de 10 pessoas, 8 tiveram intoxicação alimentar. Então acredito que deve ser revista a questão de alimentos no resort. Mas fora isso, o hotel atendeu as expectativas.

No geral foi bom, mas precisa de atenção com alguns detalhes: no banheiro faltam suportes para sabonete e xampu.

As camas adicionais foram improvisadas sendo que uma delas foi simplesmente colocado um colchão sobre o outro.

Os lençóis não são trocados diariamente, os travesseiros tem aspectos de velhos.

Tivemos ainda problemas com as toalhas do quarto, deixaram de trocar uma vez e outras duas vezes simplesmente não deixaram nenhuma tolha.

Pontos positivos para o atendimento da recepção, equipe de lazer e para as piscinas.
