This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. Parking can be a problem at the hotel, but if you are okay walking or taking an uber for short trips, it's not. The breakfast was always wonderful with so many choices. I love the fresh fruit and juices that were available. Great location. Right across the street is the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. I still wish they would get some staff that spoke some english.

I'm not a Portuguese speaker and it would have been nice if there was someone on site that spoke some English. Google Translate was my fried when I needed to convey or get the help from the front desk. The only complaint I have is road noise. I understand that being right on the beach and the traffic is heavy, but the single pane windows let the sound right through it. Having said this, I was exhausted from all of my daily fun/sun/activities that after about 5 minutes, I fell asleep fairly quickly. Lots of beach activities right across the street, beautiful view, great breakfast buffet.

Great place, and our second time here....Decided to stay an extra day simply because we were having such a nice time enjoying the beach, the decent restaurants, etc....Staff was friendly and accommodating of our request to add an extra day at a not unreasonable cost (quite a bargain, actually)....Would recommend Maceio Mar Hotel in a heartbeat.

Em termos de qualidade, esse hotel é um 3 estrelas com muita boa vontade. Quarto ruim, com banheiro muito velho, vazando agua, toalhas manchadas e velhas. Os lençóis furados, manchados, os travesseiros horríveis. Não se engane peloas fotos. A academia é um cativeiro, NADA do que tem na foto.

Elevador sujo, quente, quase sempre com um deles quebrado. Estacionamento desorganizado. Funcionários desatentos. Minha quarta vez no hotel, e posso garantir que piorou demais. Não volto. Hotel com ótima localização. O quarto que ficamos tinha vista para o mar. O nascer do sol era lindo! Quarto limpo e confortável. Todos os dias que chegávamos tinha esculturas de toalhas ou cobertas em formato de bichinhos ( era muito fofo). Os funcionários muito educados e solicitos. Tinha disponibilidade de toalhas para praia. O café d manhã é bom e tem muitas opções, porém achei o local pequeno. Então fica um pouco confuso e cheio na hora do café e tinha dias que tínhamos que esperar em uma fila para poder entrar e ter uma mesa para tomar café. A piscina também é um pouco pequena. Outro ponto é que o elevador social era muito demorado. Às vezes ficávamos esperando muito tempo para descer ou subir no elevador.

Possui somente 2 elevadores sociais, sem ar condicionado e não inteligentes, necessitando urgente de modernização dos mesmos. Pedimos para trocar de quarto do 1 andar, por causa do barulho do cafe da manhã, o que fomos prontamente atendidos.

Muito boa a minha estadia, sempre que possível fico no Maceió mar, atendimento, limpeza e restaurante muito bom. Única coisa que podia melhorar seria a academia com um pouco mais de aparelhos, porque as pessoas mesmo na viagem precisa treinar.

Ficamos lá por uma noite apenas por estarmos de passagem para Maragogi. O hotel é bom, atendimento bom na recepção, quartos grandes, cama confortável. Amenities no banheiro bem simples. Localização boa. Café da manhã OK. Piscina pequena mas atende bem o público. A única coisa chata foi que esquecemos o segundo cartão do quarto dentro dele na hora do check out, e tivemos que voltar e pegar para devolver ambos senao haveria multa. Nunca vi isso em hotel antes, e não foi avisado na entrada sobre isso, mas OK. Copa baby bem simples, não tinha nem água de filtro disponivel. Apenas microondas.

Apenas me deixou chateado com o Hotel, porque minha cunhada foi praticamente obrigada a pagar 2 chocolates do quarto, onde não houve o consumo. Não se rmtem um controle de consumação, tipo: assinatura do hóspede, confirmando o consumo. Então no Check-out, fica sua palavra contra a da recepcionista. Sinceramente, vou rever minhas opções antes de me hospedar lá novamente. Vale ressaltar, sempre levo quase toda a família.

REFORMA AS 8h da manhã no quarto de cima! Reservamos o quarto mais caro do hotel visando ter mais conforto (o quarto Panorâmico). Eis que as 8h da manhã acordamos com marteladas no quarto acima, reforma, em pleno feriado. No dia seguinte a reforma continuou no período da tarde também. Maceió é um destino de férias, as pessoas querem relaxar e dormir até tarde, paguei pra isso. E não sou obrigado a ter barulho de reforma em cima do meu quarto. Achei desonestos, se sabiam que tá em reforma porque vendem o quarto??? Deveriam tirar da opção de hospedagem. O que salvou foi o atendimento da Mariana da recepção, muito simpática e também as moças do café da manhã que são muito legais. A comida também maravilhosa, mas o conforto do quarto ZERO devido ao barulho constante de quebra quebra de reforma.

Não foi muito agradável, pous não nos permitirão checkin mais cedo e nem estava tão cheio assim. Faltando 15 min para o checkin uma funcionária resolveu me atender, dai um outro rapaz do check in a repreendeu por iniciar antes das 14h...absurdo, ainda mais em se tratando dd um senhor idoso.
Não gostei muito do restaurante, ele é muito pequeno para a quantidade de apartamentos e sempre com filas no horario inicial e tinhamos que ficar esperando alguem sair, a comida era razoável, porem é muito repetitiva. Gostei muito dos bolos e doces e do pessoal atendente do restaurante e da limpeza também.

Ao chegar no hotel, não tivemos ajuda para retirada das malas do carro, check in bem cheio com fila grande de espera, hotel característico para acomodar grupos de turismo, espera longa para descer com as malas nos elevadores sempre cheios. Hotel antigo, precisando urgente de reformas. O Elevador quente sem ar-condicionado. Tivemos que aguarda 30 minutos na fila para tomar café, devido a super lotação do hotel, com duas crianças sendo uma de colo.
Funcionários da recepção não ouvem. Apenas falam, não respeita o hóspede cliente. Tentei diversas vezes explicar uma situação e os mesmo, não deixava nem mesmo complementar a frase.

Contratei a suíte panorâmica do Maceió Mar Hotel através da hotel.com (72759365600633) e já na primeira noite, no dia 14/02/24, verifiquei que o ar-condicionado não refrigerava- apenas ventilava. Dormi com as janelas abertas pois já era tarde e deixei para resolver o problema na manhã seguinte. Acordei antes das 8 h suada e com um barulho infernal de obras e trânsito.
Telefonei a portaria e me informaram q mandariam a manutenção ou poderiam me trocar de quarto - restaria apenas uma suíte panorâmica no 2o andar. Ponderei q essa troca poderia ser pior, caso o ar tbm não estivesse funcionando. Mas, empacotei minhas coisas e desci p falar pessoalmente com a recepção. Registrei minha queixa, tomei café, e subi para aguardar a pessoa da manutenção. Esperei cerca de duas horas e nada. Desci e na recepção me disseram que é uma empresa terceirizada e q demoraria a chegar. Pedi q alguém o acompanhasse ao meu quarto pois eu eu precisava sair.

Faltou um olho mágico nas portas dos quartos; faltou uma janela ou exaustor nos banheiros e outro ponto que seria primordial, como o estacionamento é pequeno, deveriam priorizar os hóspedes, mas algumas vagas do estacionamento do próprio hotel sao ocupados por taxistas; e deveria ter ar-condicionado nos elevadores.
Mas nada disso vai tirar superar os pontos positivos, em especial o ótimo atendimento por todos os funcionários.

Adorei a estadia, hotel beira-mar, com vista incrível. Café da manhã com muita variedade de quentes e frios, tapioca feita na hora. Área da piscina muito boa. A internet é razoável, tem momentos que oscilava e caía. O hotel tem grande procura então não co seguiram liberar nosso quarta antes do horário do check-in e houve problemas com os elevadores, muito devido a lotação, as pessoas entravam além do recomendado. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar com certeza.

Quado procuramos estadia em hotéis quando estamos em férias, buscamos facilidades e pouca incomodação. Pedimos um easy check-in e não foi possível (compreensível). Nos deram um só cartão p acesso à unidade, as toalhas só se vc tivesse um outro cartão (só nos deram um), somente uma pessoa do casal poderia usar a piscina ou praia, caso quisesse se secar c a toalha. café lotado, o lixo não é separado, as janelas sujas, banheiro a água para descarga não funcionava, a gentileza só conhecemos por um Senhor que nos atendeu rapidamente quando chegamos, depois de todo o check, e no final. Acho que não vamos mais ir nesse hotel.

Os itens estacionamento e café da manhã ficam muito a desejar, o estacionamento é bem limitado e sempre esta cheio, tive que deixar meu carro na avenida da orla sem nehuma segurança, ja o café da manhã, além do restaurante ser pequeno e vc ter que enfrentar fila para entrar, a variedade de comida é muito limitada, limitada ao ponto de achar que estava em um hotel 2 estrelas.

Segundo ele, para isso nós precisaríamos participar de um encontro que duraria no máximo 40 minutos.
Aceitamos o convite e eis que nosso problema começou, pois fomos atendidos por, na verdade, vendedores de multipropriedade desse Ipioca Beach, que fizeram perguntas invasivas e desgastantes e mesmo quando negávamos a compra da propriedade, os mesmos se mostravam insistentes e até mesmo desqualificando nossa profissão ou decisões como alguma tática estupida de vendas. Ficamos ao total 01:40 no local e só fomos \"liberados\" depois de muito constrangimento.
