O apartamento reservado ficava no primeiro andar, os vidros da janela não conseguem impedir os ruidos vindo da rua, ou seja, quarto muito barulhento.

A cortina do quarto não impede a entrada da luz solar a partir da 4:30 da manha, o que atrapalha o sono.

Hotel básico, nada especial. Piscina é um aquário!

Reservei esse hotel baseada na nota que estava no site mas realmente não corresponde a realidade. O hotel é bem básico, sem nada de especial. A piscina na verdade é um aquário com 1,15 cm de profundidade. O restaurante e apertado, cheio de espelhos e os pedidos, quando prontos, são avisados por chamada de senha identica aos hospitais. Não fica um minuto sem esse incômodo. Portas dos quartos sem isolamento, muito barulho nos corredores...Pontos positivos: localização e funcionários do café da manha que são atenciosos e gentis. Os produtos oferecidos no café também são bons só o ambiente que é estressante.

O café da manhã deixo a deixar um pouco, dos 4 dias de café só 1 dia eu daria nota 10, teve um dia daria nota 3 no café , tava sem muitas opções e não tava gostoso , tapioca feita na hora não foi lá essas coisas , já comi muitas melhores por ae .
Estacionamento um absurdo cobrar 30 reias por dia , e ainda ser um dos piores estádio da vida, o cara tem que ser muito, mais muito motorista para estacionar nele ,
O modo geral o hotel é muito bom a localização os funcionários muito top tbm e é isso .

No respect from the check in staff, kept talking to my husband even though I made the booking? Then they tried to charge some made up tourist tax even though we paid more through the website than direct! The pool water was half empty and the elevators were shonky. Do not reccomend, just another greedy business.

Wonderful hotel.

The view to the ocean from the rooftop where the breakfast is offered is fantastic.
The room was comfy and bathroom clean well equipped.
Easy access to the beach, many restaurants and big offer of services around.
Highly recommend it, for family with kids or solo, it's very good.

The Hotel is in a nice area, but because of a new building construction going on across the street, it was very noisy.
My TV room Netflix was not working, neither the A/C and the drain in the shower. Pool area is small and the pool water was very dirty.

Bad Service with great view

This Hotel is weird from the check in to checkout. Starting with front desk location. When I arrived at front desk there were 3 employees talking. Although they saw all our luggage etc, after one or two minutes one of them asked \"what I needed\"? No good morning, nothing.
He started my check in but left the place, after few seconds other guy took over and finish it. He did not gave me any information about the hotel amenities as well as breakfast location, parking etc. I figured it out by my self. \"!!GREAT WELCOME!!!\"
During my stay, they continued without \"good morning\" or a smile. Pretty unprofessional and rude.
The room is very small, the shower has a weird door configuration that only allows skinny person. Even for a 160 pound guys it tight.
To be fair I should mention the fantastic view of the ocean.
I away stay on the BestWestern close with them, decided to try. Definitively it was a bad try.

O quarto que ficamos era grande, com uma mini cozinha, tinha microondas, sanduicheira, liquidificador, varal de chão.
