Reservei esse hotel baseada na nota que estava no site mas realmente não corresponde a realidade. O hotel é bem básico, sem nada de especial. A piscina na verdade é um aquário com 1,15 cm de profundidade. O restaurante e apertado, cheio de espelhos e os pedidos, quando prontos, são avisados por chamada de senha identica aos hospitais. Não fica um minuto sem esse incômodo. Portas dos quartos sem isolamento, muito barulho nos corredores...Pontos positivos: localização e funcionários do café da manha que são atenciosos e gentis. Os produtos oferecidos no café também são bons só o ambiente que é estressante.

Then they tried to charge some made up tourist tax even though we paid more through the website than direct! The pool water was half empty and the elevators were shonky. This Hotel is weird from the check in to checkout. Starting with front desk location. When I arrived at front desk there were 3 employees talking. Although they saw all our luggage etc, after one or two minutes one of them asked \"what I needed\"? No good morning, nothing.
He started my check in but left the place, after few seconds other guy took over and finish it. He did not gave me any information about the hotel amenities as well as breakfast location, parking etc. I figured it out by my self. \"!!GREAT WELCOME!!!\"
During my stay, they continued without \"good morning\" or a smile. Pretty unprofessional and rude.
The room is very small, the shower has a weird door configuration that only allows skinny person. Even for a 160 pound guys it tight.
To be fair I should mention the fantastic view of the ocean.

Café da manhã ruim. Abaixo do padrão do hotel. O café com leite, café puro e capuccino muito ruins. Feitos na máquina e aguados. Pão com manteiga na chapa duro.
Tapioca levando mais de 30 minutos para ficar pronta e só entregue quando o hóspede reclamava.
E o pior de tudo, desorganização no espaço do café da manhã. Salgados misturados com o doce e bebidas espalhadas e os copos/xícaras longe das bebidas e o salão é pequeno o que causa tumulto. Hóspedes circulando para lá e para cá à procura do que comer. Sem contar que peguei um prato que foi lavado somente na parte de cima, a parte debaixo repleta de bolo, ou seja, ao recolher o prato ele foi colocado sobre um prato que continha bolo, quem lavou o fez somente em cima. Sem higiene! Sem sombra de dúvidas o hotel precisa de um gerente para a organização e limpeza do serviço de café da manhã.

Café da manhã ruim. Abaixo do padrão do hotel. O café com leite, café puro e capuccino muito ruins. Feitos na máquina e aguados. Pão com manteiga na chapa duro.
Tapioca levando mais de 30 minutos para ficar pronta e só entregue quando o hóspede reclamava.
E o pior de tudo, desorganização no espaço do café da manhã. Salgados misturados com o doce e bebidas espalhadas e os copos/xícaras longe das bebidas e o salão é pequeno o que causa tumulto. Hóspedes circulando para lá e para cá à procura do que comer. Sem contar que peguei um prato que foi lavado somente na parte de cima, a parte debaixo repleta de bolo, ou seja, ao recolher o prato ele foi colocado sobre um prato que continha bolo, quem lavou o fez somente em cima. Sem higiene! Sem sombra de dúvidas o hotel precisa de um gerente para a organização e limpeza do serviço de café da manhã.

A localização e o café da manhã são pontos positivos da hospedagem. No entanto, o serviço de café da manhã é realizado por horários previamente definidos, com controle de entrada de hóspedes em grupos a cada período programado.
Além disso, o isolamento acústico dos quartos é insuficiente, sendo possível ouvir com clareza os ruídos provenientes dos quartos vizinhos e áreas próximas, o que torna o ambiente bastante barulhento.
Outro ponto negativo é o uso de cadeiras pesadas nos quartos, cujo arraste gera ruídos intensos e constantes, causando desconforto aos hóspedes.
Minha experiência de descanso foi bastante insatisfatória devido ao excesso de barulho. Não recomendaria a hospedagem para pessoas com sono leve ou que buscam um ambiente silencioso para descanso.

Hotel Brisa Maceió, é a segunda vez que ficamos nesse hotel e a experiência foi maravilhosa. O hotel sempre se preocupa com os detalhes para a melhor estadia dos clientes. O hotel é bem organizado, iluminado, limpo e amplo. Na recepção, fomos muito bem atendidos, foi rápido e dinâmico, os atendentes me explicaram todos procedimentos do hotel. O elevadores facilitam a mobilidade dentro do hotel. Existe estacionamento coberto (rotativo no local: Subsolo, G1 e G2). O quanto é amplo, moderno, climatizado e limpo. Roupa de cama limpas e cheirosa. O banheiro é bem espaçoso, ótimo para um bom banho. No quarto existe, TV, Frigobar, cofre, armários, mesa de trabalho. No Banheiro, sabonete, shampoo, toalhas, secador de cabelo. Café da manhã(na cobertura) é excelente, com uma grande variedade, além de uma vista deslumbrante do mar de Pajuçara. A piscina na cobertura é um charme à parte. A equipe do hotel é proativa e educada, o qual melhora em muito a experiência dos hóspedes. Acessibilidade para todas as pessoas, com certeza Recomendo.

Hospedagem de duas diárias, após viagem maior para a rota ecológica de milagres, custo benefício excelente, boa localização, café da manhã com variedades. O quarto que ficamos era grande, com uma mini cozinha, tinha microondas, sanduicheira, liquidificador, varal de chão.
