This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience:
Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good.

Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

3 things I didn't like:
1. No ventilation fan in the bathroom.
2. Valet parking attendent left my window opened and cars In the car on my final night.
3. Restuarents was a bit slow In delivering dinner.
Other then those issues I enjoyed my stay:
Good food, good sized room, clean, view of the beach, great pool, and 24 security.

Nice hotel, excellent location, old rooms

You would expect a bit more of this hotel according to its ranking and photos. The rooms and installations are old and the room had bad smell (old smell). The good thing is the location, there are several good restaurants at walking distance, and the hotel is in front of the beach. It also has a good pool.

Hotel maravilhoso

Depois de 8 anos voltamos pra esse hotel e foi melhor que a primeira vez. A qualidade na comida, limpeza do quarto e banheiro, área do hotel e localização excelente.
Os quartos foram reformados e estão ótimos. Roupa de cama limpa e cama muito confortável.
É um excelente hotel para curtir com a família, crianças e amigos.
Voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel OK, mas não voltaria

O hotel é confortável, a localização é excelente e a limpeza dos quartos também. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são muito prestativos e fazem de tudo para agradar. Mas a administração do hotel deixa muito a desejar... Eu realmente não entendo cobrar diária de cofre e pagamento de utensílios utilizados (Precisamos pegar 02 taças, 4 garfos, 4 facas e 04 pratos e tivemos que pagar por cada R$: 2,00 para cada um). Viajo muito e nunca realizei esse tipo de pagamento, achei isso um absurdo! Para crianças o hotel é muito ruim, não tem nada. A quadra de tênis não existe no hotel, ela existe apenas para locação externa ou seja os hóspedes não utilizam nunca. O espaço baby é horrível, precisei utilizar um dia e não havia nenhum suporte de utensílios e estava bem sujo. O quarto é bom e o armário excelente, mas precisa de algumas manutenções principalmente nas varandas. Não entendo um hotel ter varanda e não ter uma mesa com cadeiras, não faz sentido algum uma varanda boa e vazia... Sinceramente, o hotel tem tudo para ser MARAVILHOSO, pois a vista é linda, o quarto é bom e a localização é excelente, mas precisa melhorar muito ainda. E o estacionamento praticamente não existe, é um hotel de 270 quartos, com 12 vagas disponíveis. É um hotel ok que eu não voltaria.

Estadia boa, mas poderia ser melhor, visto que pár

Sem maiores problemas. Contudo esperávamos mais do hotel daquele porte. Tendo sido informado que minha esposa é PCD, esperava cortesia em liberar o quarto, haja vista que faltavam poucos minutos e fomos obrigados a irmos a um restaurante fora. Simplesmente essas atitudes afastam o hóspede, futuramente, para outra estadia.

Estadia impecável, quarto espaçoso, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã variado com várias opções de bolos e frutas. Tinha música ao vivo no café da manhã. Férias dos sonhos em Maceió

Depois de planejar por meses as férias em Maceió, fiz a reserva no Maceio Atlantic suites, um hotel muito bonito e aconchegante, com piscina e quarto amplo. Pontos positivos: quarto amplo, camas macias, closet modulado com espaço para guardar todos as nossas coisas de maneira organizada, duas varandas no quarto, cafe da manhã com opções variadas e piscina bem grande e como estava sol a água quentinha, mesas, cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras.
Pontos negativos: ter que utilizar pulseira o tempo todo nas dependencias do hotel, achei desconfortavel e nao fornecem ferro de passar incluso na diaria, apenas o serviço de passar a roupa, é um valor baixo, mas gostaria de ter o ferro para passar as roupas uma vez que amassaram na mala durante o vôo.
No mais foi uma experiência excepcional, de longe foi o melhor hotel que fiquei em Maceió, recomendo e pretendo voltar outras vezes.

Ficamos na Suite Master. Excelente e com vista parcial para o mar. Quarto espaçoso, como desceito no site. Excelente café da manhã, com vatiedade, inclusive vegana. Atendimento maravilhoso. Apesar de conseguir uma vaga no estacionamento, é o ponto sensivel, pq é mais limitado. Está a 5 minutos das águas calmas de Ponta Verde. Muito boa a experiência, ótimo café da manhã é bastante variado, gentileza dos colaboradores, estacionamento grátis na rua ou pagando R$25 no estacionamento do hotel, não sei o porquê mas a água da piscina ardia muito os olhos você não consegue abrir os olhos na água! A praia da Jatiúca não é boa para banho, é bem forte o mar. Porém Ponta Verde e Pajuçara ficam pertinho. Tem diversas opções de restaurantes no entorno do hotel. Os apartamentos estão em ótimas condições, todos os quartos possuem vista para o mar.

Com certeza voltaremos!! Hotel com ótima infraestrutura, localização perfeita! Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos! Quarto enorme (suíte plus/quinto andar). Duas sacadas com vista mar, hall, closet, varanda com sofá e mesa 2 cadeiras, mesa de apoio com cadeira. Cama king com colchão e travesseiros macios. Banheiro com ótimo chuveiro. Tudo limpo e higienizado, toalhas macias. A tv a cabo poderia ter mais canais. Para quem gosta de mar calmo, precisa caminhar 2 quadras, pois o mar em frente ao hotel geralmente tem ondas. Compramos regime 1/2 pensão, café da manhã maravilhoso e com muitas opções, tudo fresquinho! Restaurante muito bom, com buffet e a la carte, com atendimento na piscina, que tem um ótimo tamanho e sempre limpinha! Concluindo, sete dias de descanso e alegrias com o amorzão! Muito obrigada.

O quarto tinha alguns problemas, um dos equipamentos de ar condicionado estava quebrado, a porta do frigobar também! A água do chuveiro fica apenas morna e solicitamos trocar de quarto e não fomos atendidos.
O estacionamento é pago a parte (não informado no momento da reserva) bem como o uso do cofre dentro do próprio quarto (primeira vez que vejo esse tipo de cobrança)

Hotel muito bom. Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo nele. O hotel está em reforma, mas, não tivemos nenhum problema. O quarto é confortável, área da piscina excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Ele fica uns 2 km de distância da feirinha de artesanato, da parte mais movimentada, mas, mesmo assim ainda prefiro pela tranquilidade do local. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

Atendimento péssimo, parece que a atendente que está fazendo favor para o turista, vc chega cheio de mala, não estão nem aí para você. Você que tem que fazer o próprio check-in. Não quiseram nem esperar eu chegar no quarto para retirar o documento físico que estava na mala, não aceitando a CNH digital. Bloquearam o Wi-Fi enquanto eu não apresentasse o documento físico.
