Old hotel, not even close to be a 4 star

My expectations was for a 4 star hotel, but this is way far from it. It’s an old place with everything under a 2-star hotel including bed sheets, towels. For the price paid it’s a shame.

Nice hotel overall. Breakfast is good (but not great) and pool is really small and not sunny in the afternoon. The room was nicely renovated and stuff is very friendly. Close to the beach. Good overall.

Equipe muito gentil e atenciosos, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, chão escorregadio de produtos, cabelos no chão, as repartições da estantes sujas que chegou sujar as bolsas que guardamos, teve dia que não foi retirado todo o lixo. Café da manhã bom, mas nada de surpreendente.

Pontos a melhorar: local do café da manhã muito apertado. Fiquei em uma fila de espera por uma mesa. O café servido é muito ruim. Fraco e sem gosto de café. Poderiam adquirir máquinas de café, como fazem os outros hotéis. Achei os itens servidos, muito simples. Sem bolos ou outras iguarias presentes nos cafés de hotéis brasileiros. Outro ponto é o estacionamento pago - R$ 19,00 , Caso, não consiga uma vaga em frente do hotel.

Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel da rede: banheiro muito muito sujo, não foi lavado e nem passou por nenhum tipo de limpeza nos últimos meses. Roupa de cama com manchas e marcas de ferrugem.
No momento do meu checkin, fui ao banheiro que fica na recepção do hotel, e o banheiro estava sujo e com fezes amostra. Sinalizei com cautela pra recepcionista para pedir p alguém tomar uma providência, a mesma só disse que quem limpa não estava.
Nos dois dias que tomei café, não havia suficiente para todos que estavam no salao, não haviam funcionários para atender a demanda de repor o buffet e fazer limpeza do ambiente, as mesas lotadas de pratos sujos, presenciei um hóspede sinalizando falta no buffet e a funcionária disse que não era função dela. Vi um casal de hóspedes saindo sem comer.

No entanto, o que mais estou horrorizada é com a falta de limpeza do quarto.

Na média de um hotel. Poderia melhorar o atendimento ao hóspede, como nos serviços do rooftop, mas a comida também é boa.

Passei por uma situação onde quase fui obrigado a consumir no local da piscina, pois disseram que não poderia beber nem uma água trazida de um estabelecimento fora do hotel pelas políticas do rooftop. E quase fizeram nós arcar com o couver artístico de forma a impor o serviço, ao invés de ser opcional pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor e Leis estaduais de Maceió.

Mas no geral, quarto limpo, estrutura do hotel boa, café da manhã ótimo, e o jantar excelente.

Hotel barulhento

Achei o hotel super barulhento, o 7º andar que estava era terrível, se alguém entrasse no quarto ao lado, parecia que estava entrando no meu, passavam falando e rindo no corredor as 6hs da manhã como se fosse 12hs. O quarto de cima fazia uns barulhos que super incomodava.
Enfim não foi nada legal e muito menos relaxante.

Nós nos hospedamos em outros hotéis da rede e este não condiz com o padrão. As fotos da reserva não condiz com o que encontramos.

Eu não sou de reclamar, porém dessa vez não tem como ficar indiferente a triste experiência que tivermos.
Fomos muito bem atendidos, não existe o que reclamar dos atendentes.
Agora sobre as condições do quarto, Senhor que pesadelo.
O cheiro do hotel é horrível. Desde a recepção até refeitório, corredores.
Sem contar a presença de mofo no teto pelos corredores e no quarto é impossivel ficar bem.
Quem tem problemas respiratórios é mortal. Quarto nao estava bem limpo, o cheiro do ar condicionado é sufocante! E se vc abre a pequena janela para ventilar, os pernilongos fazem a festa.
De verdade mesmo, nunca mais eu me hospedo nesse lugar. Foi decepcionante!

Incrível. Na verdade ainda está sendo, pq tinha duas reservas de 5 dias cada. Muito perto da Orla, quarto confortável, piscina com água quente, café da manhã com boas opções. Restaurante do Hotel e bar da piscina é uma ótima opção para almoço ou jantar, pois além de saborosa a comida, há diversas opções e os preços são bem atrativos.. Vale muito a pena.

Pior estadia que já tive em Maceió, hotel velho defasado, cheiro de mofo, toalhas velhas, lençóis velhos, infiltrações nos quartos, atendimento péssimo, limpeza péssima, nada positivo, praticamente todo mês estou em Maceió nunca tinha ficado nesse hotel para mas nunca, fui foi gastar dinheiro comprando anti alérgico na farmácia que a renite atacou com o cheiro insuportável de mofo.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao Marco dos Corais. Quartos confortáveis e com boa acústica, porém com portas antigas, principalmente do banheiro. E lençóis de cama velhos. Café da manhã simples, mas bem diversificado. Experiência com o estacionamento exelente, vale muito a pena pagar a diária do estacionamento, são cercas de 20 vagas e o acesso é muito prático.

A sinalização dentro do hotel faltando letras.
O café da manhã é muito bom.
O colchão e o chuveiro do nosso apartamento também são muito bons.
O jantar no restaurante foi muito bom, e o atendimento do João Anderson foi excelente.

O horário do check in é extremamente bagunçado, apenas uma funcionária para atender todos hóspedes que estão chegando, formando uma fila enorme e tumulto na recepção.
A recepcionista ofereceu toalha para banho de praia e quando fomos pedir, foi uma dificuldade enorme pois não tinha toalhadas e funcionários no setor para verificar e no final ficamos sem a toalha.
No banheiro tinha uma baratinha dessas que ficam em mobílias velhas, passeando em cima das escovas de dente no banheiro.
A duchinha higiênica toda suja de massa de obra e quase não saia água direito.
O ar condicionado desligava sozinho durante a madrugada e precisamos acordar para ligar de novo pois estava muito quente no quarto.
Ficamos num quarto com vista para obra e o barulho começava cedo.
Sugestão: no hotel tem panfletos de uma empresa parceira para os passeios turísticos. Alguns passeios saem por volta de 5:30 da manhã. O hotel sabendo disso, uma vez que ele mesmo indica a empresa que realiza os passeios,poderia disponibilizar aos hóspedes o café da manhã em horário alternativo ou mediante alguma reserva de horário.

Cafe da manha ruim, apartamento sujo, embaixo da cama muito po, banheiro bem sujo, ficamos apenas uma noite, nao conseguiria ficar mais do que isso. Toalhas encardidas roupa de cama precisando ser renovadas. No quarto de outra pessoa do grupo foi encontrada uma barata.

O hotel é muito bom....em ralação aos funcionários, são bem receptiveis e a alimentação é ótima, tanto no café da manhã, almoço e lá no bar. Enquanto a acomodação, o banheiro tinha cheiro de mofo, as toalhas deveriam utilizar outro tipo de sabão ou amaciante, porque sempre vinha com cheiro de barata, e os itens do frigobar deveriam constar os valores de cada um.

Excepcional! Em todos os aspectos o hotel é muito bom. Atendimento cordial, rápido e atencioso. O café da manhã de excelência, com muita fartura e variedade. Tem boa localização (não é na orla praia), está a 2 minutos andando até a praia e alguns quartos tem vista privilegiada para o mar. A área de piscina é um espetáculo, com ambiente agradável, com bar (consumo é pago) e piscina de borda infinita (aquecida). Os quartos são amplos e completos, ducha com boa pressão de água. Ponto negativo vai para duas construção de prédios próximos que trazem um pouco ruídos durante o dia em meio de semana. De 0 a 100 minha nota seria 95 ao hotel.

Manutenção urgente!

Check in demorado, apesar de não ter outros hóspedes entrando. Quarto 411 mofado, com parede descascando, muita umidade e ao lado do elevador.
Solicitei troca. Sou alérgica e dormir num lugar assim é ir direto para o hospital. Né trocaram de quarto. O estado geral do hotel deixa a desejar. Móveis muito gastos, elevador sujo.
Ponto a destacar o atendimento da Dayane. Estacionamento estava lotado e ela imprimiu a minha credencial de idoso pé estacionamos na única vaga disponível na rua. Café muito bom. Mas a unidade Maceió é muito diferente da unidade de Curitiba, que é muito boa. Não voltaremos!
