Only observation about the premises is that the garage is small. During high travel season your spot may not be guaranteed, so check with the hotel staff.
Staff gets 9/10 stars. Receptionists were great!

O quarto estava impecável. Não havia vaga no estacionamento quando chegamos por volta das 20h00 no dia 01/01/2026. Não houve menção de procurar um lugar para estacionar, pagando uma tarifa cheia e cara quando comparada com outros hoteis na região e disponibilidade de vaga no estacionamento. O quarto estava limpo todos os dias, a equipe de funcionarios foi educada e prestativa.O café da manhã poderia melhorar. Como o hotel já tem alguns anos precisa de uma repaginada no quartos. As tolhas que eram trocadas todos os dias estão muito velhas. Quando fizemos a reserva não foi informado que o aconteceria uma obra de limpeza que limitou o uso da piscina.

Apesar de não ser beira-mar, o hotel tem ótima localização, no coração de Ponta Verde. Ótimos restaurantes a pé e o mar fica à uma quadra de distância. O quarto é bom, mas merece renovação. o chuveiro estava totalmente entupido... e acabei limpando eu mesmo. O bufê de café-da-manhã é bom, com opções sem glúten (sou celíaco) mas achei meio desorganizado... A TV não tem streaming e os canais não possuem áudio original. O wi-fi não funcionou bem...
Como eu estava à trabalho, passei pouco tempo no quarto e não achei tão ruim, mas estaria mais incomodado se estivesse de férias...

O atendimento é excelente, o que não me surpreende, pois Maceió de longe é a cidade mais acolhedora do nordeste, por isso que a escolhi para passar as férias com a minha mãe neste ano. O hotel é limpo e o clima é agradável. Não achei as instalações antigas como relatado em outras avaliações. A piscina tem um espaço agradável, mas acho que o horário que finaliza o acesso é muito cedo, 20hs. O café da manhã é muito gostoso com variedades ok pra ter uma refeição balanceada pela manhã e a localização é excelente, próximo à praia, a avenida e aos quiosques mais badalados de Ponta Verde e Pajuçara.

Localização excelente, há poucos passos da orla de Ponta Verde. Destaque para o atendimento, chegamos as 11:30 e a recepcionista foi super atenciosa, apesar do quarto não estar disponível nos deu a opção de utilizar o banheiro do hotel para trocar de roupa e aguardar na piscina até liberar. Acabamos indo para a praia. Todos do hotel são atenciosos, atendimento humano. Recomendo !

E essa noite (3 para 4/05) choveu e deu uma goteira que pingava bem no vidro (na parede de vidro no canto esquerdo próximo a televisão), algum vazamento entre o vidro e a estrutura metalica.

Hotel muito bonito, localizado perto da Praia de Ponta Verde, você pode ir à pé a diversos lugares da região. O café da manhã servido é maravilhoso, com muita variedade e qualidade. Se você quiser fazer outras refeições o restaurante do hotel funciona até às 21:00 hs, com um atendimento excepcional por parte da equipe e uma comida deliciosa. Foi a nossa segunda vez no Tropicalis e foi uma experiência muito boa, estamos muito satisfeitos.

- Cheguei no Hotel e deparei com o quarto standart casal, sendo que eu tinha alugado casal vista mar, que tem diária mais cara média de R$100,00. Fiz a reclamação com a recepção e a Gerente Paula conseguiu resolver com o Hotéis.com apenas no dia seguinte.Segundo ela foi um erro do Hotéis.com divulgar foto antiga do quarto, sendo que eles disponibilizam a locação deste quarto apenas com o próprio Hotel.
- Internet horrível, me passaram duas redes de wi-fi e não funcionava, mal conseguia abrir uma foto, então tive que usar dados móveis mesmo.
Pontos positivos:
- Café da manhã excelente, tudo muito gostoso e com bastante variedades.
- Lanches e refeições, muito gostoso e com variedades suficiente.
- Ótima localização. Está no ponto central de Ponta verde, pra quem quer caminhar na Orla, fazer lanches a noite dá pra ir caminhando tranquilamente.

Razoável. A roupa de cama e de banho não são de qualidade. O mais decepcionante foi a comida do restaurante, que em nada se assemelha ao que é descrito no menu. Na foto, a proporção entre a quantidade de arroz e de filé dará a noção do tamanho do filé que foi servido. Destaque para todos os funcionários do hotel, que são muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos, em especial Paula. Em geral, a experiência não me levaria a me hospedar lá novamente.

Unica observacao e` sobre o fato de ter uma escada pra chegar no terreo / recepcao, que pode ser um problema para pessoas com alguma deficiencia. (Apesar que vi um pequeno elevador para acessar da rua para o terreo - no meu caso, nao chegou a ser um problema)

Chegamos em Maceió e tivemos uma péssima recepção em outro hotel. No dia seguinte, encontramos o Palms e foi como se passemos um portal por outra realidade. Os funcionários são extremamente bem treinados e educados, o hotel é limpo e agradável e nossa estadia foi muito gostosa. Cada detalhe valeu cada centavo

O hotel é muito bom, tem ótima localização, é bem perto da praia. A única coisa que não curti foi o chuveiro que não esquentava bem. Nos dias em que estive lá ficou morno quase frio, segundo o atendente era por causa do clima que estava meio frio e o sistema é por energia solar. Fora isso foi tudo muito bom. Os recepcionistas são uns queridos e o hotel tem ótima estrutura.

Os pontos negativos são: estacionamento sem manobrista, precisa dar a volta na quadra pra estacionar, com poucas vagas e muitas vezes a recepção demorava para abrir o portão da garagem; solicitei um travesseiro adicional e não trouxeram; elevador muito lento, demora para chegar; espaço da piscina pequeno e cheio, tem garçom servindo bebidas, mas pouquissimos lugares para sentar.
