The room was very clean and comfortable. I learned from another guest on our last night there that you can request a tote with pots and pan to cook with. I thought that that was provided but was not in the room so I did not ask. We were just told about the grill that we could use. Not about the dishes available if needed. That would have saved use a lot. The kitchen was one reason we chose this hotel to save on eating out. I was told by this guest that stays quit often there that it is a secret about the tote. Shame on you for advising the cook top with the cooking supplies and not providing them or saying not provided if you intend to keep it a secret. That would be my only complaint. I did laundry while there as well and the washer and dryer worked great.

My flight was delayed. I called the hotel to let them know and the assured me my room was secured for when I arrived. When I did arrive they cancelled my room and said they gave my room to someone else even though they had already received my payment.

The only complaint I have is that house keeping didn't do a very good job cleaning. My wife found dried poop behind the recliner. We've stayed here many times before. Its a great hotel. Gonna stay there again in 3 weeks. Nicest staff I've ever meant at a hotel. Couldn't ask for better. House keeping just needs to check the rooms better

The price and location are great. My complaints are really about the front desk staff:
-went to go and ask for towels and the towels were being laundered. Not too sure why there isn’t a surplus especially if we only had 2 towels and this was on day 2 or 3. I was handed damp bath towels in a pile and the other items were folded. Sort of weird, but I went with it.
-I know they mentioned at check in that the room is cleaned every 3 or 4 days and our room was never touched during our 5 night stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper.
-on the last night there was a beeping coming from the lobby area and our room was on the first floor. I called down to the front desk to see what the sound was because we could hear it over our fan and tv. I was told that it was a communication error with the elevator and the employee said she didn’t know how to turn it off. I asked if she could call the manager or the general manager so they could tell her how to turn it off and she said no. The beeping eventually stopped around 10:30pm.

The hospitable skills are lacking.

The hotel room immediately smelt very strongly of pizza, like strong cheap pizza smell. It was gross, but we got there late at night and were just passing through so we figured we’d let the front desk know in the morning. There was also no bath mat. There was no shower curtain. And one of the towels was stained completely yellow, it seemed like with oil- that should’ve just been thrown away. The elevator door also would glitch out and barely close so we had to use the stairs to take the luggage cart down. And the luggage cart wheels were not working. We would give this place a one star, but instead leave two because the bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bummer, it would’ve been a good hotel for a good price if it weren’t for those issues. The extra star is because the lady who checked us in was very welcoming. But in the morning, the front desk had a different person and she was not approachable or hospitable at all. It was very cold and strange.

I arrived after a 5-hour drive only to be told there were no rooms available despite having a confirmed reservation. I contacted Hotels.com immediately, but received no timely response or assistance. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable after traveling so far. I’ve never experienced this before, and the lack of support made the situation even worse. I expected better communication and reliability from both the hotel and the booking platform. I’m beyond pissed because every other hotel was booked. Worst experience by far.

It’s was infested with roaches. The staff was very helpful understanding it was an entity that they cannot control and they were more than compliant with extending me a full refund even wanted to offer me another room but my thought process if they’re there they’re in other rooms as well. Thanks again to the staff. I just couldn’t stay there after that.

The hotel itself was well maintained in the rooms were clean and smelled nice. They do not have dishes in the rooms however, you have to go downstairs to check them out. Also, upon arrival we waited around three minutes to get someone to come to the front desk after ringing the bell three times. The young lady that works the front desk is not friendly at all. Doesn’t say hello welcome or anything like that.

As a former regular guest, I was hoping for a similar experience to previous stays. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. It wasn't terrible; but it wasn't great.

I arrived with my daughter to find I had incorrectly booked the following week. I asked what they had available and they quoted me twice the 3rd party rate. So I booked through the third party and am attempting to get a refund for the incorrectly booked stay (since it's a week away). Not their fault, mine. But that's where the fault ends.

Using the restroom for the first time required a plunger. They were happy to give me one with a bag wrapped around it (meaning it was dirty and may be a health hazard) instead of sending someone up to unclog the toilet. Okay, fine. This hotel's wifi is notorious for cutting off when you're in the middle of something, so I usually connect to ethernet. Well, room 412's ethernet port did not work and there was a screw missing from the bottom of the cover plate. I tried to use the wifi but the disconnections caused too many issues so I had to use my phone's hotspot. I shouldn't have to do that. I also shouldn't have had to plunger the toilet. The room was directly across from the elevator and our neighbors were LOUD until around 5AM. I've learned that complaining to this hotel doesn't fix the issues. When I went to take a shower, I noticed DRY BLOOD (health hazard #2) in the corner of the bathtub.

This place has really gone downhill; which is sad because it's so new.

The staff, laundry and room were above average. However, if you ever want to visit a 3rd world country go to My Place in Jacksonville NC. They have a large business clientele, and the workers are predominantly Hispanic. If you enjoy the smell if wet Garbage, the workers just drop bags of trash by the Elevator. The staff stated they contacted the company and put a sign by the elevator stating not to put trash there and they were on camera. That did nothing. the sign was torn down and the trash bag with wet garbage was right back. If you don't mind spending $700 for the week and enjoy the smell of the local landfill, this place is for you. I personally will never spend a night there again.

Check in staff I dealt with was very rude and liked to smile at you when they were. Took them forever to finally come to the front desk to get checked in. Because I booked through you all they wouldn’t let me change the room to a double queen.
The rooms were falling apart. Had to throw my shoulder into my front door to make it open. Bathroom door was splitting at the top where the frame was rubbing it. Red stain on the carpet. Looked like fresh kool-aid.
It was one step away from getting your sheets and pillows at the front desk. Glad I only had one night there. Go somewhere else. Don’t stay here. The pictures are deceiving.

Needed firmer pillows, heater/air-conditioned less noisy. The room was cleaned; the shower was good. The microwave kept blinking lights. The front desk person gave options of breakfast places near by.

Id like to say what i was disappointed with. After dinner i stopped at the front desk and asked for some decaf coffe to make in my room. She told me they didn't have any. I have never stayed at a hotel where they didnt offer both.
