This visit to Quality Inn was horrible. We have stayed at Choice hotels for months and have even stayed at this location more than once with no issue. Unfortunately this experience was far from positive, after I got to the property there was a gentleman standing outside by a car having a private conversation but no other staff anywhere to be seen or heard. My husband was waiting with our kids at the car and I asked him to ask if the gentleman worked there. Turns out it was a staff member and I had been waiting about 15 minutes at this point. He takes my ID then asks me about a card number I don’t recognize because we had paid through Expedia so my exact card number wasn’t listed. After becoming loud and disrespectful and trying to double charge us, my husband tries to explain calmly but the staff member becomes irate claiming that my husband has a “tone” and the other staff member working coaches him while I am still standing there that they don’t have to provide customer service and can just kick us out if they feel like it. The second staff member is able to actually get us checked in while this gentleman is still irate stating that he’s “not the one” in a threatening way. The next morning my husband tries to talk with the manager and she states that all the end of shift report states is a financial issue when I showed proof of payment, in retaliation the manager placed us on the “do not rent” list and lied to Expedia. Be careful. Thankfully Expedia support is amazing.

My experience was terrible, first the lady in the front desk wasn't professional. She gave me a room They mistakenly assigned me a room that was already occupied; when I opened the door at midnight, the guests inside were upset though it was not my fault. Upon returning to the front desk, they gave me another room, but the key card was not registered to open the door, and the air conditioning remote control was broken.

The room was clean and comfortable. All in all it was a good value for the money. My only real issue was the amount of people that seemed to be just hanging around the hotel both in the lobby area and out front. From what I could gather some of the help live there and use the pool with their kids or bring kids over to swim which made it harder to enjoy for travelers. Also the maid staff sat in the lobby each morning for some time eating the complimentary breakfast and chatting, which seemed very unprofessional.

So when we first arrived, the property looked fine when we got there the lady at the front was her first day. Nothing bad about her, but she had no help and thrown in the deep in which I find that very messed up. When we got into the room, we put the blinds down and there was a few roaches on the inside and the floor was dirty. Then last night when we went to go check out the lady at the desk had an attitude and horrible customer service. We wanted to get to our room, but because she was mopping, we couldn’t walk on her floor. She had a terrible attitude, horrible customer service, and how are you supposed to check out when you can’t get to the front desk because someone’s so worried about a floor that people are gonna be coming in and out of the hotel all through the day and night. Felt like she was more concerned about her phone than to do her job and actually have the proper manners to talk to people because I will never stay there ever again because of her not the company but her. The lady that was thrown in the deep end on her first night. I applaud her. She did amazing. She was very sweet kind and very professional. I have never experienced a customer service I ever had at night when I was trying to check out ever.

This was a last minute trip, and they say you get what you pay for in which i definitely did. I checked into my room and used the bathroom and the toilet stopped working and nothing would flush properly. i gathered all of my belongings and they switched me to a new room on the first floor. this room was in better condition than the first one. some furniture pieces were definitely missing and in some areas the paint was chipping off and rust was present in many areas, the rooms could definitely use some updates. i found a spider in my shower one morning. luckily, there’s lots to do in the area/places to eat. staff was nice. however i can’t say that i would book here in the future.

Bed frames old and made loud sounds when you roll over. Shower curtain slips down because support rod was not correctly installed. Floors were slippery maybe because of too much wax. People in room next door were loud and playing music at 5:10 AM on Thanksgiving morning (really?!).

Our hotel stay was awful. Walked into the room, first thing we see are roaches on the wall. Floors were filthy. I took a pic of the bottom of my socks because they are black by walking on the floor. Towels were see through in spots from wear and tear. Again I. Have piictures. Sheets on bed were dirty. Ice machine did not work..
I could go on and on but this was by far the worst experience I have had in a hotel!

Bed was hard, room had odor, walls were paper thin, could hear people talking in other rooms and hallway. A lot of disrepair in bathroom, hallway and ceiling of bedroom. Clerk never answered phone when we called, but was there when i went down. Ice machine on our floor was not working. Floor in our room was slippery. Breakfast had overcooked eggs. Lobby had odor when we arrived. Internet password wouldn't work and TV was losing signal in room and lobby.
After all that, i was going to give a poor rating , but i think terrible would be more appropriate. I don't know who would ever give this a good rating.

Always a great experience at this hotel, but the bathroom was not so clean and the pool wasn’t clean as well and we were looking forward to taking a swim in the pool,but couldn’t. When I received clean towels I received a towel that looked like it had a blood stain on it.The elevator was broke the entire weekend and there were a lot of elderly people there this weekend.Overall the breakfast was GREAT! The staff were AMAZING!!

The elevator was broken, our room on the 2nd floor was awful and the ice machine didn't work. Moved to 3rd floor (still no elevator) which was better. Went downstairs for more towels, they told us we had to bring our used towels down to laundry before we could get more.
Don't think I'd stay there again.

We had roaches in our room, notified the front desk, were told to email head of house keeping, didn’t receive a response from anyone in the hotel till 3 days later when I reached out to hotels.com and then they only offered a deep clean of the room. Wouldn’t give a us a different room or a refund. They only cleaned our room 5 times out of a 17 night stay. Majority of the staff were extremely rude. When i tried to raise my concerns to the front desk they were extremely rude, offered no help or solutions other than to check out that morning 1 hour later. We couldn’t check out though, it was our only option for a stay. The amount of roaches in our room and around the hotel is disgusting. The health department will be notified.

Did not like the elevators went out overnight with my disabled Aunt with me on the 3rd floor. If they were having troubles with the elevators when I checked in I would have liked to know in advance and could have preferred the bottom floor. We as patrons would have liked to be given a notice of some sort or any sort that the elevators were not working.

Everything from the rusty dirty room to the hard overcooked breakfast to the rude front desk was terrible! Not only did the hotel itself not help but Expedia didn’t even try! Rust everywhere, pee on the beds, torn covers, everything was DIRTY! Definitely will never spend another dime with them nor Expedia. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have photos but of course they won’t you upload. No worries the health department has been called. Last time I checked rust ESPECIALLY THIS MUCH RUST is DANGEROUS!

Save your time and money. Go somewhere they appreciate your stay!

I arrived about 45 minutes before check-in time and I was going to be charged a fee to check in early and decided not to. Once I did get checked in and got my belongings in the room I left and came back and noticed that the door didn't shut very well and when I went downstairs and mentioned it to the person at the front desk they blew it off as I don't have any more king size beds and I asked if the door could be fixed but never had anyone come to investigate it. I fixed the door by myself and although I've stayed here several times in the past I may not be returning

We had 2 rooms. Both were extremely dirty. There were roaches in one room that required us to be moved to another room. And the other room had a wasp nest in the curtains. The floors were gritty so I put a towel down to get the grit off of my feet and it turned the towel black. The entire property smelled like weed. The furniture was in poor condition. The beds are super small. There was a used bar of soap in one of the showers.
