I would not recommend staying here at all, especially with the other hotels in the area that offer a lot more and we’re much cleaner
Dylan
Pay for what you get. Staff was very helpful and bed was clean were the only highlights of the stay. We arrived and had water all over the floor. Informed staff and they found out it was coming from laundry next door. If there is moisture coming from one side of the wall to the other consistently, (maintenence knew exactly where the water was coming from) there's a high chance of black mold in the wall. Room smelled like mildew and the air conditioner could not keep the room cool. There was a hole in the bathroom door like it had been punched. Light switch was backwards so down was on. Bathroom door was rotting out and loud to open. Door was probably rotting due to there being no way to vent the bathroom, there was a vent but no switch for it, so a shower turned the bathroom into a steam room. Shower had sand in it and was either scalding hot or cold. You had to fiddle with the dial for 10 minutes before getting in because it didn't work as it should. We had 3 bath towels for 4 people and the hotel wouldn't give us any extra due to \"being at capacity\". Overall the property needs a major update and we would not recommend this hotel. I will spend an extra $100 a night next time to avoid it.
David
Overall it was ok, but the staff was rude at the front desk when the room was rented for an additional night, I called the store and set it up for my girlfriend to come down and have the keys re keyed since we were staying in the same room then when she went down to do it the lady was very rude about doing it, after it had already been set up for this. Idk she did it but with an attitude
Elizabeth
Dallas at the front desk is ALWAYS AMAZING! The cleaning crew is top notch. I stay here about every two weeks and in the last month they are really working to improve the cleanliness and the appearance of the facility. Grounds and surrounding property needs some work especially with regards to trash and pet 💩

Staff was very helpful, lots of parking

Terrible experience. I expect a full refund.
Before we even arrived, I tried multiple times to call the hotel to let them know we would be checking in late. I was left on hold for over 30 minutes before being disconnected, and every call after that went unanswered. When we arrived, the front desk employee was friendly, but she was outside in a white van with her children instead of at the desk, which was unprofessional. The room was unbearably hot. We called the front desk and were told it was “normal” for the AC to freeze and that we needed to turn the heat on for 30 minutes before setting it back to 68. It never cooled anywhere close to 68. We kept the blinds closed and even asked to switch rooms, but were refused. Since the hotel wouldn’t solve the issue, we had to spend $60 on fans just to make the room tolerable. Maintenance admitted there was nothing they could do except repeat the same instructions. They told us to leave the thermostat at 85 while we were out and promised to return 30 minutes later to reset it. We were gone for 8 hours, and no one ever came. We returned to an extremely hot room with the thermostat still at 85. We paid for a room with working air conditioning and basic customer service, and we received neither.
This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I am requesting a full refund, including reimbursement for the $60 we were forced to spend on fans because the hotel failed to provide a functioning, livable room.

Teresa was very accommodating to find a a room after I told her I had an allergy to strong smells.
She went above and beyond and I’m grateful as I had children with me

Everything was nice and well kept 5-5. Also in very convenient location in between everything in town
Jacqueline Cano
Helpful staff, room we stayed at was relatively clean and didn't have a weird smell like the previous hotel I've stayed at. I would stay here again.
Melody
Needs to have a pool and serve continental breakfast! Especially the breakfast.
RENE
everything was good
Sandi
Room was basic, carpet was stained. Shower was scaldong with no water pressure tho it was fixed the day after reporting it. Main AC to the floor was broken so as soon as you walked out of your room the hallways were unbearavly hot and smelled. Elevator was not functioning well- sporadic at best. Staff was friendly just a shame the place had so many issues.
Winston
Every was good
Sherrelle
Nice spacious stay. Clean. Floors need cleaning or replaced. Overall great stay and price!
Michael
The room had such a heavy mold and mildew that I had to leave. My nose was running, my eyes were red, and I was coughing. It smelled awful. The hallway was hot on the second floor.
Berthena
Customer rep was super nice and friendly
Robert
Staff is extra friendly. Thank you
Moya
When visiting family in the area, I usually stay at this property. Disappointed they no longer offer complimentary breakfast, but my room is always clean and comfortable & staff friendly. Highly recommend for family travelers
Michelle
Room was clean but smelled like someone cooked a roast in it all day. The air conditioner went and never worked again. Staff wasn't that helpful to fix the problems. Basically makes excuses and that's it.
Shannon
I had a 1 bedroom and the AC didn't work in the living room,,the wifi was poor
Nereida
it was perfect for the days i stayed there, staff was very useful and i felt very safe
Lily
The room was nice and the little stovetop, dishwasher, and fridge were all helpful. The upper floors were hot, but only in the hallway, room ac was nice and cold. Staff were very kind and helpful.
Kimberly
kichen with full size refrigerator was perfect. Exactly the right number of dishes for the number of guests (2) toiletries was minimal. 1 travel size shampoo, 2 bars of soap, close to stores. free parking. Great price.
David
Place was clean, room was clean, bed comfy. Staff was wonderful.
No breakfast, coffee only. There is a Dennys next building over.
Kitchen was useful but only one person could sit and eat as there was only 1 chair. The other had to sit on the bed and eat.
I had a room with 2 double beds for two people but the room had only 1 chair at the table. Would be nice if there were chairs to relax in as well.

The room was just ok but comfortable to stay for the night. The building seems to be a bit old but fairly in good condition. The room was outdated and we had a few roaches to deal with but for the price of a night's stay, I guess it's ok!!!!! I give this business 3 stars.

Dirty, and I found a roach in my room. I need someone to call me asap.
Zack
We only stayed one night, but overall it was a solid stay! The staff was super friendly, everything was clean and tidy, and the location right off the highway made life easy.
The only hiccup? The shower had the water pressure of a sleepy garden hose… and apparently only believed in hot water. Great if you enjoy reenacting a lava challenge before bed. Other than that, no complaints!

I will never stay here again! The hallway smelled like a complete dumpster, the room literally had roaches and water bugs, the a/c literally had to be on 60 degrees for it be cool in the room, I seriously hated my stay and I'm 32 weeks pregnant I want a full refund!!! I'm pissed!!!!
Jennifer
Mold in bathroom
Ronald
Shower did not work in room 401. There was no one to tell at the desk when we left
Carrie
Staff was friendly and the property served its purpose for our visit with our marine nearby.
Joseph
Ehhh
David
The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was near several excellent restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The only hiccup was when one of the elevators quit working and we had to use the one that was furthest from our room.
Jennifer
Good but hotel need upgrade
Jenn

Amy
Excellent everything!
Dina
Clean and quiet - very nice outside area
Roger
Friendly staff. The hotel was nice, but not the cleanest. The Wi-Fi was very slow. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
McKinley
Our room was very clean. We had no issues parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us find our room. The hotel was off the main road behind Dennys and was super quiet and lowkey back there. We had no issues at all.

Staff was cool, Room was clean and it was fairly nice for the price. No complaints there at all. My complaint is that I ordered 50.00 dollars worth of food that night and it was left on the counter for about 2 hours while a movie was watched. Then it was put in the fridge in the dark before going to bed. The next morning when I opened the fridge there were 10's of thousands of ants in the fridge and all over the food, and all over the kitchen counter where the food was. So I lost out of 50.00 worth of food that was barely touched.
DEAN
Room, staff.

Elizabeth
Thete was no directions on how to use the tv,
Kameron
The workers there are so kind and helpful especially with my issue booking through Expedia. But the room was very musty smelling and not the nicest in terms of the walls being dirty and the facilities a bit outdated.
karla
Best customer service and clean rooms😊
Daniel
The first room we were put in had a horrible smell and a cockroach crawling on the ceiling. The room we were moved to smelled better but there was a wolf spider waiting for us. We wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
Anne
Was perfect for my stay. Loved the full size fridge/freezer for my extended stay.
Jason
Its a nice place
Tony
The front desk clerk was rude. They were very stingy with soap and shampoo
Leo
Our room was so musty I barely slept. The moldy and musty odor was so bad, we couldn’t wait to leave. It was disgusting. And the shower was moldy.
Ashley
NEVER again! We had to change rooms twice. The first one, the door didn’t shut fully or lock. The second one smelled VERY strongly of ammonia, and there was a huge water/mold stain above the bed. The third room was tolerable
Jessica
The stay wasn’t bad, but did have an issues on our last day, as we were getting ready to check out a roach came out of the microwave in our room.
Diana

Great stay !
Very nice and clean ! Great beds I always love white linens ,you can see the clean ! Bed placement was awesome. 10 out of 10

We were pleasantly surprised overall. The nightly rate was lower than most of the other \"name brand\" hotels around it and the staff and accomodations were really nice.

I have reached the age and physical condition where I now have issues with balance and such. The toilet was so low to the floor that it was difficult for me. Also, the tub bottom was slippery and grab bar at least on the back wall would have saved me a lot of stress especially getting out, the tub wall was high.
Taylor
Felt safe while me and daughter was there
Sherannon
The person at the front desk was very patient and courteous. the lobby was clean smelled very fresh the room was clean and when I went down to ask for extra towels the new desk agent gave me more than I needed which was very surprising because some places are not so generous
Claudia
It was nice, clean, and very spacious for a very affordable price. Will be coming back for sure.
Lou
Plesant
It is a hotel for people in transition, either through wirk or military life. It was quiet enough and plesant enough.
Victor
We had a great experience here. Would definitely stay again
Ryan
Liked all the amenities
Maria
Property is so clean! Very well maintained
Kenda
Thank you so much for the condolence laminated card, KitKat bar and the water! I truly enjoyed my stay on/at your property! I will most definitely be visiting again!
Adam
Disappointed
The room was clean, the staff were polite and helpful.
But, I give a low rating because they don’t allow firearms on the premises and nowhere in the description or booking process does it let you know this vital information.I was not aware of their stance until after I had already arrived. If I had known this ahead of time I would have chosen a different location and will definitely choose a different location in the future.

No free breakfast
It was a good stay. Stayed for several days and alll was good. They DO NOT have a free breakfast. They tell you to go to Dennys and they will take 10% off your meal. Other than that all was nice
