Disgusting experience - the bathroom was filthy (there was poop on the toilet seat and running down the front of the bowl). The room smelled of pee. Forget about sleeping - this place got extremely noisy after midnight - people coming and going, loudly and both rooms on either side of ours might was well not have had walls between them. Got to experience the sounds of \"intimacy\" of several folks throughout the night. Despicable and disgusting - GROSS! We left after that first night, no refund given.

The room looked almost just like the picture, however, there was no sofa to sit, and only one chair in the room. The manager did provide us with one more chair. They did not come into my room at all, because they didn't like my dogs even though they advertise as \"pet\" friendly, so I had to ask for clean towels each day, and they charged me $50 each day pet charge. Other than that, it was very nice.

The overall experience was pleasant. I needed somewhere to stay after traveling to Worcester for a concert and landed on Econo Lodge Roure 20. The staff were friendly, the land and room were clean, and I couldn't beat the price for a one night stay that close to the concert venue.

Property was stuck in 1970 and not clean. I could hear the person above my room stomping across the ceiling through the evening. Tiles missing in shower. Stain bedspread, fingerprints on mirrors. Just gross.

This place will only rob you of your bank account inside you a lot more money than what they said that they're going to do, I don't even have a shower they said that they were going to come and fix it and never did so I stayed here for 3 days without a shower and without TV

Keep driving-don’t stop here.

Check in was a fiasco, even after I called to confirm my needs. It took three people 20 minutes each to figure out how to fix their mistake. Rooms were disgustingly dirty. Covers missing on outlets, cigarette burns on the bathtub, filthy shower, door was a mess with a big hole where the deadbolt should have been. Furniture had chunks missing, the freezer part of the mini fridge was dirty and full of stuck on frost. People were outside the doors drinking and partying all night. Person above me walked with heavy heels and never went to bed. Walls are super thin. You can clearly hear what others are saying.

It is an older hotel but you can tell a lot of work is done to it. Everything was bright, clean and working. The bed was comfortable and the area was pretty quiet. You get what you pay for here. I did enjoy that the room I had, had a mini fridge, seeing I bring up my own soda and snack etc.

Our original air flight was canceled so we weren't able to get to the property until after midnight. They had rented our room to someone else and spent a half hour getting another room ready. We were hoping to sleep in but early in the morning there were people standing right outside our window smoking and talking. Also trucks making noise as they left for the day.

It was difficult to figure out where to pull into the property. Then, it was awkward to have 1 person wait on me and several watch. However, they were nice.
For the most part, the property is nice. The desk drawer kept sliding out and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely but it was clean which is more than I can say for the one we tried to stay at earlier today.

Sadly, I found the property substandard. The fellow that checked me in was friendly and accommodating but the property itself was disappointing for the price. Garbage at the entrance to the office was overflowing. The room was clean but smelled old and musty. The water did not drain from the sink over two hours. The mattresses were if the lowest grade. I planned on staying two nights but cancelled my second night.

The location and price is excellent! But, the property is really run down. Lots of people \"living\" in the rooms and sitting outside smoking, hair dryer didnt work, and heat was either hot or off. Bedspread and couch were stained and the floors were sticky. Noisey young adults up late drinking and smoking, pit bull poop on the grass (nobody picked up after their dogs). Sadly. We won't return. Thank you.

Friendly quick late last minute check-in. The heater did not work in one of the rooms. But I was exhausted and it was late so I didn’t notify management. Based on looks of heater, I think it was unlikely they didn’t know it wasn’t working. No way to know for sure.It was in the 30’s so cold night.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I can see they do their very best to accommodate the guests . I stay here reguraky and will continue to do so.
However I do think there could be a better breakfast available, trash picked up around the grounds and my most concern is the drug use I believe that goes in here. I stay to myself and do not feel unsafe but I see what I see. With that being said you could not ask for a kinder staff that are doing their best. I would recommend staying here.

Lack of Communication and outdated electrical

The staff was nice and helpful but failed to inform us they were renovating the lobby where both the ice machine and the continental breakfast was and they when we asked told us multiple different days that the project would be done. Also anytime you used the microwave or hair dryer you had to turn off the heater and it was the middle of winter with snow outside.

The place is pretty large and rundown and in an area that does not feel particularly safe. When I was first entering the room, suddenly three police cars came up and the cops went and started banging on a door of a nearby room. They then spent the next half hour conversing with a woman, trying to find out the whereabouts of her boyfriend. Not a good start to the evening.

Then it gets worse.

First, the room stank of cigarette smoke. Second, there was no telephone in the room. Third, the television did not work. Last, there was a problem with the door lock which kept on automatically re-locking every minute or so, editing a loud \"click.\" This was not conducive to sleeping. I then asked the clerk if I could switch rooms, which thankfully he allowed me to do. This room, which was on the front side of the building (as opposed to the original room in the back), while extremely basic, was completely fine. Why was I put in this not-ready-for-primetime room at first, and not given the available working room? The only thing I can think of is that I had a dog. The motel advertises itself as dog friendly, so if that's truly the case, you shouldn't treat pet owners as second-class citizens.

Needless to say, I will not be staying at this motel again.

I was made to leave because of my dogs and they were not the ones making noise. I paid for 7 days and only stayed 5. They should not say they are pet friendly because they are not. Also they charge $20 a night for each animal.

FIX THE HEAT!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Would have been an excellent, basic, affordable hotel BUT the room was 86 degrees, hot-air heat BLASTING, when we checked in on a 12 degree January night. We immediately turned the heat down as low as the thermostat allowed and opened the window/door. We had a very UNcomfortable stay because the room temp never got below 79 degrees without the heat coming back on. Thermostat kept going back its pre-programmed temp and the guest-controlled override only works for an hour.
