My kids said the pool was warm but it was packed full! The hallway stunk like cigarettes smoke so someone was smoking in the hallway. My son needed a blanket and the one brought up was dirty had to call and get another one.

Rooms are out dated the thermostat on the wall didn’t work. The one that was hardwired on the top of the 747 unit did. Requested to the front desk for trash and bed to be changed on Thursday. They got to Saturday after I stopped the lady in the hallway and asked for the third time. Other than that hotel was in a great location. Very convenient to fast food and other restaurants.

Feont desk didnt have change for a 20 when we bought items. The pool was cold and lights were mostly burned out so it was dark in the pool area. They only gave us a limited amount of pool bracelets. Couldnt even purchase additional ones. It was just constant signs that no parties were allowed in the poolarea, so much so that I felt that i couldnt invite family over to swim or I'd be breaking rules. It was just kinda run down and not maintained very well. A lot of the exercise equipment in the fitness room was not in working order.

The bathroom was not clean bathtub and floor, the hot tub was over chlorinated and had seriously scalding water coming out by the feet. I had checked in and been there for an hour already when my door flung open and a woman came in. They had checked another family into my room. I was not impressed at all with this place.

The room had dated features like think late 90’s and a few mechanical issues. The main door to the room was missing the security latch. The only at to turn the light on on the bathroom casted light into the sleeping area. The front door was between 3/4” and 1” short leaving a gap that allowed us to listen to the soothing sounds of loud sketchy individuals, it was great I didn’t want to go to sleep until after 2 in the morning, I mean who does. The heater/air conditioner makes a loud slamming noise when it shuts off and if you pair that with the rest of the issues above it doesn’t make for a peaceful or relaxing sleeping experience.

Decent for the price per night. Lots of space and rooms were decent. Odd features like no separate bathroom/sink light fixtures, broken locks on doors, broken beds, no towels available at pool, broken arcade games (almost 1/2), and pool area is very very dirty with broken ladders and garden lattice used to separate pool areas. Staff was very helpful and friendly though!!

The staff here was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. I also really enjoyed the pool. However, there were a few downsides. Unfortunately, housekeeping didn’t come by once during our entire 5-day stay, which was a bit disappointing. The fridge in our room wasn’t very cold, so the maintenance guy suggested just using the freezer instead, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, the coffee maker in the room wasn’t working, and breakfast was limited to just coffee and a few pastries. It felt like the owners were cutting costs, but the staff truly did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The front desk girl was rude. The entryway to the door smelled like marijuana.. the door to the hotel room was loose. Outside was tons of big, huge dog poop. Lining the sidewalk as you walked up to the door.
It used to be one of the nicer hotel but needs a lot of work. Not kept up very well.
They will try to charge you a $200 fee at any chance they can get. I had to speak with the manager. He was nice and professional and did. Adjust the $200 fee that was wrongly charged.. the girl at the front desk certainly needs some customer service skills training.
They need to clean things up and renovate.

Although 2 of our rooms had issues that required maintenance, your staff did come and take care of the issues.
There was a shortage of pool towels and there was some mold around the hot tub, so I chose not to use it.
My biggest complaint is that I was quoted a price for the rooms and i was Way overcharged. When I checked out the front desk employee states she wasn't able to adjust my charges, but she would leave a note for the manager to call me the next day (today 12/22). I have yet to get a phone call.

I was stoked about the location being around a lot of coffee shops, but the rooms have some updates but other things on the hotel are dated. The rooms are soundproofed which is amazing BUT the refrigerator in my room was so damn loud that I woke up to it several times.
Not restful. If you’re at a conference I can see why you’d want the amenities offered, but if you’re looking for a good nights sleep and simplicity, this wasn’t it for the regular price. I regret not booking elsewhere.
All the emails about check in and check out were a real PITA as well for regular travelers. Even filling things out online I still had to have a regular check in which was annoying and a waste of time when you’re tired and driving all day.

The bed was excellent. However, when I tried using the room phone to make a local call, it won't go through according to the instructions on the phone. I even called the Front Desk for help, and he tried to reset it, and even then it won't go through. The outlet in the bathroom sink area with the coffee maker didn't work. I moved the coffee maker to a different room outlet in order to get hot water for tea. The room location was not close to an entrance or elevator, on the third floor. When I checked to see who had made the reservation for me, the Front Desk manager said it was made by Experion (a financial company), which I didn't use to book this reservation. The company that I used to book this hotel allowed me to choose 'book through local hotel' which I had used the previous Wednesday. The main benefit for staying here was the ability to park my car at the hotel in long term, and the Hotel provided my transportation to and from the Bismarck airport.

We stayed 2 nights and slide worked fine first night up until pool close, second day slide suddenly broke and front desk tells us it's been broke all week when I know that it wasn't because it worked the night before. Feel like we should've been comped a night or something other than lied to about it being broke all week when we were there the night before till pool closed and slide worked fine.

Pool cleaner was super unprofessional staring at my neice and made her uncomfortable, front desk says he’s foreign. In my opinion that does not excuse staring to the point my niece had ask him to look away while she removed herself from the hot tub and put a shirt on Door sign said hot tub closed at 11:30. While pool closed at 10. They left hot tub at 11:25. And are 18+. The manager on shift said it closes at 10 and the sign must need updating and that’s why he was staring at her to get out and couldn’t word it.

It was ok but the parking by our door was limited and we had to walk a long way to get to our door. The heat in the room was bad it was cold and the blankets were thin I slept in my bath robe, when the furnace started it was very loud and it stayed noisy. It is very inconvenient move around in the hotel, you have to walk along way to get to Lobby , pool, lounge.

Bathroom sink drain didn’t work. Got plug out, total gross grim. Shower had cracked grout with black spots. The heat didn’t work properly, either too hot or blowing cool air. Pillows horrible & only thin blanket in duvet. The door handle was lose with lose screw! Huge back parking lot and all lights off. Very unsafe.
I asked for management & they were too busy to talk to me.
They charged me for 11/22/25. I need to file refund for that day with insurance I purchased.

No restaurant, cafe or lounge as advertised. No food at all, aside from a desk w/coffee & apples for breakfast! Requested a room near elevator, assigned a room as far away from an elevator as possible (the hotel was empty). The most disturbing thing was elevators where not marked at all, so walking up & down hallways was painful, I also had a mysterious large stain in the bathtub that I would not use. Won’t be back ever! ps, it might behove the desk clerk to do a room check before checking someone in, you have so little business anyway, and so many empty rooms!

The heater was loud in the room. If you are a light sleeper it will wake you up a few times during the night. Bring ear plugs. I paid extra for a deluxe room. Save your money just get a regular room. Then a member off the staff was trying to get in are room at 1am he said the room was supposed to be vacant. I actually came to the door with my firearm. Its a good thing the latch caught the door and he didnt get in.

For some reason, the electrical outlets were super far from the bed. To the point where the alarm clock couldn't plug in and the lamp cords were eight feet long and stretched tight to be plugged in. Get some extension cords or rewire the room.

The pool area is ok-very poorly lit pool area. Our first room smelled like an ash tray, our new room was right next to our old room and there was minimal difference. Our tub didn’t drain while showering, and the pillows were like plastic.

We’d be hard pressed to stay here again!

While the hotel itself was fine, I had some issues with staffing. I will admit that I booked the wrong night, but I was able to still get a room since there was space. However, the person on night shift \"checked me in,\" without putting my card on file or charging me for another night. This resulted in my stuff being completely removed from the room without any communication.

I love this hotel because all the employees are professional and friendly. It is very quiet and very pleasant. I also love that it is in walking distance of restaurants and the mall. Absolutely love your hotel and will stay here every time I'm in Bismarck!
