The room was very big but as it was close you the housekeepers room it was very noisy from very early in the morning. The room service staff were very rude both when taking my order and delivering it. The TV caused mess endless issues which were never solved. The bidet leaked. Such a shame they’re letting this lovely hotel go down. Looks like they’ve become cash strapped as there were no complimentary sanitary products in the room, WiFiwas terrible, the a/c was terrible. Also they need to sort out the gym conditions. It’s a cramped room with no a/c and the sun blinding you.. only way to gym is before sunrise....... seriously I’ve given up on this hotel. Next

Is not too bad value for money, the rooms are very good as is the food. The gym is very average, I would have preferred not to have had what seemed to be a staff meeting outside my door every morning pre 0800. When I asked if there was a courtesy room to change and shower when I left at the end of the day prior to a late night flight I was shown to the very unwelcoming swimming pool changing rooms. Just expected a bit more from a hotel in this price bracket.

The stay was average. one expects the level or service and interior to be a bit more luxurious when Golf word is associated. The check in process was slow with only one counter operational. The room was huge but not so well done, the lighting in the living room was very poor. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is good.

Comfortable, big room with view over golf course. Nice pool area (and big - see photos). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Shopping Mall next door. Bars and clubs a 5 minute taxi ride away (i.e. Wink, Big Mike's, Bubbles, etc). Hotel has revolving restaurant with good food and views. Wifi connection kept dropping out but not really a problem for me.

A Nice hotel in Central Kampala
The hotel has a nice location over looking the golf course and has a nice pool area together with access to a small shopping mall that is in the same complex. The rooms are very large and quite comfortable, though maintenance could be a little better. The gym is very small, but the spa is very reasonably priced and provides a proper massage, that is welcome if you have spent several hours in the car. The dinner at the outdoor café was fine, but the breakfast was not quite up to the standard one would expect. Overall a quite a good hotel that I would be quite a happy to use again.
