After waiting for about 10 minutes in the reception area and having to watch 3 members of the reception staff have a heated and loud debate/argument???? We were then served, nothing explained to us, just given our room key and a member of staff took our cases and us to our rooms. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, excellent shower and the room has good AC. The breakfast was very average. Coffee from a machine and not very good. Very chaotic set up, i asked staff 3 times for some cold milk, which they \"didn't normally have\" it never arrived. Food on offer was also very average, not a great selection outside of breads, pastries and sweet cakes. Disappointing.

Onomo Hotels has great properties in Morocco. The one in Casablanca near the airport is great if you’re traveling, and the one in Rabat is right in the center of town and a great option for tourism or business travelers. Comfortable rooms and a beautiful terrace restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only problem. No a/c. When opened the windows for cool air, very noisy from the street. Could not sleep good. Cool air circulation in the room could have made the stay very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel in a central and convenient location near train station. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and bright and cheery. One thing to note is that they don’t provide toiletries. They do have a soap dispenser and a shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the wall but it felt a little cheap. Otherwise wonderful.

It's a good hotel near train station which is around 3 minutes away by foot. Breakfast was ok but nothing extraordinary. Only thing which was the problem is mini bar is super loud.

I stay at onomo at Rabat madina frequently also other location , I stayed here 1st time the lady check me in is terrible , staffs are not friendly and helpful , person check me in block the keys an hour before scheduled check out time , person on luggage / car park area stand and watch how some people struggle at times , it’s really poor experience.

Very disappointing

I recently stayed at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful. The juices were tasteless, as if they had been watered down, and the selection of food was pitifully lacking in diversity. It felt like I was eating the same bland items.

To make matters worse, one of the restaurant staff members was shockingly disrespectful. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and it put a damper on the entire dining experience. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such poor service, especially when you're supposed to be enjoying a meal during your stay.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat if you value a decent breakfast and respectful service. It was a letdown in more ways than one.

This hotel is well located and it felt safe to walk around day and night. Restaurants, ATMs & attractions within an easy walk. The roof garden restaurant is stunning. No alcohol is served onsite, nor can one bring a bottle of wine to dinner. The service did not meet expectations. The in-room safe had no instructions & I managed to lock myself out the first day. I asked the desk to fix it and they said they would send someone, but it never happened. The bigger issue was with towels. After my room was made up without towels, I stopped by the front desk at noontime & asked them to remedy it. After a long work day I returned about 10 pm and still no towels. I called the desk twice asking for towels and got them only after I got a bit snarky on the 2nd call. I'm a pretty chill traveller but having towels so one can shower before bed is not too much to ask. A mobility-impaired colleague staying on the same floor was in the same boat but had to go to the front desk to get towels that evening. My room was small but comfy.

Great location to train station and attractions. Facilities in reasonably good shape but a simple full shower door could save guests flooded floor and the Onomo, lots of time cleaning and maintaining leaky areas. Some more electrical outlet could help and there is definite need for brighter lights in the rooms

I liked the staff at check in, the porter. Room was ok. Location is excellent. Breakfast was terrible. Limited choices, dirty dishes, everything was dry and stale. For a 4 star hotel, it's a miss apart from where it is located. Will not return here.

Just right across the street from the train station. Tramway stop is also right across the street. Very convenient location. Centrally located. Access to restaurants and historical sites for a cheap taxi fare. Room has nice views of the city. STAFF WAS AMAZING. They all spoke Arabic, French, and English. I would stay here again.

The air-condition in the room doesn't work, and it seems to be a general failure, because the other room booked for family has the same issue. The staff responded to our complaint in a very unfriendly manner. We won't recommend this property to any single soul.

Fine hotel in a great location. The receptionist was competent, helpful and spoke good English. We needed a taxi to depart for the airport at 3:30 am which he arranged flawlessly. Our room was modern and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple times before since it is right next to the Rabat Ville train station and would stay again. Very convenient location, small rooms, but everything updated. Good, strong wi-fi connection and friendly front desk staff who speak English well. Like many buildings in the area, you may see a bug, but otherwise clean.

Nice location, comfortable and clean.

Went to a wedding and came back at 6am. Asked if we could check out a bit later. The receptionist was very nice and understanding and allowed us to stay an extra couple of hours. Very convenient location with free private parking in front of hotel. Will definitely come back when travelling to Rabat.

This is a modern, clean and attractive hotel, located centrally in Rabat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only minor drawback is that it is adjacent to a major intersection. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the back.

Big city took time to orient ourselves

Chilla an archeological dig was an unexpected pleasure. Guides are on site. The new contemporary art museum had a wonderful physical plant and cafe with a mixed collection. It needs time.

We were quite satisfied with the hotel room and service.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was recently renovated
so we got to stay in clean and new rooms etc.

The only drawback was that the bathtub and shower did not have a shower curtain due to which the water puddled all over the bathroom when taking a shower. Also The faucet on the wash basin was in such a position that the water went all over the counter and again puddled the floor below the sink (Hard to avoid). It was difficult to use the bathroom after using the sink OR Shower without getting feet wet with the standing water on the floor !!

Pleasant new hotel right next to the train station

Newly renovated after years of closure, the Terminus does some things very well -- the rooms, although were spotless with one of the most comfortable beds I've seen in Morocco. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The cafe/restaurant on the roof offers gorgeous views of the city, but I waited 40 minutes for a club sandwich. Likewise, the downstairs brasserie, while next to empty, was \"fully booked\" for a group dinner my first night there, even though when I returned from dinner at a nearby restaurant and a stroll, the same restaurant had perhaps 3 tables occupied with guests. I'd return to the Terminus, but hopefully the restaurant glitches will be fixed.

Accueil plutôt froid à la réception. On m'a demander de payer la totalité de mon séjour sans me montrer une facture ou un récapitulative du coût. Chambre correct mais manque de charme; ameublement simpliste; dans l'ensemble la chambre mérite des travaux de rénovation. Frigo n'est pas branché à l'arrivée, et une fois branché il faisant un bruit impossible, donc inutilisable. Wifi instable.

I think the prices in the rooftop are too expensive, like 90 dhs for a coffee or a redbull is way too expensive.
