I can't say enough about our stay at the Madison Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated very well. The view from our room was spectacular. It was so peacful sitting on the balconey listening to the waves and the entire property is beautiful. Spent some time in the shops and restaurants downtown. Dinner at the Wharf restaurant was very nice. Highly recommend breakfast at Christy's next door and we had a great lunch/drinks at Aqua in nearby Clinton. We will definitely be booking another stay at this hotel soon.

We had the most amazing room for our anniversary! It is the most beautiful hotel on the shoreline and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We had a stunning room facing the sound and we watched the sunset. The staff made us feel so loved and special for our anniversary. Thank you for an incredible stay! We will definitely be back.

The staff here is amazing along with the rooms and the property. This is a very nice and quiet place to stay with the family and they always seem to have some type of entertainment for the guests. Close to town and other points of interest. Only thing missing is a pool, but other than that this is a very nice place to stay.

Refused entry despite having a confirmation

I had the written hotels.com confirmation and the receipt from American Express that said “Madison Beach hotel “for over $600. Despite all that I was refused entry by the manager due to being booked full., who showed not the slightest bit of empathy sympathy or customer service and just let me walk out the door without a hotel room for the July 4 holiday weekend and I’m a Hilton honors customer. But nobody offered to call Hilton nearby so I wouldn’t be homelessMy God, how are they still in business??

Such a wonderful resort for a relaxation vacation. Just about a 1 1/2 easy drive down Route 95 from Providence, RI.
The property is in great condition. Our room was spacious. There is easy access to hotel dining and other local restaurants. Nice walkable neighborhood. The private beach and beach service were wonderful.

Will be returning for long weekend

We were greeted by very friendly valet and given some check in information. Stacey at the desk was very helpful through out our stay. Had drinks in bar everynite and staff was very accomadating to all guests. Other than the rainy, cold April weathe, which no one could control we had a very nice time. Comfortable with plenty of sight seeing and fine dining.

Our stay was really enjoyable. The room and beds were very clean, and we were on the 4th floor, which gave us a great view! The corridors were nice and quiet, we were there on 2 weekday nights. The valets were such pleasant guys. Desk staff was great, when we had an issue with our bathtub, they were on it right away. We can only say good things about the Madison Beach and plan to return in 2025.

It is a beautiful property with lots of spectacular views of the LI sound. Wait staff all went above and beyond to make our short stay wonderful. Dinner was delicious and they accommodated our special food requests (gluten free diet)with ease. From the parking to checkout super smooth and easy. Rooms were spacious, very clean, comfortable bed and new bathrooms with a lovely private deck with chair and table overlooking the water. Can’t wait to return!

For $600 a night you would think they would have really good service however that was not the case. No one offered to carry my bags into the hotel from valet and so i lugged them up the stairs . Front desk staff was barely pleasant and said i had a great room but i had to keep my blinds closed as there was outdoor seating for the restaurant outside of my room and it was extremely busy. Food was mediocre at best. i definitely would not recommend for other travelers.

Weekend getaway! Nice hotel with a resort feel. Staff was attentive, and people were friendly. No night life here, the place is pretty quiet. It gave me a old retirement home vibes. No swimming pool, No microwaves in rooms, No cool music in the Lobby & the gift shop sucks. (Bring your own snacks) No scooter rental but they do offer bikes at no cost. The $20 per person continental breakfast is a joke! I quickly learned everyone eats breakfast at Cristys around the corner, which I HIGHLY recommend!!!! Rooms have private balconies that provide no privacy. Nice breeze but the water smells, the bathrooms are nice but The fridge in my room was broken. Rooms have Keurigs with complementary coffee & tea. The restaurant menu is upscale, I asked for Buffalo wings and was told they don’t sell them. (No matter how ritzy a place is everyone sells wings) Dairy Queen, McDonald’s, Chinese food and pizza places are nearby. DoorDash prices were insane for delivery, the ride through town was short & sweet for half the cost.

I had a really nice stay at the hotel. The setting was amazing and the entire staff were all so nice and friendly.
Loved the balcony and view from my room. I just wish that I had more down time to get to really enjoy it! We dined in the restaurant for dinner on both nights and the food was really good. The 2nd night we had Maddie as our server and she was terrific and she really made the meal even more enjoyable. I was disappointed when we had breakfast the first morning. The selection offered was absolutely fine, but I was very surprised when presented with the bill. I think it came to $53 for the 2 of us and even coming from NYC that price was quite a lot for a breakfast such as this one. Perhaps it would be better to offer an a la carte option, including coffee/tea, that would be my one main \"negative\" from the entire stay. The fitness room did not have towels when we used it , but we were so glad that at least there was a place to workout. I also loved meeting the owner of the hotel our first morning and his beautiful Goldendoodle, who looks so much like mine! I really very much enjoyed my visit and I would Love to return with my partner to enjoy the hotel, setting and the area. I really liked the town of Madison.
