I think they may be housing homeless out of the unoccupied rooms. I have never had a hotel experience quite like it. It said it was smoke free but clearly had been smoked in throughout the entire property.

I will say I was relieved that the floor were hard wood/laminate, but even so I would not have considered walking on them without shoes.

The bed looked clean but the floor looked liked it hadn’t been swept or mopped or whatever for a couple days. There were crumbs and other gunk stuck on the counters and bedside table. No shampoo or lotion in the room, just hand soap. Smelled like weed in our room and we paid for non-smoking.

The only recommendation I can leave is don't stay there.
At check in, the guy was behind glass and wearing a mask. Ok. But I couldn't understand a thing he said. The tub in room #1 appeared to have been painted once and was chipped all over. The mat in the tub looked moldy. Room #2 lacked the chips, the mat was too similar to the previous one. I wore flip flops to shower...the water that wouldn't drain was still in the tub when I left. Gross. I didn't see a point in dragging my things, cat inckeded, to another room. Walls were dirty but the bed was clean. I do appreciate the absence of a likely questionable bedspread. I did not appreciate what they thought passed as pillows. I booked a non smoking room and as I passed doors with \"no smoking\" signs to smoke outside, my need for nicotine was markedly decreased. There was active and plentiful smoking behind those doors.

This was the worst motel 6 I have ever visited. The attendant was unhelpful when I lost money in the vending machine. The lobby, old and shabby, had 2 chairs. The rooms were decent, but had no area to put your belongings, no closet, no mini fridge, no comfortable lounge area or hairs and the window opened to the parking lot, so we could not open it. The outlets were partially covered by a new wood paneling. The towels were not big enough for a 5-yr old, let alone grown adults! The amenities were so small, only enough for 1 person. The walls are paper thin and we literally heard a verbal threat of violence (which we reported) … the person verbally threatened to shoot someone and still was not kicked out or arrested.

Although our room and bathroom seemed to be cleaned, the room was very basic, all tile floor, nothing decorating the walls, cheap furnishings, few towels in the bathroom. The hallway outside the room had old carpeting, seemed to be in disrepair. Two police cars were parked out front and came in and out of the lobby while we registered. Not sure what took place. Definitely not a good place for families.

No elevator was disappointing, not a piece of information was offered at time of booking letting me m ow that was the case. For a non-smoking hotel the smell of cigarettes and pot was extremely overwhelming.

The hotel felt pretty sketchy overall. The hallways and room had a very bad smell that made the stay uncomfortable, and the property did not feel very clean or welcoming. That said, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which was probably the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the odor and overall atmosphere outweighed the positives for me.

This is the definition of a \"no frills\" motel. I was there 3 nights as a business traveler. The rooms are bare bones. Not even shampoo, hairdryers, or kleenex. No mini fridge or microwave. The exterior doors to the complex were torn or damaged. My key card stopped working one time. And well, the cast of characters among other guests was, \"interesting\". But that's not the motel's fault. There was also a moderate smoke smell in the non-smoking room. The room itself was reasonably clean - but thats about all I can say.

There’s a reason why they cheapest hotel around without details shower tubs are disgustingly dirty and rooms smell like smoke and after you pay with your credit card you will have charges at 1am for no reason and you will never get them back Bottom line is pay the extra few dollars to stay anywhere else

We just needed an economic hotel to spend the night during our road trip. The fact there is no carpet was good as the room seems cleaner. The hotel itself is old but it seems they renovated the rooms. We had a comfortable night of sleep considering it’s a motel. The main negative aspect was the guest on the room in front of us (we stayed at 112) - the person was screaming at the TV or phone during the night and started before 6am. Not a great alarm to start the day with but we headed out early in the morning anyway. We told the staff about it but nothing was done as it seems it’s a resident of the hotel with own issues. Try to avoid that room if you are looking for a peaceful night.

I will say this review is skewed because I had a terrible experience with Jason at the front desk. Based on the experience of his rudeness and lack of professionalism, I will never go back. The outside can be improved, there were glass bottles standing up in the parking lot in spaces and just overall not kept. As you walk in the swinging door is broken and the lobby is small. We stayed on the second floor and there were no elevators. The room itself smelled clean and the bed was soft. However, the sheets were stained, the shower curtain was dirty, no toiletries were provided, and it was difficult to get the room with the fridge and microwave we paid extra for. Overall, I would never stay here again.

Regular motel style. Nothing fancy. Room furniture and bedding are new so that's good. No ammenities, as expected, just towles and bar soap. The bathrooms definitely could use some updating and the mattresses are spring with metal frame so pretty stiff. But worth the price for a night or two. Gloria at front desk is amazing!!!! She was very welcoming and accommodating.

Parking was great the pillows were too small for a king size bed there was three small pillows on the bed when asked for an extra pillow I was told I had to wait until the next day when the next day came I asked and the maid was very rude I looked out the door to get fresh towels and she got mad because I needed fresh towels other than that stay was good but I think they need to have someone there that can understand English as well as Spanish

Loved the nearby Italian restaurant where I had a lovely salad. Staff was pleasant. Water in the shower was dripping and it was dingy and looked dirty although it may have been cleaned. The linens seemed clean, probably the only redeeming quality. People were talking loudly in the hallways after midnight and I was near the ice machine which was noisy as well..

Man checking me in said it was policy to copy ID when I said I didn’t like that and didn’t want him to. He showed me all the copies of everyone else’s IDs and said I had to. I think it’s poor business practice, especially when someone tells you they’re uncomfortable with it. No other hotels did this. The other man who ignored me when I walked in took the time to tell me when the lobby closed when I headed back to my car. During the process of unloading our car he decided to close it early then talked to my husband like he was a child, stating he already explained the rules, when he tried to open the front door for me while I brought things in. I had to walk around to the side. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Looked like corner of the floor behind the door hadn’t been wiped for weeks, as well as the towel holder. Corners and edge of room we’re in need of a vacuum attachment as they were also dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer. While we were still sleeping in the morning somebody tried entering our room. The door was opened then closed after I said hello. When I went to the front desk he just said he’d let management know. I asked what that did and he said it would be listed as a complaint. I asked if we showed checked out, trying to find a reason for it happening…. He said no but he’d tell management. I asked if maybe a cleaning person thought we were gone and he mentioned management again. No sorry. No this shouldn’t have happened. Overall poor experience.

Great affordable hotel. The hallway has an odor, but there were no issues with the room itself. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but for the value of a night’s stay, I can’t really complain. I’m not a big fan of having to use the side entrances at night because guests aren’t allowed through the front at certain times. I would much rather be able to swipe my card at the front, similar to how you gain entry at the side entrances. The staff was friendly and accommodating with extra pillows, irons, and other requests. Overall, it was a good experience.

We decided to stay here for to the price. We were visiting our daughter who's in college here. This place is simple. The cost extremely reasonable. The bedroom was clean, customer service was good and they were very helpful. Due to it being so cheap some of the customers here were, questionable. But remained to themselves. If this is something that might bother you Don't stay here.

You get why you pay for. We just needed a cheap stay for one night. The toilet seat was loose and falling off. The hallway smells like straight up cigarette smoke, and floors were a bit dirty. Pillows were super small (one per head basically). We didnt use the shower but I did look inside and the drain plug was just chilling in the middle, not in the drain where it should have been. A bit weird but not awful. Front staff was very nice. We did sleep well. Beside the floor, toilet, and piece of hair on the blanket we found when we walked in it wasn’t terrible, but not superb.

We booked a king and were shown two rooms that were not king bed. Then we were told that there is a king but the key card doesn’t work which was inconvenient. Staff was helpful but seemed annoyed we were asking to switch rooms for what we had paid for.

This place was a complete disaster. The room was utterly bare, with paper thin, dirty towels that looked like they were over two decades old. The staff was rude at best, and one of the ladies at the front desk was downright aggressive when I complained about my keys not working for the fourth time. She refused to let me in from outside and told me to go around the building to the back door and use my non-functional key. The back door was unlit and dark, and there were suspicious people staying there. There was even a beat-up car in the back lot running with someone inside, but I couldn’t see them because they were lying down. It was creepy and made me feel unsafe. I left on the second night after the argument with the woman at the front desk. The manager didn’t care about her guests’ experience and didn’t even bother to ask me about it. She took the aggressive employee’s side when the employee called her while she was still yelling at me. She even used race as an excuse, claiming that I expected to be let in because I’m privileged.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund the night I couldn’t stay there because of all this. I would give this place a -5000 stars if I could.

If you value your health and safety, please stay away from here. It’s absolutely disgusting! I never leave bad reviews about a place I stay at, but I feel obligated to leave this one. Pass this one up!
