Nice but older with dated rooms and baths. The breakfast in the morning was usually not very warm by 9AM. Hotel is hard to find as it is behind a large gas and diesel station. It is a favorite of truckers as the parking lot is full of large trucks that take up many spaces. We had to park in no parking areas on two nights. We usually stay at Hiltons as we are friends and family members but this was graduation weekend and most were full.

The refrigerator in the room was very, very loud, it was hard to fall asleep with all the humming noise. The room was smelly. The toilet is too low, and also needs to use less water for flushing..I had to ask attendant to turn on machine to get water and juice, this should be on during the day as guests are arriving and leaving throught the day.

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean and our room was very comfortable. We were only in town for one night to attend a graduation so didn't have time to take advantage of the indoor pool, but it looked very inviting! The full breakfast was very good, too! We enjoyed our stay!

Came here for one night, had multiple motorcyclists parked right outside our window in handicapped spots. The curtain doesn’t cover the whole window so I had to put something tall against it to hold it closed for privacy. It was beyond noisy. We came back from our evening event and there was no where to park, all of the spots were taken including all handicapped by the motorcycles. The front desk told us to park in the fire lane with other cars (there was barely enough room for us) and this is a safety hazard.
The floor had sticky stuff on it that I stepped on as soon as I walked into my room.

This was my second stay at this property, with the first being at least 5 years ago. The lobby and breakfast area were renovated, although they removed the old omelette station they once had with staff preparing freshly made food!

I arrived around 10:30pm, check in was quick, but staff could have been friendlier or more welcoming. I was given room 310, which was right next to the elevator, so I could hear it going up and down all night. At least I was not facing the highway so I didn't hear any outside noise. I had booked my room several months ago so was hoping for a better spot on the floor.

The room itself was fine, albeit a bit dated, and hasn't changed from years ago when I last stayed, aside from possibly a new chair and ottoman. The king bed was comfortable, had 4 pillows, although one was quite worn down, and felt as if it held over 1,000 heads.

The bathroom was VERY tight and claustrophobic, toilet seat opening was uncomfortably small, and one of the 2 bath towels was so worn, there were small holes forming, and I could nearly see through it! There was also a long black hair on one of the hand towels. The water pressure in shower was decent, but controlling the temperature was so delicate as it would go from hot to cold when barely moving it.

Breakfast was great, a highlight, including large donuts and pastries, love the yogurt machine although it was basically empty, wish they had more topping options, bacon was out, eggs were decent, and good coffee!

Everything went very well; the cleaning lady was very friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that when I went down for breakfast, the guy preparing the food had a sour look on his face and a bad attitude—which I don't think is right, because you're not staying there for free, so you should at least receive good treatment.

The room was fine, but even though the hotel prohibits smoking, there was a faint whiff of smoke smell in the room. It could have been on someone's clothes who had been in the room before us or a cleaning person. Otherwise, the room was good for a short stay. Good lighting, real bathroom door - none of this nonsense with sliding barn doors that renovated hotels love.

Everything was great besides not having Update body wash / shampoo conditioner tubes for guest , especially big suit rooms you can fit 4 to 5 people and it was just only but a little bars of soap and add more towels and wash cloths tissue in bigger rooms. Everything else was perfect. It was nice and clean, comfortable stay staff was amazing and helpful and kind. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and to have My Daughter enjoy her graduation night!

I had to make a last minute reservation and not too high priced for the emergency stop for the night . I found this place. I arrived late night, the counter person was hard to hear but enough, the entry was nice, the room was clean and very useable to me as a wheelchair user. The breakfast was very nice, I found a good spot to sit at, and almost tried to use the pool. I would recommend this place.

Would not stay here again. Lots of problems starting with we reserved a king size bed with a sofa and they said they don't have any rooms like that only queens with sofas. Didn't have our reservation, got locked out of our room, they didn't clean our room even though we left at 11am with no \"do not disturb\" on the door. The room was really run down with peeling paint and old fixtures. Barely any electrical outlets. It was dark because there are only small slit windows, no inner curtain so sun would blare in the cracks in the morning. Seems like it use to be a hospital or nursing home because there is still a plate in the bathroom that has a nurses call button which is now a lightswitch so they didn't even spent the 50 cents for a new switchplate. Staff was decent with the one positive being the nice and helpful woman at the front desk. And they put out cookies and balloons for the graduates which was nice. Breakfast had various choices but bad like stale pastries or black bananas. I would never recommend and we paid way too much because it was graduation weekend.

This place was advertised as executive but far from it. We bought it from EXPEDIA as an accessible room, but I think the room was accessible for outside people. There was a window that could not be covered, and people were smoking and had full view of our room not only that it had carpet, which was dirty there were no plug-ins. It was just awful in every way. The only good thing was it was close to the entrance and we could escape easily the breakfast you couldn’t eat the eggs were green from being overcooked potato they were called weren’t even cooked. It was just overall awful. I would never recommend this place.

Breakfast was ehh - our room was so outdated, pool was cloudy and it was so noisy in the hotel and outside.
We did like the location otherwise and the staff were great!
It’s expensive for what we got but it worked.
Next time I would pay a little more for a more updated hotel

Very disappointed. Best Western Executive hotel are definitely off my list of places to stay. I have never been charged $200. for incidentals on registration. I see this as a cash grab. The carpet in the room was dirty as well as the floor in the bathroom. The eggs at breakfast tasted like rubber and I was really taken back when I witnessed the breakfast person on his phone and then placing muffins in the case with his bare hands. Not good!

My overall stay was good in that the staff was helpful, the room was clean and pleasant and the breakfast in the morning was nice with lots of options. The only problem was that I specifically picked this hotel because they had a pool. However, when I went into the pool area, the room temperature was colder than the lobby, which is not conducive for swimming. The temperature of the water was about 81 degrees, which would be good if the room temperature was warm, but not at the temperature it was. When I asked about this, they said it was because of the windows and they did not offer to raise the heat. I have swum in many hotel pools with lots of windows and that did not stop the room temperature from being warm enough to want to swim.

The room was good size and clean. Too bad the interstate is so close by as far as traffic noise. I just turned up the air fan to help drown it out as much as possible. The staff were helpful. My experience at this hotel was terrible. I booked and paid for a suite, but upon arrival I was given a standard room with a double bed, which was not what I paid for.

The hotel has an unpleasant smell in the common areas. The carpets are dirty, the elevator is poorly maintained, and overall cleanliness is unacceptable. The breakfast was very poor and low quality.

Customer service was even worse. The front desk staff showed no professionalism or willingness to properly resolve the issue with the parking lot. This is not a place where you can rest comfortably.

Additionally, during the snowstorm there was no concern for guests who could have been stranded. The lack of support was noticeable.

On top of that, the $200 deposit is excessive considering the condition of the hotel.

I do not recommend staying here.
