Both beds had pubic hairs on the sheets and therefore the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. The floor was not vacuumed based on the hairpins and trash scattered all over. The couch was horrible with rips, tears, stuffing coming out of the couch, burns on the couch, mattress was ripped and horrible.

This hotel was so nice. I loved that there was two tvs in the room. One right in front of the couch and one in front of the beds. I was only here for one night for a concert close by and was able to watch tv on the couch after my nephews went to sleep, without the tv bothering them since It wasn’t near the beds. The breakfast was definitely worth It as well. Pillows were a little too thick for me , so I recommend bringing your own but overall a 10 out of 10. Definitely planning on staying here again.

The hotel was very good and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are full of pet dander and I suffered an extreme allergic reaction. I selected this hotel because it was supposed to not allow pets. The first room we were given, you could smell a strong cat or ferret urine odor. We were given another room. This room was better but the first night my allergies were exacerbated. Even after taking allergy medication I was still suffering. We left early the next day. I think there needs to be designated rooms for people with animals so this never happens again. And it was a shame because we really liked everything else about the hotel but could never stay here again.

I also woke up to use the bathroom at 7:45 in the morning and found a roach climbing up the wall… I didn’t go back to sleep after that. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your hotel and to request a refund based on the poor experience I encountered.
I booked the room expecting it to comfortably accommodate six people, but upon arrival, it was clear that the space was much smaller than advertised. In addition to the size issue, the condition of the room was unacceptable for the price I paid. The bathroom was in poor shape, and one of the couches was ripped and damaged, making the stay even more uncomfortable for my group.
This experience did not meet the expectations set by your listing or the rate I was charged. I had already spoken to the manager on-site, Michael, who advised me to reach out directly to you regarding this issue.
Given the condition of the accommodations and the misrepresentation of the space, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Please let me know what additional information or documentation you may need from my end to process this request.

We stayed one night as a family. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet wasn’t huge but well-stocked with a mix of hot and cold items. You can tell it’s had a facelift. Overall really clean, just some minor things like old/dingy light switches. The gym was bright with new equipment. Would definitely stay again.

The floors in the bathrooms could be more cleaner, the wifi wasn’t great at all, the TV internet to stream was horrible but other than that, the stay was pleasant. I was on the first floor and the people above me was making so much noise . I went to the front desk to complain . I don’t even think they said anything to them . Also, there was a funk smell everytime you walked into the room , bath tub didn’t look clean at all . Had to buy my own cleaning supplies .
