My room was dirty and there was a water leak in front of the fridge, but I knew what I signed up for, no complaints. For a solo trip is worth the money. Bob was nice at the front desk. Loved seeing the airplanes, the cats in the back! This hotel has everything you need too! Thanks!

The room I paid for was horrible, reeked of mold, the bathroom ceiling and door was molded. Pet hair and human strands of hair were everywhere. Live and dead roaches were in the room. I made a complaint with the firing desk and was giving another room, which made no difference because it had all the same issues with an added issue of the ceiling falling down. I checked out soon as I seen how bad it was, found another. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it needs to be torn down and remodeled.

I killed 18 cockroaches in 3 days... not to mention that they never swept the floor (I left two dead cockroaches on the floor on purpose, and they stayed there until I left).
I suppose... that's what happens when the price per night is cheap.

Surprised by the food and “store” amenities options. The staff was great. I wasn't expecting much in terms of updates and cleaning. However, the black mold in various parts of the bathroom and what looked to be rusting along the door is a huge no, never again, no thank you.
The Pool area could use some attention, like cleaning the tables.

I have been to the hotel over 10 time while passing through Miami. This is the first time I had such an experience. After I undressed to have something to eat, there was something walking on my leg. It was a cockroach, therefore I request a change of Room. The attendant happily change my room. I woke at 3 AM to get ready to leave and there were cockroaches walking all over the floor. I think we double booked on that night.

I took photos and I hope this never happens to anyone else.

We’ve booked this hotel many times for our employees because the service is consistently wonderful. This trip we had a minor issue (our fault, not the hotel’s), and the manager, Gianni, went above and beyond to help us. She handled everything quickly and kindly. We truly appreciate the team here and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I don’t normally leave reviews and I am conflicted…. Because I love the staff but the property not so much. Number 1, why do I have to pay $16 + to park my car 24 hours in a fenced in area that I need a working room keycard to gain entry, after putting a $100 hold on my card. Doesn’t make since, I can see if it was a open parking area. Number 2, I hope your not a light sleeper because it is directly under the runway of the airport and Number 3, I killed 3 roaches in my bathroom and sink area in a 24 hr stay. I let the front desk know and they apologized 😒..I ask guest next door and they said they had a one in their room… I ask some other guest in the lobby and they said they had none… maybe that’s a 3rd floor issue or a issue in the building behind the pool, which where I was. It was affordable under the circumstances but I was not happy glad it was only for one night, but they need to do better.

The counter person checked us all in took my deposit and when I asked if my room key opened the gate for parking, he informed me I had to pay for the parking (which wasn’t a problem) but we had to run the entire transaction again. We brought our own sheets, I would suggest you do the same. The pool was nice and there is only coffee in the morning so you have to drive in Miami traffic or door dash breakfast.

Room 220 had mold in the back of the bathroom door. The tub needs caulking. The air conditioner needed a new filter - horrible smell. I had to wipe the touch points down and the wipe came back brown. Had to do it three times to have a clean wipe. Staff was very friendly that was the only upside.

Location next to airport. did not hear the airplanes landing. Good soundproof windows. Nothing local to eat. They had mini-mart in hotel, no prices, but wife asked about a microwave meal and the price was over $12. Can order delivery. We were on 4th floor and found large cockroach crawling across the floor. Gave him to reception on checkout.

The room we had was basic as expected, but cleaning staff clearly didn't sweep before making it available to us. There was women's long hair on the floor and carpet had dirt, whit fuzz, etc., that if swept, would have been removed.The property is rundown as often noted but does have a pool. There is not much at all around, so expect an Uber or Lyft ride to get to downtown Miami or anywhere else in the vicinity of the hotel.
Overall, it was enough for 1 night but needs an overhaul. The pricepoint was what made the difference but cleanliness should not be sacrificed! We tried to use the service to drop us off at port through the hotel, but they were so late, we had to get a refund and Uber to port. Driver kept saying \"10 minutes...it's very busy\" to desk associate but had zero intention of making any effort or giving an honest update. The volume heading into port should not be a surprise.

They have a pizza place in hotel but it's only open Thursday through Sunday
Cleaning staff does a terrible job. Dirt all over bathroom wall behind door , light fixture in bathroom covered in rust , bathroom door frame covered in rust and mold in bathroom on wall at the shower

Staff was great, the area was great, but once I got upstairs second floor to my room, the hallway smelled awful when I opened the door the room smelled like bleach, as if it was cleaned, but once I got in and started looking around, I realize there were hair heavily from the doorway to the sink, hair all in the tub, and around the tub, and by the air-conditioning, there were a lot of sticky spots on the floor that was unacceptable and I did tell the guys at the front desk. I was not offered to exchange rooms or anything. .

Our first room had poop in the toilet, dirty shower, and roaches crawling. They gave us a better room but the small fridge fell off the shelf when I tried to open it. Someone kept calling the phone and not saying anything. And we paid for a shuttle to the cruise port and it never showed. We waited an hour before calling ubers. A Old and stale property, I struggled to get any sleep, persistent phone calls were made to my room with no response on the other end and the thermostat in the room was faulty. The corridors stunk of weed and the carpets as well.

Overall, the one good thing is the hotel’s proximity to the airport, if you’re after comfort and hygiene I suggest you look else where.

Afuera ruidoso por estar al lado del aeropuerto, despega un avión por minuto, adentro no se escucha. Cerca del nuevo Nu Stadium de Inter de Miami, (se puede ir caminando desde el hotel.
Limpio, rápidos para el checkin/checkout. Cobran aparte el estacionamiento del vehículo. A la tarde hay olor a comida en el lobby, pero las pizzas se ven buenas. Hay un pequeño mini market.
