There was a breakdown in communication regarding our room location, however Jasmine sorted this immediately. Jasmine & Harris were amazing as were all restaurant staff. Beautiful hotel with added extras & spotlessly clean. Well worth visiting for a special treat. Bar & restaurant were both lovely to enjoy a drink & delicious meal. Michael was also fantastic, phoning prior to our stay & arranging a free upgrade with sea view.

Staff were so friendly, extremely helpful in so many ways but in particular helping with my uncle and mothers mobility issues regarding scooter hire, with availability of their own wheelchairs also for use, my mother had a fall on day one and they were so good in helping too, fantastic care from all staff.
