This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The lobby and restaurant area is hugged by the water with islands scattered and shrouded in fogs. Room is spacious and exquisitely decorated. Breakfast contains copious western and Chinese selections.

The view from the hotel was really excellent!
We stayed sea view room, so we cloud see sunrise.It was so beautiful and gorgeous.
When we arrived and left the hotel, the staff on the first floor were very kind and gentle to us.
The lounge staff whose name were Gloria and Iar were also very nice to us.

The check in took more then 40 minute, The counter lady was playing with phone in the meantime. Very unpleasant check in I ever had ! But the other employees are very friendly and helpful , especially thanks Chris and Roy .

Relaxed weekend in Xiamen

Relaxed weekend in Xiamen. Hotel is new and modern, service is great with highly trained staff. Hotel lobby is at 38th floor. Apart from that slight inconvinience, the room is big with nice bathroom, sitting area and walk-in robe. View is great, except for the fog at the weekend. Hotel has a shopping mall at the bottom and is near restaurants and bus stops. Breakfasts are great. Will definitely stay here again next time in Xiamen. Wifi was not that fast though.

Exceptional service right from checking in till checkout during our stay on 14 and 15 Jan., and special thanks to the customer service managers on the 38th floor and Alice on the 1st Floor. They really went the extra mile to make our Xiamen stay an ejoyable one. Will recommend this place also for the modern and comfortable room and good location.

Received a warm welcome by all saff especially GRO Sirian who looked into every fine details of our stsy. Strategic location with beautiful sea view and famous Gu Lang Yu island, walking distance to Xiamen university and Nan Pu Tuo Si temple.

Food is yumminicious in Lucheng restaurant by famois chef Yip on 39th floor and fabulous entertainment with live music by Filipino band in Coast bar on 54th floor, well managed by Mark and his friendly team.

I had a wondeful 63rd birthday celebration in Conrad Xiamen, thanks to all staff that made it enjoyable and memorable!🙏😋

Huge room and bathroom. Love the coffee machine in the room, I can enjoy my proper coffee when I wake up. The only thing I don't like is the check point in the front of lifts lobby. What's the point of that since you must use your room key card to access your floor and only.

I dragged my two little one and my tired body to this hotel after a long day at work and a flight. With so much high expectations to have a wonderful weekend away.
At check in, I was informed that my reservation only comes with 1 breakfast because there is only 1 adult, but my kids will have to pay 2 children breakfast. I explained my booking through Hotel.com did not indicate that it is only 1 breakfast, and that I am willing to pay for the extra child but I should have 2 breakfast which I will share with 1 of my son. Then I was told that the hotel does not care who I booked with and what I can see through that platform, they only cares about the reservation sent to them. Fair enough, after wasting more time trying to dig out the physical reservation the hotel received, I was told, sorry because I didn't put down 2 adults and 2 children, I can only get 1 breakfast. I failed to understand her logic and demanded to have 2 breakfasts, and was informed that she will ask her manager to come and "deal" with me! What an insult! I felt like I was begging to have a room in this hotel, and to be approved by this front desk girl.

Not to mention all other ridiculous things:
- was told breakfast is from 6:30-7:30am!!!
- room not ready for checkin beyond 4pm (my friends experience)
- room smells like paint
- wifi is NOT free

A beautifully designed hotel without proper service. Not putting customers at heart at all!

Best and most comfortable hotel

Our stay was amazing but to get to the factories we had a lot of traveling to do. Xiamen is a tourist destination not really for Business. We had to spend hours in the car from one factory to another and the traffic was not great.
The hotel, however, was possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in and the most comfortable. So much so that we wanted to buy the pillows. We slept like babies and struggled to get out of bed. The linen, tempreture, views everything was more than perfect. We loved it.

Man I Wish I Could Stay Here Forever

The room and swimming pool are out of this world. The staff was a bit young and slightly inexperienced, but they were great too. Overall I would fly to Xiamen just to stay in this hotel again. Also came conveniently located to a shopping mall and some cheap eats. I recommend you rent a bicycle to get around town.

Die Lage des Hotels und die schönen Aussichten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ist nicht weit zum Strand. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Restaurants.

Unser Aufenthalt im Conrad Hotel dauerte nicht so lange, aber wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Staff ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gross mit einer super Aussicht. Einzig schade ,dass mit so einer großartigen Aussicht die Fensterscheiben nicht so sauber sind.
Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

総合的に良い

海が見下ろせる眺めと種類豊富な朝食が美味しかったです。スタッフがとても気さくで親切でしたハウスキーピングの方も笑顔で挨拶してくれ嬉しかったです。
残念だったのは、朝起きたら電源のブレーカーが落ちていて人を呼んだ事です。携帯電話の充電もできておらず、少し困りました。またお風呂の水漏れが結構あり、濡れないように工夫して入りました。

Recommended if great view is your only criterion

Conrad Xiamen provides awesome view of the ocean & the city and is conveniently located in vicinity of major tourist attractions (i.e. Xiamen U and a local temple are within walking distance). However despite its big price tag, many of its offerings may come as sheer disappointment if you are accustomed to what a global hotel chain franchise would ordinarily provide. For instance the rooms provide very poor sound proof (I stayed up all night listening to locals yelling and banging on their doors on my last night), room services are only provided via WeChat (a local messaging app) with limited menu choices (mostly local food), limited breakfast menu choices (again... mostly local food), no free wifi, and mediocre amenities. The staffs are nice, but are less seasoned in terms of making the guests feel welcomed and improvising. Moreover please note that most taxis will be reluctant to take you to the hotel due heavy traffic caused by poor road infrastructure of the area.

대체로 깨끗했고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 주변관광지는 택시타고 10분정도 걸립니다. 체크인 할때 보니 방에서 담배 냄새가 나서 방 교체를 요청했었습니다. 장애인지원이라고 된 킹룸은 화장실에 문이 없어 좀 당황스러웠으나 이 부분도 방 교체를 요청하니 바꿔줬습니다.

라운지 자유롭게 이용가능한 Executive room을 예약하고 갔는데 라운지 이용할려면 돈을 더 내야한다고해서국제전화로 확인을 하는등 몇시간을 황당하게 만들었어요
밤에는 어마한 바람소리(일반적인 바람소리 절대 아님) 때문에 3박을 두려움에 보냈구요
멋진 Sea view 를 원하고 예약을 했는데
흙탕물에 잿빛하늘이 우리의 기대를 무색하게 했습니다
청소하시는분은 서비스 커피캡슐을 잊고 채우지않거나 청소후에도 바닦에 머리카락과비닐이 남아있거나 사용중인 칫솔을 버려버리질 않나 ,,
밤에 해괴한 바람소리는 정말 그어느 해변가호텔에서도 겪어보지못한 경험이었어요
직원분들은 타호텔 직원분들만큼 친절했습니다
아직 때묻지않은 순수함이 있는 반면
세련된 응대와 체계적이고 빠른 시스템은 좀 부족했구요
라운지음식도 너무 빈곤이었어요,,
친구들과의 좋은 추억만 가지고 왔어요

여기 호텔 진짜 너무좋아요. 인생호텔입니다.
호텔스닷컴에서 업그레이드 해주셔서 감사합니다. 밤에는 구랑위 야경이 한눈에보여 너무 멋지고 낮에는 바다가 진심 너무예뻐요. 위치도 어딜가도 가깝고 좋네요. 문제는 호텔이 너무 좋아서 밖에 나가고 싶지 않다는게 문제에요. 그리구 침대 쿠션도 정말 최고였어요. 신혼집 침대매트리스보다 훨씬 좋아서 꿀잠잤답니다.
담번에 또 갈예정입니다. ^^
