enjoyable stay.... but wifi sign-on is painful

Very enjoyable. Nice location. Metro line 2 is now open (25/12/19) and the station is quite close.. Hubin zhong lu zhan.

Be aware WIFI. Whilst it is fine while it works, it can be a royal pain to get it working, especially after a day or two..

IF YOUR PHONE/PC SAYS IT HAS WIFI, BUT NO WIFI. This is really frustrating. The reason is... (a) the wifi has a sign-in room page, but (b) getting this page to fire up at all is painful, and (c) the page often half appears but will not load fully. (d) when you finally get this far, then select the room option not the phone. The problem is that the wifi says it is connected, but (a) (b) and (c) (and (d)) are additional problems. There is most definitely a fault or glitch... my PC did it, my phone did it, my wife's chinese phone did it. It can take 30 mins of frustration to fix it, so get ready to be patient!!!!!

After ten days we just about figured out a way.... click \"forget network\" when it fails. If the sign-in page still only half-opens then click \"open in browser\" in \"settings\", then go to room guest.

It sure is annoying... a waste of time... exacerbated by the system being a daily re-sign type.... so it constantly is cutting you off each day and you have to log on again. When you're there for 10 days... sigh!!!!!

Nice hotel with high accessiblity

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The only thing is that, the mini fridge in my room is locked so I could not use it. One thing I would like to highlight is that they offers many kinds of pillow and the guest can choose without paying a fee. During our stay, I requested extra mineral water and plaster，the staff sent them to my room very fast. Really appreciate their high service level.

It was my first time staying with Pullman Hotel in Xiamen, I did not have much time to explore its surrounding nor its facility, but I am generally happy with the room condition. Nothing to complain about, but I didn't rate it a 5 because it wasn't as innovative as Indigo Hotel in Xiamen.

Not coming back here

habits of what appears to be the strict following of Chinese government rules that delay check in and check out and frustrate paying customers. why they can't think on their own and create a pleasurable experience for their customers is just confusing to me. Worse than any other Chinese hotel I have stayed; and that list is long.

Not impressed; a/c not working in summer

hotel crew mentioned that AC can only cool up to 21 in the blazing hot summer; sent maintenance guys more than 2 times and changed rooms. hotel is also far away from must see areas and hard to get a taxi.

The room did not meet Pullman standards; it felt outdated and was not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was centrally controlled by the hotel management, with no individual control in the room, making it impossible to adjust the temperature to personal comfort. Additionally, the bathroom had a severe drainage issue and showed signs of poor workmanship.

由於預定這間房間時是選擇有付早餐的行程，結果跑出行程詳細時是沒有付早餐，經與旅行社溝通後說可以付上我吃早餐的明細再退費給我，但我根本不知道要從哪裡的信箱登入，或是不知道要找哪位，讓人覺得沒有安全感。

Good room but bad food provided

Quality of room decoration and provisions are good. But the sound proof is not good enough when someone were talking outside my room. It’s quite annoying. Moreover the food quality and taste of the breakfast and the Chinese restaurant are below standard. Considering food quality it’s not 5 star standard.

周边环境很好，空气新鲜。办理入住的时候，前台的小伙给我们升级到湖景房，非常感谢，交通很方便，出酒店就有去中山路的8路汽车，去哪里都方便。
床单不是每天都给换，我们三个人入住，毛巾浴巾只有两套，每天都要给前台打电话再要一套。
泳池的游泳圈是需要花15块钱租的，孩子几乎每天都去游泳，头两天的服务生态度特别好。最后一次去是一个戴眼镜的男生，租游泳圈的时候，他拿出一个幼儿用的小圈，我说太小了，因为我家孩子基本都用大人用的，他说这个就行，我说麻烦您给我换个大的，因为我家孩子体格大，他拿出了一个硬邦邦的游泳圈，我说要那种充气的游泳圈，他皱着眉头，极其不耐烦的说这个就行，因为我看见那边放着充气的游泳圈，我生气的说我就要充气的，他又极其不耐烦的瞪着我说，好吧好吧。我花钱租的，想要什么样的，我可以选择吧，凭什么你给我决定呢？我拿到游泳圈之后，就听见，那边的门，哐的一声被他关上了，真的很无语。
还有就是去厦门的几天里，基本都在下雨，前台的人说，房间里应该有，而我们的房间里没有，每天都要交200元押金，借两把伞，每天都是这样，太不方便。

Pullmann - Style - man bekommt was man erwartet

Es gibt eigentlich kaum was zu nörgeln, alles so wie man sich das vorstellt. Der Pool hat sogar ein 20 m langes Becken. Zimmer sind gut und sauber, das Bett ist toll und das Wlan extrem schnell und stabil. Personal spricht mehr oder weniger englisch - ist aber hilfsbereit und nett. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Umgebung.

Ενα καλό ξενοδοχείο με καλό πρωινό και καλό μπουφέ

Μένουμε εκεί κάθε χρόνο με την εταιρία μου για 4 συνεχή χρόνια. Είναι καλό ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ όμορφη περιοχή κατάλληλη για περπάτημα. Δυστυχώς φέτος δεν έβαλαν όπως πέρσι shuttle bus προς και από το εκθεσιακό κέντρο και ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε. Επίσης μοιάζει οι άνθρωποι που μιλούν αγγλικά να έχουν λιγοστέψει. Στάθηκε αδύνατο να παραγγείλω room service όταν έφτασα ακόμη και όταν κάλεσα την reception να με βοηθήσει. Τα παιδιά όλα είχαν πολύ καλή διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά διεθνές ξενοδοχείο χωρίς αγγλικά.... μεγάλο πρόβλημα

商务出差的首选

入住时期正是金砖会议前夕，各方面的安保工作都很仔细，给厦门点赞，给铂尔曼酒店点赞，房间很舒适，而且很安静，旁边的白鹭洲风景很好，适合饭后散步，交通方便，适合商务出差，下次还会继续选择铂尔曼。

Great ambience and excellrnt service!

We have trouble to locate a taxi in the city as we do not have any online payment app such as wechat payment or alipay installed. Even if we bump into an emptied taxi, the driver declined to drive us coz we do not have electronic payment account. We proposed to pay by cash, the driver declined as he didn't have any change for cash payment. We ended up calling the hotel concierge to arrange pick up for us.

For the rest of our stay, we just take local transport as it'd be much easier to get by than taxi.

Spacious and clean room. Very quite and nice place nearby the hotel which is public city park on an island. Very good experience to rent a bicycle to have a city ride. Xiamen is a nice place for touring

God hotel for en enkelt overnatning, men spis ude

Jeg havde forventet en langt bedre restaurant. De forskellige retter i aften buffeen var ikke særlig tiltalende, slet ikke for et internationalt hotelkæde. morgenmaden var lidt det samme, tørt brød, ingen pålæg, ingen marmelade, ingen honning, kun 2-3 slags oste.

Ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο στην Xiamen

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, καλό πρωινό, μέτριο δείπνο και γεύμα αλλά πολύ ακριβά χωρίς λόγο. Ωραία περιοχή για περπάτημα η τρέξιμο με πάρκα γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο.
Το δωμάτιο πολύ μεγάλο αλλά χωρίς αποθηκευτικούς χώρους, κυριολεκτικά δεν έχεις που να βάλεις τα ρούχα σου. Μία στενή ντουλάπα που στο κάτω μέρος είχε το χρηματοκιβώτιο το οποίο μάλιστα άνοιγε προς τα επάνω κάνοντας την κατάσταση ακόμη πιό δύσκολη.
