First off, the room was incredibly small and you could see it was falling apart in different places. The toilet had not cleaned in days and you could see where yellow urine and discoloration in the bottom of the toilet bowl itself. All it needed was a good cleaning. When we got to the room, it was like that already and the sink in the bathroom wasn’t clean. The computer desk chair in the room was torn and tattered and falling apart. Pretty freaking ghetto. What room number? 262 the room was incredibly small. For 400+ dollars a night, you would expect way better.
The toilet probably hadn’t been cleaned at least a week or two. Yellow scum like that on the bottom of it does not build up after a day or two or even three.
When we arrived two days ago, the guy was cool, front desk. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any water anywhere. The girls doing housekeeping were nice, except for the morning. We were leaving check out at noon and she was rushing us at 10am. If you post 12 o’clock check out, you shouldn’t rush customer earlier. Breakfast was less than exciting. I had read previous reviews and hoped for better. Waffles and cold eggs. Other than that, everything else was muffins, box cereal, juice, and milk.
The main lobby was OK with the stuffed animals everywhere and there was a piano you could play.
For the money, not even close to worth it. Basic housekeeping and sanitation is a must in any hotel and this place failed miserably. Clean the toilet after every guest visit!!!
