Overall the stay was decent for a quick overnight stay. Our room had some wear that needs addressed, as well as a strong chemical odor. Bathroom is incredible. Has a washer and dryer in the room.
Staff was welcoming and helpful. Great location to the downtown area, all walkable.
They offer a 24/7 shuttle to the airport for a fee.
7/10 overall. Most likely wouldn't stay again for the higher pricing vs amenities and room issues.

This place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helped set up our taxi to and from the airport. They had fresh baked cookies every morning! The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the washer and dryer in our room since we would be out in the snow a lot. The gym was also very proper with lots of weights. Lots of locals also use it. It’s in a great location so everything was walkable. We are planing to go back in the spring and we will definitely be staying here again. The breakfast area was small but they still provided fresh granola from a local bakery and other goodies. I can’t wait to go back!!

This place needs some serious help. Between the torn lamp shades, stained towels, broken wood trim and carpenter ants, this was less White Buffalo Club and more Red Roof Inn.

On the last morning as we were packing we were chased out of our room by the fire alarm. While it was a false alarm, management wasn't the least bit prepared for such a situation. While the elevator in our building was shut off as the alarm went off, it was never put back into service. They didn't even contact us to see if we needed help getting our luggage down, we had to call.

For all their hype about quality amenities and service that this place touts itself for, I'd say they pretty much failed at most of it. Of course they got our money and we did stay, not that we had a choice.

Great stay! Hotel was beautiful! We loved the rustic vibe. The staff was very polite and helpful, hotel was just two blocks from town square, and two blocks from Miller Park (Start Bus pickup). The spacious king suite was perfect for the two of us. Huge bathroom, giant closet, comfy couch, and adjustable temperature (we like it cool). We took two snowmobile tours and both companies picked us up from the front door of the hotel. Free breakfast (fresh fruit, local granola, eggs, yogurt, bagels, and beverages) in the morning from 7-10 am. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant because reservations were needed, but Uber Eats was always in the area and delivered us a few groceries from Albertsons within 30 minutes. Would stay here again!

The room itself was ok. At 6am two of our 3 mornings loud trucks dragging metal ramps yes… dragging down the drive between buildings. Bed was terrible for comfort. Icing on the cake? Despite checking online prior to booking about the restaurant and bar being open (reason we booked over other hotels with hot tubs ect) they were closed, no apologies nothing. When we asked receptionist where we might find food close by she said idk while barely looking up from scrolling on her phone. Some of the front staff was sweet. Most just scrolled their phones. When we asked for management to contact us twice, not only were they unavailable all days we were there they never called. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Bathroom was exceptional and that’s about it.

A beautiful property and the penthouse provided us more room than we imagined. Easily walkable to downtown, but still outside the hustle and noise of the cowboy bar scene. Only issue was many broken or worn items which should be better maintained for a room and resort at this price point. Cracked countertop, bathroom faucet not attached to sink firmly, broken antlers on wall, etc.

Only compliants are they took three days to answer a pre arrival email. There was a major ceiling damage in one bedroom and the hot tub was basically unusable as the lid is waterlogged and very difficult to lift as it weighs so much once opened it had junk like styrofoam in it again from the bad lid I suppose. However those issues aside its a great location, very quiet, washer dryers in each bedroom. Overall would stay again.

We were there three nights and they never cleaned our room. In addition the door was impossible to lock. We complained about both the lock and the lack of housekeeping and got nowhere. Most of the time there was nobody at the front desk and there was nobody to be found. Breakfast was abysmal.

It’s a great location, but the experience and service were not worth the price.

We booked for location and for the bar & restaurant on property. However, it was closed. Covered parking didn’t fit our vehicle. Room was dirty, shower had a bunch of soap scum and the shower head leaked. Looks like they have tried fixing it before. Carpet was tearing as well. We won’t be back.

Got a great deal during a small off-season road trip. This place is pretty nice, and I would stay here again, if given the opportunity. It’s one of those places that you might pass up due to the typical “In Season” rates being a little higher than the main chains, but this is that place that it’s actually worth it.

Stayed in the two king room without a kitchen. The 1 king room with the kitchen, if you’re staying for a few days and like to cook, would be an awesome decision.

Treat yourself and stay at this place if you get the opportunity.

Wonderful stay. Went here with my husband, also my brother who got his own room. We picked the same room, the Miller Park Suites, but there are different sizes, & we were given the smaller (probably meant for 1) room & my brother was given the larger (for 2) room. We switched, of course. Other than that check-in mistake, everything was wonderful. The bed's headboard backed up to the balcony hallway so there was no noise from the neighboring room (although I found out it was unoccupied; it was for sale!). The bathroom vanity area was huge, the washer/dryer came with detergent pods (but no dryer sheets; I brought some from home), the kitchen was fully equipped which I expected but still loved. The furnace was a bit wonky, sometimes it would go up in temp even after we turned it down. I wish the walls extended up to the very high ceiling. The grab & go breakfast was really good except no fruit at all. We were there for 4 weeknights so parking was not an issue; I imagine it would be on weekends. We could have parked in the covered garage if we wanted. We did not try the on-site restaurant. I would highly recommend these particular suites to anyone staying in Jackson.

First day the door wouldn’t latch. Maintenance came and couldn’t fix it. Had to change rooms at 7pm. The next room we were told was an upgrade, was much older. Came back the next day after hiking all day and our key wouldn’t work. Had to wait 15-20 min for them to figure out where the master key set was. The front desk attendant smelled like weed every time she came to the room to fix said doors.

Lovely suite with comfortable places to hang out. We didn’t realize there was no housekeeping service and they not gave us coffee for one morning. Lobby coffee isn’t available til 7:30. The beds are old and hard on the back. If they would correct these things it would make the rooms a good value. We stayed here so we could walk and not have to park.

The White Buffalo Club is a fabulous place to stay in Jackson. It is very conveniently located close to downtown and our room was great. We made good use of the full kitchen and washer/dryer in our room. The provided breakfast was also very good. One minor issue was that the coffee was a bit slow to be refilled, but the excellent coffee was from a local roaster and everyone wanted some, so the large carafe was rapidly emptied. If a room at the White Buffalo Club cost a bit more than other rooms in Jackson, it is worth it.

False advertising about their non-existent rooms

I booked a room with 2 beds and a loft, but they put me in a regular suite with one bedroom. When I asked for the loft room, I was told that the hotel did not have any loft rooms. I requested a refund because I was not given the room I reserved, but was told by hotels.com that the room was non-refundable. How can a hotel advertise one room, give you another room and then keep your money and not call it fraud or false advertising?

When paying $400 a night to stay at a hotel, I would expect them to be able to staff the front desk and provide key cards that work. We never got a working key card to our room and asked 5 times for a key card. When coming home after dinner, we had to wait and follow another couple in because the front doors were locked and we didn’t have a working key card. We then had to borrow a master key from the drawer of the front desk to get into our room. Absolutely ridiculous for what we are paying to not have staff available to provide a working key card.

I had a hard stay with y'all. There was someone with a pressure washer outside my window at 5:30 am the first morning. There is no reason to start that at that hour. Let your guests sleep. Then, the second night, the fire alarm was going off intermittently all night. Brutal.

And, I got to the hotel around 11 on the 24th and my key did not work. I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I get it. after hours. but, there was no one managing the phone in case someone called with a problem like I had. I was saved by one of your kitchen staff who was cleaning floors who was most helpful and concerned about my situation. Overall, my stay with you was not the best.

This place is definitely a great wrapping up for our trip. We sort of changed to this hotel from another booking at the last minute because of the lower price. We were pleasantly surprised by a full kitchen with tableware and pots. Large space, big mirrors, plus a shared balcony. The location is accessible to many downtown restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast was delicious (bakery fruits). Staff was friendly and parking was easy. The hallway might have a bit too much smell of disinfectant. In general we highly recommend this place. We only stayed for one night but would be happy if we could stay longer.

The good part: this is a fantastic location. Over a 4 day trip, we were able to get to every restaurant, coffee shop, etc that we wanted to go to without ever getting in the car. And my wife thought the takeaway breakfast options were better than expected.

The bad part: the building itself is meh and isn't even close to appropriate for the price point. The whole building feels dated. Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors moving around. The building is located on the truck route through town, so the poor sound insulation is particularly annoying. Housekeeping came by while we had our do-not-disturb sign out in the morning and never bothered to come back (even though they were still cleaning other rooms when we left for the day.) The shower had a terrible design (door opens blocking the faucet, so you have to reach around the door to turn on the water) and the door wouldn't stay closed.

Stayed here twice about 10 yrs ago and had a wonderful experience. The place just looks tired now. Noisy room, tv looked like 8 yrs old, wood flooring gaps, baseboards look awful. One of the sinks was very slow to drain and the grout in the bathroom was disgusting. I expected much more for $675/night mid week rental.

The front desk was very welcoming and polite. The room had great facilities and a very comfortable bed. However, the downside was that the shower water was cold. It was really painful not to have hot water, especially after an early morning flight to Salt Lake City followed by over five hours of driving to Jackson Town. Additionally, the washing machine was broken, and the staff didn't manage to fix it. The soundproofing was also poor; we could often hear people talking outside by the windows.

Well the staff are outstanding. A big shout out to Brendan and Jade who are absolutely amazing! All the staff were friendly, helpful and fabulous.
The breakfast was brilliant and the location is awesome. A few minutes walk to all your local restaurants and shops.
We stayed in a suite and the amenities were great, a very well equipped kitchen plus toiletries, robes and clean towels every day. Any small issue we had was dealt with politely, professionally and promptly.You couldn't ask for more. We had a fantastic time and would love to return as soon as we can. We miss you already White Buffalo Club!

Great location, friendly staff, and a very authentic Jackson hotel. The Miller Suite was the perfect amount of space and set-up for a couple or family with young kids. We would definitely book again. Parking was very convenient as well.

Only recommendation would be to have morning coffee out earlier than 7:15AM for the early risers.
