This is literally the worst US hotel room I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in hotels all over the world. I booked a deluxe room and it was as far from deluxe as is humanly possible. We actually made a list of about ten things. I'll try to remember some. The floor coming out of the bathroom was collapsing. There were no lights by the beds or anything like that, just lights on the ceiling. When you turned that off, it was completely pitch dark in there.
The television had no channels except sales channels. We even called the maintenance guy to try to find us a news channel and he couldn't do it. The beds were not comfortable. The facade looked nothing like the picture on Expedia. The carpet was threadbare, and I was afraid to walk barefoot on it. The ice machine didn't work.
This place was a disgrace for Expedia to list as a deluxe room it was far from deluxe they should have labelled it crappy room I tried to go to the office to see if I could get ice when the machine didn't work. It was closed about 10:00 with no button I could push to call somebody out. We tried to open the window and the window wouldn't open, which would have been a danger in case there was a fire or something and it would have been our only exit, as it was back down a little hall.
Don't be fooled by that pretty picture. It looked nothing like that from outside and stay away from this for the high price it costs.

The space a refrigerator with freezer size was very helpful. The inoperable ice machine was a nuisance. I liked the additional space of a 2-bedroom suite for very little extra cost. Parking at night was a premium.

We were late arriving, and I should not have assumed there would be someone at the check-in desk all night. He was closing up right when we got. Fortunately we got our key. But had we been delayed another 30 minutes, not sure how we would have checked in.
Parking was terrible. No spaces left, so we had park behind building in an unlit paved lot.

Shower was ok and beds were comfortable.

Would definitely pick someplace else to stay.

Fortunately, the room itself was satisfactorily clean and comfortable. The room's heater/air conditioning unit functioned OK, but made strange and disconcerting sounds for several seconds after each on/off cycle.

The stairwell guests have to climb in the corner of the annex to get up to the 2nd floor was littered with pieces of waste paper and other crud that was not picked up or cleaned up even slightly during our 3 night stay. The carpet in that stairwell, and on the stairs, and in the hallway up on the second floor were both filthy, and looked as if they had not been vacuumed in months, much less ever cleaned.

The location was fairly convenient, within a few blocks of shops and restaurants, and just across the street and down the block from the lowest priced gas station in town.

The front desk staff were relatively unhelpful when we inquired as to restaurants in town, coming up with the name of only one restaurant. When I reported the dirty condition of the carpet in the stairwell, stairs, and hallway, the clerk told me she would pass the information on to the manager.

This hotel was what I would call budget, although not budget friendly. I get it’s a tourist town and costs more. The bed was low, uncomfortable to sit up in bed. Tv and internet were not working well. No ice in the ice machine, but front desk clerk was helpful in getting some. Shower worked well, but not much room to put essentials as it was pedestal sink.
Front porch was cute with swings.
Both front desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. I was a bit worried because of previous reviews about it being outdated. I can tell they’ve been updating their rooms and the room I stayed in was very clean. There was a flat screen TV with cable, too. The staff were also very friendly which is always appreciated. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on any future visits.

Conveniently located next to Yellowstone. The hotel staff was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only drawback I could find was the price for staying there. Unless you book ahead of time like we did, I felt like the price was pretty expensive, that is, if yyou don't book your stay at least 3 weeks in advance.

We booked the 5 queen bed room. When we arrived we were told it wasn’t available and would have to downgrade our room. The room they gave us was a 2 bedroom with 3 queen beds. We needed all 5 beds we booked. They had to bring a roll away bed, and 2 people had to share. The room was very run down. For example, there was a ceiling fan, but it was missing a blade so it couldn’t be used. While it worked for 2 nights, I would not recommend that room.

One of the hotel staffs was rude and not courteous at all. Bathroom sink and toilet was clogged and when asked to fix it, he made us wait and was very unresponsive. The maintenance staff came an hour later than what was told. We were not even given a spare bathroom to freshen up when asked for it. He blamed it on us for clogging the bathroom. Definitely not worth your money!! There are better hotels around this area.

The property is a bit old, but comfortable. The room is quite large. There is no in-room coffee, nor included breakfast, and on our post-Labor Day stay, the town was asleep at 6:30 a.m., and only a few places were open by 7, so that's a concern if the hotel doesn't include breakfast and you're trying to get a jump on the crowds to the park gate (there was almost no line at 7:45 anyhow mid-September). Overall, I might look to find a property with breakfast rather than stay here again, but it certainly was worth a repeat if breakfast isn't a concern.

This is probably the worst place Ive stayed in. They charged 290 per night which is high. I chose this by Expedia ratings. The carpet was filthy, the sheets were dubious, the walls paper thin so I could hear the next room occupant showering and traffic on the road. I blame expedia for putting such hotels on their website.

This hotel is very dated and could use an update. Our carpet in our room was stained and the mattress was the most uncomfortable one I've slept on in a hotel room. Thankfully, my brother and I were only here for about 14 hours.

The only bright spots were the receptionist who checked us in was extremely helpful in getting a room mixup fixed and recommending a great place for dinner. Also, it's very close to the shopping area, which is walkable.

The KEY (yes, an actual metal key) given for room did not work well. Had to return to front desk for replacement. The door to the room was wood and was cracked. There was no way to turn the shower head on. The beds are on wood frames and when trying to access the electric receptacle the mattress fell off. We are senior citizens and were given a room on second floor in another building. Had to lug suitcases up 14 stairs.
