This property does not have a pool or breakfast, but I don't need that. There is a large truck stop with gas and food just a few blocks away. Easy on and off the interstate. The manager and staff helped me locate an item I left in the room on a previous stay. Very Helpful.

Friendly staff, very quiet hotel and absolutely loved the A/c on those hot days! Stayed there for 2 nights no issues! Like other Super 8 hotels you will get basic rooms but one of the best super 8 hotels I've visited. I liked the area and that it was within 2-3 minutes down the highway from nice sit down restaurants and conveniently next to kwik trip.

It was a nice size room and seemed clean except for a wad of dried gum on the floor by the sink. It was nice and quiet and we loved that. We stayed two nights and no one came in to clean after the first night. Never changed our towels or leave coffee for our maker.

Staff here was good! Quick to get me checked in and on my way.
Overall the hotel was clean both outside and inside.
The room was clean and I had no issues there.

The hotel is at a convenient location from the highway. During the day you can hear traffic, but at night it's quiet. Not many people were staying here, so the hotel itself was pleasant. Id stay here again for sure!

Beds were extremely hard. Tv didn’t work at first and smoke alarm was going off sporadically until maintenance came to fix. They charged me a $100 deposit and told me it would automatically be returned to my card. After several days of waiting my card issuer says they completed the transaction without refunding my deposit. Definitely not worth the sore back and possible loss of deposit.

The staff was not there when I enter and so I called the front desk like it said and he came out to answer the phone but it wasn’t my phone call he picked up. He also did t greet me or pay any attention to me until he was done with the other phone call. He didn’t knowledge me in person even before he picked up the phone. Also when he did he didn’t say hello or anything. I had to speak first and say checking in. He didn’t say much after too, like have a nice stay or anything. Just gave me my receipt cause I asked for it and that was it. No speaking or telling me anything.

The front desk clerk was not very polite. Same man approached our room when our guests arrived to pick us up telling us that if we’re loud he’ll kick us out. There was no reason for this comment as we were only greeting our friends and we’re not loud. Was not late at night either. Was very rude. We left first thing in the morning n will never return

I realize it is a huge task to maintain a hotel. However, daily vacuuming of halls and touching up paint and fixing a slightly leaking toilet are a few of the items i observed as needing attention. Next time i am in The area we will be staying here only as a last resort.

The property was very clean. The only issue I had is with the shower head but the owner responded with the the covid-19 pandemic has hurt his ability 2 go out of the way for excessive maintenance. So I totally understand but other than that everything was great!

Great value

I enjoyed my overnight here. No breakfast or brown bag but Kwik Trip across the street and restaurant close by. Microwave and refrigerator in room. TV worked great and pool was open. Busy with kids but sure later one would have been fine. Pool was nice and warm!! Great value.

Entryways were disgusting and dirty, locks didn't work or doors didn't latch. Hotel lobby and hallways smelled horrid. The room... Drywall was falling apart, floor was uneven. Bathtub barely drained. Heater was so loud it woke me up every time it turned on. No cable. It looks like they started to renovate a little, but either got lazy or ran out of money. Paint was unfinished. The bed linens were wrinkled which was just messy. Bed was rock hard. Coffee maker still had water in it from last occupant. Fridge wasn't even plugged in when I arrived to the room. This place is in serious need of updates, if I were you, spend the extra $10-25 a night and go into Steven's Point... Or if you're just looking for a cheap hotel, go across the street to Best Western, at least the beds are comfortable and you won't fear for the walls to collapse or something to crawl out of the walls!

Not a good experience

Upon checking in the entire lobby area portion of the hotel was under construction. My room key worked for another room on my floor and I figured that out when I misread the room # on my key envelope. The exterior doors to the hotel did not lock so anyone could come in the hotel from multiple entrances. There was no pool area due to the construction which and was not stated upon looking at the website and then booking the room. After entering my room which was a king suite, there's was no whirlpool tub which before reserving the room I checked to see if one was available and it supposedly was so I booked that room. Then I noticed the sheets had odd stains on them. I ended up leaving around 11 pm that night and stayed with a friend. Not at all worth $90 in my opinion. The photos on the site were very deceiving. I think there needs to be something stating the hotel is under construction and they really should be offering discounted room rates or temporarily close due to remodeling.

The water was unsafe for drinking and I feel this should have been addressed more then a small note in the corner of the mirror. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The shower water pressure was non existent. The room felt it needed updating, lots of scratches on doors, missing screws in light switches etc. I would still consider staying here again if the water issue was fixed.

The bed sheets smelled and looked like they were unwashed. The toilet ran all night long. The room had a horrific mildew smell to it. The shower and sink had no water pressure. There was loose roofing material (from rot underneath the siding) that banged against the window the entire night waking me and my son up every 10-15 minutes. I would never, ever stay at this hotel again. I would sleep in my car before staying at this property again.

I was so disappointed with my stay . I tried to get my money back to book elsewhere. I booked a poolside room so my children could swim. Did not get a poolside room and the hotel didn't even have a working pool to use. Our room door slammed anytime someone opened or closed their door, so we had to shove a towel in door space to attempt to prevent it.

Arriving at this hotel there was no power and no water (power-driven well) due to a thunderstorm.
We had no chance to find another hotel in the area and the manager told us that the power would probably be back around 5PM, so we checked in. There was no power even the next morning, the breakfast-bar was empty and the manager or anbody else were not seen. Nevertheless they charged the full amount of $113,50 on our Visa. A complaint at Wyndham remained without answer. We are sorry for the hotel´s damages. And we are ready to pay part of the price for using the beds , but no light, no water, no shower, toilet dark and without flush, not even a cold breakfast and charging the full price for that is something we don´t understand.
