The fitness center: no towels, so sanitizing equipment, no water, no air flow control (they kept it HOT in there), and the WORST part? The only treadmill they had was broken. One of 2 ellipticals was broken. When I told the front desk that their treadmill was broken, they already knew it. Yet never told us upon checkin, so I wasted 15 minutes trying to get it to work. I asked the front desk if they planned to fix the treadmill or get a new one, and they indicated they had no interest in doing so. He told me to use the elliptical instead. As if he knew what my fitness routine is and can tell me how to exercise.

The pillows in the room: what a joke. Four little travel pillows for a king bed.

They had a game room ... which had an overwhelming smell of weed.

Room was clean, that is about all this hotel had going for it.

Pool area was dirty, garbage and candy wrappers laying on the floor all 3 days. Maintenance closets left open, cleaning equipment laying on the floor, trip hazards.. Oh, and no pool towels were available. We had to bring our room towels. The dirty towel bin was completely full.

In the room, or fridge did not work and stunk because of it. The bed was fairly comfortable.

Free breakfast was probably a 2/10. Waffle maker, rubbery lukewarm eggs, sausage gravy, and sausage patties to go with either thawed out pre-baked biscuits, piece of bread(not sure on type of bread, wasn't white bread for sure) or English muffins. No fresh fruit. 3 kinda of cereal, one of which was empty. Standard yogurt cups. Butter was refrigerated so it was hard as a rock and couldn't be spread on waffles.

Hotel was NOT busy during our stay, maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. Front desk does not have someone staffing out 24 hours, you have to call a number to get someone. In fact, not once during our stay was anyone sitting behind the check in desk. The first night, someone was standing at the desk at about midnight yelling \"HELLO\" repeatedly trying to get someone to assist him.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you just need a quick unforseen stay for a night and can't afford to drop $100 on a more respectable hotel.

Room was not vacuumed and tv didn't work. I got moved to another dirty room, i changed batteries in the remote. This is the 3rd BE that the pool pictures must of been taken on day 1 of new pool, this pool had dustand debris around it. Did eat breakfast, didn't trust cleaning. Found a pub hair when i pulled back sheets.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a hotel in 37 years of my existence but this one takes the cake. Fridge didn’t work, WIFI didn’t work and those are 2 things in a hotel that you literally only need to work. Will not be back. Will not recommend. Absolute idiots at the front desk.

Decent stay but not worth the inflated price

The room was decent and the beds reasonably comfortable. The shower curtain rod was an arched rod - but it was installed sloping downward so the curtain wouldn’t stay in place. We selected the room we did because it had a signed for an additional guest. The so called mattress on the sofa bed was all springs and no mattress or cushioning. I requested a rollaway bed to use instead, which they provided. But then the staff struggled and struggled to put the bed back into the sofa. Time to replace that bed. And each day when someone came into our room to empty the garbages and change out the towels, they left 2-3 lights on. Breakfast was good, not great, but good.
Prices were inflated for a state tournament over the weekend. So waayyy too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

While the hotel was clean, the towels were very old, so thin . No ubs plugs anywhere in the room. Things have been remodeled but other things left as old, door handle loose and hanging. Bathroom counter apron had a big crack in it. Nice people, just needs some attention.

The room was spacious and overall very nice. The mini fridge didn't seem to get very cold and the pull out sofa bed was broken and slanted very sharply toward the couch. You also couldn't put it back into the couch to get it out of the way. The TV in the bedroom area would not change channels and the TV in the sitting area was very difficult to change channels. Other than that we enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was decent. All the employees we came across were very friendly. Parking was easy and plentiful.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was messy when I arrived—beds unmade, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The TV didn’t work, and the remote was broken. If I weren’t only staying for one night, I would have checked out immediately. The breakfast was honestly scary—nothing looked fresh, and both the juice machine and coffee maker were out of order. Overall, it felt neglected and unhygienic. I would not stay here again.

What you think your getting you don't due to pics

I booked a king suit with a king size pull out couch and king bed. King bed great no couch and my teenage daughter had to sleep on small cot because there was no pull out couch like advertised in line. Plus only 1 tv remote for 2 tvs. Had to have someone come connect main tv and replace the 1 remote because it would not stay together and get a 2nd remote for 2nd tv. Not much of choice for breakfast and only thing hot was when you mad a waffle

Stayed for 1 night while in the area on business. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so-so. The bed was comfortable. Nice soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, towels appeared to have been in use for many years. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and in very good condition. For the modest price I paid, it was a very good value.

Property and staff are always kind and generally helpful. Have stayed here for many years, however, this time, cleaning was left undone outside the rooms, TV remotes didn't work and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being illegal to smoke in buildings. Resolution of these issues was sporadic and the remotes never got fixed, they seemed to be missing people and worker shortages may be the ultimate cause of some of these issues. Will likely try again before switching to another place.

My hotel room was very good. Good working hot tub.
There was a large group of people tailgating and playing bags right in front of the main entrance. They were intoxicated and loud even past 10:00PM. I could hear them over my TV. Breakfast was just ok. There were laundry facilities available, but they were out of order when I was there.

Upon arrival at 2am, after a long drive, they found out we paid through Expedia and tried to charge us again. It took 45 minutes to straighten it out only to be put in a room with a soaking wet carpet in front of air conditioner, ripped drapes and cheap grey looking towels. We woke later than expected because of the late night, got down to breakfast area with 5 minutes to spare and everything was turned off and was told maybe we could take a bagel. Same staff member from the check in. It was a horrible stay. They made us feel very unwelcomed. Would never stay there again and we wouldn't recommend.

This hotel is up to date and immaculate. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. The room we had was so pretty and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. It is close to activities and convenient. Yet it is in a quiet area which makes it restful. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there whenever I have activities in this area.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. I stayed a week. My only concerns were
1. another patron was using an aromatic product that smelled like a skunk, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, it was directly attended to; this was to be a nonsmoking facility.
2. the staff/manager spent the one morning I slept in speaking loudly/yelling instructions to staff with doors repeatedly closing (I assume the staff was getting room ready for cleaning). As my room was near the front desk, my sleep was disturbed.

Great Experience!

The hotel was incredibly clean and quiet! The room was great, and the amenities were enough/just right. The convenience of Kwik-Trip being across the street was a bonus- as the area doesn't have many restaurants or options for outside food ordering.
The staff was kind and helpful/polite as well!
The Pool was not in working order- which wasn't their fault, but the hot tub worked, and it was very relaxing! We will definitly be staying again!

The biggest thing we had a problem with was the breakfast. We sat and waited for about 10 minutes for eggs and sausage. The sausage was dried out cardboard, and the eggs were crunchy. Only about 2 cups of eggs were made at one time and the bowl she used to make them was reused over and over and wasn’t cleaned. The pancake machine didn’t work and we had to ask to refill the other breakfast items. The pool opened at 8 o’clock and was not unlocked until asked at 8:35, A bike lock was used to lack the pool area?! Walls were quite thin, and the floor was very creaky. Overall, cleanliness was decent. Pool and hot tub was also decent.

My husband and i are retirees traveling with our handicapped granddaughter that has been with us since birth. The 1st morning we received a call from the desk accusing my husband of smoking in the room. He assured them he was not and would not ever do that. The next morning we get the same call. Once again my husband said he did not do this. There were 2 workers in the hallway that we invited into our room to ask if they could smell smoke. They both said they could not. During this time the manager showed up and said we have to leave. I was beyond my self with disbelief. Once again i invited him into our room and showed him our granddaughter who has a trach and can not be around cigarette smoke at all. I do not smoke but my husband does and he is very respectful about it. The knly thing i could come up with is smoke can linger on ur clothes for a few and maybe that was what he was smelling. He apologized and told us we could stay. 5 minutes later he called and said we had to leave because he received a complaint from a guest. I am 71 years old and never have i ever been asked to leave.

Front desk person at check in (Sat morning) was extremely rude and a complete jerk. Decorum prevents me from being more honest. Later in the day we dealt with a different person (after 6pm) and this person was the complete opposite. Helpful and very polite and considerate.

I didnt like that when i was going to get in bed that i stepped on an sphincter vibrator left from a previous guest and when I bent down to get it with the less than white towels in the room i saw forks and other trash under the bed. What i liked less than that was when i left a message for the manager at the front desk with my concerns, no one bothered to reach out. I should have left the backside massaging apparatus and trash at the desk with my key cards when i left.

The hotel was a bit outdated. There was a lot of noise (slamming doors etc.). The manager was a bit insulting to me on front of staff. The manager knocked on our door at almost midnight. When I opened the door the staff was walking away but stopped to say that I needed to pay for another night. I mistakenly booked the length of stay incorrectly but they could have told us multiple times during that day!! It times we were the only guests in the hotel!! I would not recommend this hotel.

Once getting there I had to wait for at least 20 mins for the front desk personnel to finish checking me in, than once I was able to get to my room, housekeeping had me wait another 5/10 mins because they had to finish cleaning up, as I was walking to my room I notice the housekeeper was to busy talking to another employee.

Arrived to find that the room I had selected on Expedia was not the one I would be getting. I was advised to call ahead next time to confirm the room. Pool area was dirty with debris floating in pool. Towels were on the small side and not readily available at pool. When new people would come out to pool area the staff would come out and stock just enough for each person to get one. Needless to say, we walked pretty much soaked to our room. At no time did I feel unsafe, but my wife was not happy that the outside and interior entrances to the hallways were never locked, even though key sliders were present. Went down for breakfast about halfway through the posted times and most of the food was either gone or inedible. We settled for cereal. The staff we encountered were polite; however, I get the impression that this place likes to cut all kinds of corners and wait to see if anyone complains. May save them a few bucks, but I won’t be coming back.

When i recived ny room key it was put into an already used sleeve that looked like it had been used multiple times. The pillows in the room were the worst ive had in a hotel, small and lumpy.
