Great area
Jessica
No complaints! Staff were friendly and helpful especially the employee that worked overnight. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other people. The pool was clean, the free breakfast in the morning was also very good. 👍
Makiba
Room was clean spacious and staff very accommodating. This was my first time asking the app to check in and it was very efficient
Tarah
This was our second stay at this location for 5 nights. Great location, clean, large rooms. Great breakfast, great pool. Love the kitchens. Comfortable beds. The gym and laundry are great too. Stayed while attending a graduation for Fort Gordon. Highly recommend!
Vernon R.
Our room was not vacuum well.

Tammy
Staff was so friendly and accommodating!
Kate
Yes the breakfast menu was great! The room was clean and stocked to My satisfaction. The staff at the property was helpful, friendly and assisted my needs.
Kristen
Hotel room was great. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Grounds were nice and staff was great. We didn't utilize the breakfast due to our schedule. Would stay there again.
Jennifer
We didn’t stay there because of reviews saying there were bed bugs.
Lindsey
The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the staff here! You're doing a great job!
Lindsey B.
Everything was wonderful, but the beds could use better comforters ☺️
Cynthia
Very kind staff and amazing property. Would stay again.
Nicholas
Excellent!
Cherrie
I arrived to a beautifully cleaned and orderly room. Thank you so much to the staff, Cleo. Everything was so clean in the entire room.
Crystal
Friendly staff, upgraded facilities
Deborah
Stayed at 5 different Hilton properties this last road trip. The best one was in Pine Grove PA.
Breakfast was not great in any of the hotels. Seems like powered eggs were used. Fine for camping but not hotel food. Also apparently I can’t use “points” until I have a huge amount.
At least on the other travel apps I can get actual cash back as I travel. Will be checking out other hotels in the future

Everything about this property was perfect! The location, the atmosphere, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Leslie at check in truly started our mini vacation off right with her warmth and kindness. We felt valued from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to come back when we are in the area!
Ken
Easy check in, they accommodated our request for a room away from the elevators. Room was decent for the price point. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Beds have thin mattresses and minimum amount of pillows. Breakfast was highly rated but during our stay it was minimal with only a single breakfast sandwich, packaged cereal and waffles. Half of our party was unable to have a full meal.
Michael
There where kids running on the floor I zone and the floor above me
Jeremy
The light above the mirror did not work and the outlet by the desk work area didn't work either. We told front desk but she said maintenance couldn't look at it until morning.
Brandi
Spotless and staff was so caring
Patrick
Wish there were more breakfast options. The rest was great.
Otis
The room was clean and organized.
The evening staff was fantastic.
The housekeeping staff was cheerful and friendly.
Only one semi-negative comment would be the breakfast. It could use an update on the taste.

Staff was excellent had a problem in the room and it was handled quickly
Rabia
Great experience and top tier service and staff.
Karen
The room was very rundown. The couch had multiple stains and a pretty good size rip in it! The room smelled and downstairs on the bathroom were taped signs on the restroom doors being held up with painters tape!!
SHAWN
Big, clean room, hot plate available for use
Thomas
Great!
April
Clean lobby
Rita
The location is easy and convenient; the breakfast is delicious with lots of options. The issue we had was when we booked the hotel it was not listed or noted anywhere that the gym was closed. Working out when traveling is so important and we were disappointed and would have stayed elsewhere.
Louise
Everyone at this Hotel was absolutely amazing!

Love having a suite style room so a night owl can stay up late and an early bird get up early without disturbing the other. Breakfast was very good and the staff warm and helpful.

Christopher
best hotel I've stayed in.
D
From my arrival to my departure, everyone on site went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and offered everything a business (or personal) traveler might need.
Lisa
Rooms are out dated and musty. Price was high.
John
10 minutes from ft Eisenhower. Staff is very friendly.
Susan
Staff exceptionally friendly & helpful.
Don’t understand why there was no bottled water in the room complimentary/ or for sale. Very inconvenient. Disliked the barn door sliders on the bathroom, would not stay here again.
Booked the deluxe suite, sitting area awkwardly designed and not conducive to being comfortable and inviting. Have stayed at multiple Home2Home properties, this was the most disappointing one.

Home 2 Suites had a friendly staff, convenient parking, quiet, easy access to interstate and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe there.
Kimberly
I really wanted to rate this property higher. We chose the hotel because of the high ratings from other guests but our experience just didn't match theirs. Upon check in, the representative was on the phone obviously complaining about some other guests and continued with her conversation for like 5 minutes as we stood there waiting. Then the pull out sofa bed was just awful. It was dirty (crumbs and dirt on the fitted mattress cover) and terrible quality. Very cheap springy with no padding at all. No shower gel or body lotion (I had to call and ask for them). Walls are thin. The family next to us had a toddler that screamed into the night and again early the next morning. Then the breakfast was the most disappointing hotel breakfast I've ever seen. My daughter was staying with her team at a much cheaper hotel closer to Augusta and their breakfast was five times the size with lots of choices. This hotels breakfast is literally just a premade tiny breakfast sandwich. No scrambled eggs, meat, fresh fruit (aside from some green bananas), nothing. And the final disappointment was the location, it was 30 minutes from the Augusta riverfront. I knew I was sacrificing location for what I thought was a higher quality hotel but unfortunately that was not the case. Overall a VERY disappointing experience.
Stefanie
Ok for a short stay
Checking in was great, breakfast was okay kind of wish there was more variety, disappointed I wasn’t able to extend because I booked from a third party (per hotel)
M
Will stay again at this hotel.

Very clean, and accommodating.
Clean rooms however the dishwasher, large fridge is a bit overkill for my needs. Would prefer bigger beds and more couches.
Front desk in morning and kitchen staff very unfriendly. I Asked a few questions and got an attitude. Nice Hotel overall but won't return

We will be back! Everyone was so nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

I would like to respectfully bring to your attention a few issues that occurred during my recent stay at your establishment.
Firstly, there was an incident where an unauthorized individual attempted to access our room using a key. This occurred after 10:30 pm, and while we were fortunately present in the room at the time, it was a concerning breach of our privacy. It is important to note that the individual did not identify themselves as a staff member or announce their presence before trying to enter.
Secondly, the mattress provided in the room was not conducive to a comfortable sleep. The bed base was made of a material that caused discomfort, so I ended up sleeping on the floor using the sofa bed pillows.
I kindly request that these concerns be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests. Additionally, I noticed that there was a considerable amount of noise due to the presence of a basketball and soccer team booking at the facility.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Front desk attendant, Patara, was so friendly, helpful and cheerful. Enthusiasm and warmth are contagious- i appreciated it. Room was clean, laundry facilities were nice and workout room was bright and clean with big windows. Woukd definitely recommend.

Overnight stay
It was a nice room, very spacious, very friendly people, dog friendly, I believe the room needed new carpet, it would have made the room fresher!!!
Ray
Great for business or extended stay.
Easy check-in. Comfortable bed. I was on the top floor, which was a great benefit. Quiet night. Will book this hotel again. Great for business. Refrigerator and sink was a plus.
Millicent
Very clean. Excellent breakfast
Brandon
Conveniently located close to highway and local restaurants. Nice amenities made stay so much more enjoyable.
Bonnie
The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom door.
Heather
We called the day before asking for an early check-in and was told that a room would be ready, but upon arrival (just 2 hours before regular check-in) no rooms were available. Our room had some stickiness, like syrup, on the carpet and on the sink in the bathroom so we had to wiped the counter down.
Brittany
Very nice stay. Walkable places around, clean and well kept
Brandon
Overall great time and great location making it convenient for everything. Will return

I loved that there were a lot of restaurants were around the hotel.

Good hotel, generally. But dismal location, and especially breakfast ... (They try to do it with basically no human staff!)
A few slices of old white bread for toasting ... And some industrially produced breakfast bagel sandwich self-served wafle

Great place to stay. Was sad that the pool was closed. It didn’t state that when I booked.

I have been using your hotel for years to visit family. This last time was not so great. Not do to the staff or hotel but to the other guests on our floor. Both nights we were awakened by loud noise in the hallway. The last night was so bad that we found our door on the outside full of soon kind of liquid when we left in the morning. Young people were fighting or something in the hallway.
Paula
A little noisy from traffic outside but not the fault of the hotel
